There are many things that could cause the heated seats in the 2016 Ford F-150 did not work. The first thing to determine is whether or not if the heaters are getting power, it could be as simple as an unplugged connector. Look below the seat, there should be a grey two pin connector. Make sure that it is plugged in all the way. Check that the pins are in good shape, they may be bent or corroded. If everything check out okay there, look in the fuse box to make sure the fuse is still intact. A bad temperature sensor could be sending incorrect data to the computer. This would cause the heaters to malfunction or not work at all.

If the heated seats are not working on the 2016 ford f150 then it could be a blown fuse, bad wires under the seat, or a bad thermostat.

I have a 2015 F-150 that has the same issue. Upon doing lots of research online, I found Ford has a big issue with the ground melting where the wiring harness attaches to the heated seat control module. There is an upgraded harness you can splice in that will likely fix the issue, unless the heat damaged the control module as well.
