The top speed of a Ram 1500 series without the speed limiter is about 140 to 150 miles per hour depending on the elevation that You are at. Lower elevation will be able to go faster than higher because You will get more air into the engine. If You do install a tune that removes the top speed limiter the first thing You will want to change are the tires on Your truck. Generally the speed limiter is put in place to help prevent blowouts from the tires getting overheated at high speeds. Also be careful going at high speeds in a truck because they are very top heavy and can tip faster than lower cars.

The new 5.7 liter RAM has a top speed of 107 mph due to a rev limiter. Without this limiter it would go mich faster. When im at 107 mph im in 8th gear around 2100 rpm.
The 2020 Ram 1500 has a top speed of 107 MPH due to a rev limiter but without the rev limiter i has a top speed of around 153 MPH.
