The horn in a 2017 Ram 1500 is located behind the bumper on the driver side between the fender linings. The horn sometimes quits working because of corrosion due to road salt or other road hazards. To get to it, You will have to remove a few of pins closest to the bumper and pull back the fender liner a bit. The horn is held on by a metal bracket and needs to be unbolted from it and the electrical connector removed from the end. A new horn costs between $30 and $60 and if You were to have the dealer or a shop replace it could add $50 to $70 per hour for labor costs.
