The location of the flasher relay on the 2014 Ford F-150 is on the right side of a relay block that is to the right of the steering column under the dash. It can be easily accessed by takeng off the lower dash panel. The hazard and turn signal lights found on the vast majority of road going vehicles are controlled by a flasher, which is commonly referred to as a relay. The flasher is an electrical component that serves as the switch that allows the lights to flash on and off. If Your turn signals or hazards do not function or they stay on are symptoms that You have a bad or failing flasher relay.

From my research the flasher relay behind the instrument cluster is a speaker giving the sound. No relay found as of yet...
