The Ford C-Max Hybrid uses SAE 5w-20 full synthetic oil. It has a capacity of 4.5 quarts. Oil keeps the internal parts of Your engine lubricated and it also removes dirt, sludge, and other impurities which will keep Your vehicle running smoothly. The cost of an oil change for Your Ford is between $150 and $200 for labor and parts. You should get an oil change every 10,000 miles or 12 months. Warning signs while driving that You need an oil change include engine noise, a ticking engine, transmission shifting issues, shaking while idling, and poor fuel economy. Exterior signs that You need an oil change would include smoke instead of regular exhaust and oil leaks where You are parked.

Top answer is highly inaccurate unless you are paying for their lunch break in labor cost. Who in the right mind is okay with paying anything over $100 for an oil change. I've paid $70ish in Oregonthe last 2 oil changes. I'm now doing it myself because I can't trust anyone to do it right or use quality parts. Even Ford mechanics seem to lack even basic knowledge of the car. Sadly that is fact both from what I see people posting about their experience and my own. Btw NEVER let someone just "check" or "look" at your suspension. Verify they drove it more than backing up and pulling it into their garage. 4 shops said my suspension was fine and in great condition despite my reporting symptoms of clearly worn components. Almost a month later and my good looking suspension started failing starting with a shock blowing out. Always count on Ford's terrible designs and care for their customers. I loved the recent recall to fix a recall!
