Utility With Some Class
I've only put about 3k miles on it, but I have already moved a bunch of furniture, people, and pets. The flexibility of the rear seats is great. The bed is more then accommodating for general tasks. Gas mileage is just so-so. But to be fair, MPG will improve a little as time goes. I have the 2.7 Eco boost and I'm only about 900 feet above sea level. I average about 16 MPG with mostly city driving and a little highway. The best i ever got was 19 mpg. The inside of the truck is very nicely styled and laid out. Everyone who has gotten inside has had nothing but glowing praise for the clean design that's been used. Style will always be a personal choice, but I've not met some one who didn't like it yet. The choice of sound system was well decided for the base XLT. It packs plenty of base and get more the loud enough. There is some rattle above about 80% Volume. But when the insides are mostly plastic, it's kind of hard to prevent. I'd like to see more safety features as stock things. Adaptive Cruise control is an extra feature rather then being the norm. Which could really make the roads safer considering how many people buy these trucks every year. A faster switch OUT of 4 wheel drive would really help. Right now it takes about 30 seconds to fully come out of 4 wheel drive, when going into it is only 5 seconds or so. It leads to times when you feel binding in the shaft even though you swapped long before the turn. Overall I think the 2021 F-150 XLT is a solid move in the right direction. I plan to use this truck to move many things over the next few years with very little off road. And in about 3 years I will likely trade it in for a higher trim with the power boost engine.

All-round reliable vehicle.
It is really reliable and a smooth ride. It feels so modern and sleek when I am inside, it is super advanced. Though the tech in the car can be confusing and bog things down occasionally. The miles per gallon is efficient and helps me save money, and I like the screen in the front that connects everything.
