The fuse for the headlights in a 2016 Ram 1500 is in the engine compartment fuse box, on the front driver side corner. You need to open the hood first to get to it, pull the hood release lever. This levers directly below the steering column at the bottom of the kick panel. Now exit the vehicle and go to the front of the truck and stick Your fingers between the top of the grill and bottom of the hood and move the hood latch to the left and lift it up. The fuse You're looking for is in cavity 10 , refer to the diagram on the back of the fuse box lid to find it. This is a Jcase style fuse and depending on if You have the Start Stop option will either be A40 amp or 50 amp rated fuse.

The 2016 ram 1500 headlight does not have a direct fuse but are connected with the battery control module via fuses 10 and 14 which are near the center row.
