The 2019 GMC sierra has a top speed of 90.7 mph, tested on a close course track. This is of course with the bed empty. If it is weighted down or it is towing something then it will have a lower top speed.

Why does it shut off at 106 when the speedometer says 140? I tried to open mine up on the highway and it actually topped off at 105 and started slowing down?!?!?!?!
