My Ford Escape is "just my size" & a perfect combo of & practicality!

I particularly love driving what I refer to as a "lady's sized" SUV. I have always driven sedans. In my years of driving, I had driven a full size SUV belonging to a friend a few times. I was never comfortable driving such a "large" vehicle as I was accustomed to a sedan. However, I longed for the extra space that an SUV provides. The Ford Escape is perfect for a driver such as myself. It is more compact than a "full sized SUV" while providing the extra space that a traditional sedan does not offer. I find it extremely easy and comfortable to drive as the Ford Escape is a "compact SUV". Unlike larger vehicles in the SUV/truck class, I never feel as though I am navigating the roads in a position that is higher from the ground than I am comfortable with. It was a very easy transition to the Ford Escape SUV from my Toyota Camry sedan! I really love the sporty look of this vehicle! I fell in love with it the moment that I saw it. I love my sunroof on a pretty day! I really love the fact that I can "remove" the back seats for extra space when I need to transport large items. There really is not anything that I do not like about my Ford Escape. I would definitely purchase another one in the future and I highly recommend this SUV for anyone but especially ladies and young/beginning drivers.

Extremely reliable in accidents!

This is a great car! I have been involved in two different accidents while driving it and it held through both of them while the other person's vehicles were totaled! It is not only extremely resilient but, the digital feature to remind you of your oil levels is also extremely nice to have. It takes a lot of responsibility off the chest of the driver to no longer have to count their miles between changes. I am also a large fan of how comfortable of a height the car is at, I do not have to jump up into it yet it remains above the level of oncoming traffic headlights. This is especially nice for any elderly person who is getting into my vehicle as well as they do not have to crouch, bend over or jump up to enter my car!

Reliable family Ford Escape.

My Ford Escape is reliable and comfortable. I have a basic model so it does not have the fancy features. However, for our family it holds athletic gear and the four of us well. I often take my children and friends where they want to go and it is reliable. The issue I have is with engine light and sensors in the vehicle. They are on often, however the car runs well. It has automatic locks, CD player, no cap gas tank, cruise control, etc. It is a manual transmission and tides smoothly in town and on the freeway. Windows are large enough so there are not big blind spots. My Ford Escape does not have four wheel drive, however I wish it did. It is a feature that many have.
