Mine stopped working, as well. None of the ports work. I've tried new cords & a new phone.
Having the same issue here. Theres no power from both all ports in that section. AUX. USB-C and USB have you guys found out what it is? Ive done a factory reset on Radio, checkedall fuses checked for shorts etc

I had the same issue with the usb. All I did was press the power button on the radio to restart it. That solved the problemfor me. I hope this helps you guys.
I will never buy another Nissan they know their USB ports and radios are faulty. Selling these cars and making it their customer issue. I will be very vocal telling people never to buy their cars until they resolve this. In fact trading mine in for a Honda. It’s been a problem since 2002. I have a 2019 and even hear people with 2022 models saying their USB stopped after four days of car purchase. Nissan sucks

Nissan is telling me it is the radio. I find it hard to believe. Power going out to USB into radio, not sure how it is the radio

I’m having the same problems. I could be in the middle of driving using the gps on car play and it just goes away like wth. Nissan get it together fr.
I have a 2022 Altima and the usbport won’t even connect to my iPhone. Won’t even charge. I usually hold the radio power button down to restart it and hope it works, then repeat if necessary

I am having the same issue, the dealership is charging $140 for the diagnosis. I have changed the fuse, reset radio, checked for damage. Nothing

Same problem here but didn't check the fuses yet, I thought it is the problem but having the volume knob not working makes me think its really the radio. Will check later if the fuse is blown

I have Nissan Altima 2019 model facing similar problem since the beginning. I complaint during the first service at 1000 km about the issue. But Arabian automobile Dubai couldn’t find the problem. Car went 8-10 time for service and the same problem. Arabian automobile People were able to detect the only after warranty of the vehicle was expired (3 years). They charge Aed 1500 to fix the problem as the warranty has expired. But after a month USB stopped working again. Nissan cars are horrible never buy Nissan vehicle, also has poor service center.. Never buy Nissan shitty cars..
