The remote start in Your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is a factory installed feature that allows You to start the engine by pressing the Lock button three times in quick succession. This is a very useful feature especially in extreme weather. There haven't been many common complaints from users about this feature failing but some of the issues mentioned are listed below. The most common issue that can cause the feature to fail is simply a faulty key fob, when the battery gets low on a fob it will be able to send the first press but sendinG3 back to back can be too much for the battery to keep up with. The other issue brought up by users seems to have something to do with the immobilizer not registering the proper key which stops the engine from starting. This is something the dealer will need to look at since You will probably have to relearn the key code.

Your 2017 chrysler pacifica remote start not working could be a weak key fob battery.

If service engine light is on, it will not start or low gas

Did it ever start working? Mine isn’t, and I’ve noticed when my auxiliary battery started losing voltage (and eventually dying and being replaced for the 3rd time) my remote start won’t work.
