There's many reasons why the backup camera isn't working in Your 2015 Chrysler 200. The camera is wired to the power module and there's wiring going from it to the camera and then to the display. If the wire gets damaged anywhere in between the camera won't work. You could remove the trim from the trunk to access the wiring from behind the camera and take a multimeter to test for continuity. It is also possible that there is an issue with Your display. A software glitch or a circuitry issue wood also not allow the camera to work. Finally the camera might faulty itself. You would have to remove it and replace it which could be a little pricey.
