Before You begin disconnected battery and drain the oil from the engine and coolant from the radiator. Disconnect all the electrical connections that go beyond the engine. Remove the bellhousing bolts. Chain the engine safely and securely to the hoist and remove the motor mount bolts. Slowly lift the engine, using the pry bar to help work it free. Always keep an eye out for wires and hoses that need to be unfastened as the motor is moved.

Depends where you purchase it. Any where from 2500, tp 5000 for the engine alone and add-ons, plus labor to install
