When You're topping off the power steering fluid in the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, one of the most important things is to use the same type of fluid that's already in the system. This is recommended to be ATF+4 automatic transmission fluid, but the Grand Cherokee can also take all purpose power steering fluid without much issue -- You may have either, but it's not recommended that You mix the two. If You're unsure what You've got in the system, it might be best to do a full drain and fill instead of simply topping off. This can be beneficial at regular intervals anyway, since PS fluid can become d***y or broken down over time. As always, You should use fluids from a well known and reputable company.
