There are several reasons that could cause water to leak into the passenger side of a Honda CR-V. One would be a clogged drain hole in the cowl allowing rainwater to overflow, and go down into the blower motor. Another potential problem would be a blown heater core, which will cause the coolant to drain into the passenger floorboard. Replacing the heater core is a difficult job, requiring least 8 hours. You have to remove the entire dashboard just to get to it. Another way for there to be water leaking into the passenger side is a bad window seal, which could allow water to seep in behind the glass.

The Rubber seals along the door are not secure. Re-seat them using a flat knife that runs along the seal
My leak is on the rear passenger floor when it rains. Can anyone help with that? 2009 Honda CRV

If your honda crv is leaking water from the passenger side you may be dealing with a plugged ac condensate drain line, a leaking heater core or leaking windshield seal.
This is most likely just condensed water coming off the air conditioner cooling plates. Normal.
