For the 2015 Ram 1500, the BCM (body control module) can be found on the driver's side of the car. It is located in the fuse box. If for any reason the BCM needs to be reset, it is recommended to do so by draining power from the vehicle, rather than anything else. To do so, You can remove the negative terminal from the car's battery. While the terminal is off, put on the headlight of the car and let it sit for about ten to fifteen minutes. That way it will drain all the juice retained in the car. Then tighten back the terminal in place. Always take great care when handling anything in the fuse box, as any accident will affect many electrical parts of the car.

You're calling the TIPM the BCM. The ECM is on the firewall to the left side of the engine, the TIPM is integrated into the fuse box and the BCM is under the driver side dash on the firewall.
