Big back seat, lots of bells and whistles, huge trunk, sunroof, seat warmers, automatic seats, leather interior, digital gas meter - tells you how many miles you have until empty, low tire pressure, and when you need an oil change.
Full sized vehicle. Plenty space in truck. Runs great. Not many problems engine wise. Cons are the battery stopped within a year of purchase. The fuel pump line came loose and some of the parts are expensive to fix.
It is a reliable car. The year I have is a 2007 and still running great. It has good legroom and you do not feel cramped inside. The speakers are great as well. I like to listen to my music loud and they definitely hold up.
It gets good gas mileage. It rides really smoothly and the radio is good in it. The interior is very spacious. The trunk can hold a lot of things as well. The steering is pretty good as well. The wheels are intact even after I wrecked. The exterior didn't get damaged when I wrecked. It is very durable and because it is larger is protected me when I did wreck.
Drives smooth, spacious, comfortable, great surround sound. You can play CDs if you have any. Haven't really needed to do a lot of work in the car. Has a lot of cup holders in the car. One in each door, two upfront, 2 in the back center console for kids.
No auxiliary outlet for an auxiliary cord, it is rough on tires, other than that I cannot really complain. I have had this car for 4 years and other than replacing the tires a lot, which is partially my fault, I have had no problems with it.
Battery life was done within a year of my purchase. The fuel pump line came loose without anyone making it come loose. Many of the parts to get the vehicle fixed are pretty expensive for me to get them fixed.
Since it is a full sized sedan, it is a little big but the room inside is great. The steering does get worn out, but not for a very long time. The full sized sedan, I feel, does eat up a lot of gas if you are constantly driving distances.
It is really big and is hard to get into parking spaces sometimes. The car uses up oil really quickly as well so I have to change it really often. It is easily pushed by the wind on the road because of its size.
Its 2 wheel drive so some tires go bald quicker. It can be a little hard to keep the car clean because of the type of fabric. The brakes can be a little too loose I also had a problem with the seatbelt. It will pop open sometimes while driving.
The 2007 Ford Five Hundred has an average owner rating of 4.15 out of 5 which ranks it #6 of 10 other Large Cars.
