The 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe seems to be a pretty reliable car, from all anecdotal accounts. Drivers report keeping very high mileage vehicles, anecdotally up to 300,000 miles. However, You've got to expect that results like this aren't typical, so what do You feel that You can realistically expect Well, it all comes down to proper care and maintenance. If it's well taken care of, You can certainly expect that Your Santa Fe will last 200,000 miles. If You take exceptionally good care of it and stay on top of Your maintenance schedule, 250,000 miles isn't out of the question. If the stars align and You also happen to get a bit lucky, You might have Your Santa Fe for upwards of 300,000 miles as well.

My 2017 Santa Fe is burning oil at a quart every 600 miles. No leaks , no tailpipe smoke.
