The 2019 Nissan Rogue's Apple CarPlay may stop working because the infotainment system needs a software update or more likely, a reboot. To reboot apps installed on the vehicle, depress the stereo's power and volume button for 20 seconds until the infotainment screen goes blank. The Nissan logo will appear and then the system will enter a rebooting process. When re-loaded, try connecting to Apple CarPlay again. When errors occur users often notice they are unable to charge an iPhone as well. After a successful reboot these problems should be corrected. Other causes of app failure could involve the phone's settings menu. Make sure the Apple CarPlay app is enabled on Your device under the privacy settings.
