It is possible to fit 37 inch diameter tires on a Dodge Ram 1500 as long as You put a suspension lift on the vehicle. Usually to run 37 inch tires You will need a MINImum of A3inch lift, but A4.5 to 5 inch lift would be able to fit them better. A body lift usually is not sufficient to be able to run a 37 inc tire because it does not change the suspension geometry at all. You will need longer shocks to be able to fit the tire without rubbing while You turn. Usually a local off road performance shop should be able to tell You what tires will fit Your truck based on experience they have building them.

With a lift kit you can put 37 inch tires on a dodge ram 1500.

I have 35’s on mine right now with no suspension mods. 37’s will fit the back axle but you’re probably need a at least a 2” lift on front. Can accomplish this with spacers on top of your front struts. Shouldn’t rub in a turn unless you start going with “wider” tires. Most tire and off-road truck shops can fill in details.
