The most important thing is that I have put so much time in money into my pickup that you wouldn't even think it was a 2012
I like how the diesel is long lasting mileage wise. I dislike the prices of diesel have increased. I dislike how expensive it is to fix anything motor wise on the pickup.

Security. Reliable and trustworthy.
My vehicle is reliable, I like most about my vehicle is that it has great security. My vehicle is strong and have had very little problems. I like the easy handling of it. I like the color and it's very easy to control in all weather. It's very safe for children's and I trust the brand.

It is big has a cattle guard in the front so I drive it like it is indestructible.
I drive a 2012 Chevrolet hd 2500 4 door push button 4 wheel drive is comfy and has lots of room for passengers. Drives great has not given me any mechanical issues, has the tow package so when I pull out camper cannot even feel it is behind me! Will not be trading or selling it for many years and doubtful I would sale it then either!!

Haven't had any problems in 6 years other than normal maintenance, it is very reliable. Just starting to show a little rust on drivers side bed.

A dependable work truck with good features.
My truck has been very reliable, with no problems other than normal maintenance. Tires and battery replaced. It has the work truck trim that I prefer, no power locks or windows. It came equipped with several features for towing which I really like since I tow a 5th wheel RV. It has a gasoline powertrain, and all things considered it's not too bad on fuel economy. It is comfortable to drive, and I have made several 2000 mile trips towing an RV. I recommend the Chevy 2500 to anyone needing a good tow vehicle..

It will take you anywhere that you need to go.
It is a very great truck. It can pull my enclosed 24 foot trailer with race car in it with ease. It also goes smoo smoothly in any type on weather. The only thing I dislike about the truck is the fuel economy could be better

Comfort and dependability.
Very dependable, I have had no major problems. A very comfortable ride, the seats are easily adjustable and the cab is spacious. And is good looking, I get many compliments.

The rides good and handles the snow well.
The transmission was slipping so now it needs a new transmission or a rebuilt transmission cost is around 2 thousand dollars.

I like the ride. It's not to bumpy. It could have a little more space in the cab. It has a bulky console.

2012 Chevy Silverado 2500hd.
The truck is roomy and comfortable. It handles well pulling large loads or hauling rock. Makes long trips with ease. Travels well in hazardous weather with 4wd options. Cab can be kind of noise when driving at higher speeds. Gas mileage was good at about 450 miles a tank (32 gal tank) early on. Mileage has decreased to about 350 miles per tank now (70,000+ miles). Overall, the truck is nice for taller people like myself that need the extra leg room and is always handy when you want to do that home project that requires a truck bed or trailer.

Chevy 2500 duramax with a fifth wheel tow package.
Chevy seems to be behind the times as far as technology! I miss my ford that was the a year earlier that had many of the nice features of today!Other than that love my truck! But if I buy another it will definitely be a ford! To each their own though!

Great truck, no problems.
In all honesty, this has been the best truck I have ever owned. The only problem with this year model is where they located the TCM (transmission control module). It is in a very poor chosen place. They started it in 2011 but other than that it is been an amazing vehicle.

It has several features for towing that are useful. A digital readout to let driver know the trailer is connected. A towing mode, trailer brake readout. It does not have the frills that are really not useful and only drive up the cost. It is very reasonably priced.

Fuel mileage is not great. It is large, even for a 3/4 ton, and can be difficult to negotiate in small areas, and park. Handling is not good. Checking things in the engine compartment can be difficult. Changing wiper blades is harder than it needs to be.

I got it used for 18 gs. It was in great condition for what I bought it for. It has low mileage and the only thing is the gas is expensive but besides that no problems.
