2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD Overview, Reviews, Ratings & Specs

It is reliable, strong, and just plain gets the job done. It is the most dependable vehicle I have ever driven in my whole life. I only had some minor issues with the mileage a few times. Other than that, there were hardly any issues with this truck. I love it and would not sell it.

Love the truck. But question the structural strength of the steel in the tailgate. I dropped a heavy septic cover on it and not only dented the tailgate but also dented the outside bottom of the gate itself. Did this with other older vehicles and never had this happen. Looks like I will have to replace gate.

I am very pleased and happy with this truck. It is loaded with extras and I use each and every one. It has been very reliable with only once I had to have it repaired. On the passenger side door the lock became stuck down and was not able to open it. The locking system in that door has to be replaced. We love the GMC lineup of trucks and this truck is the second GMC truck we have owned.

I have had no problems with performance or reliability. It is extremely comfortable whether driving or a passenger. There is a lot of legroom in the back seat too! I absolutely love the backup camera and navigation system. I use the heated/ventilated seats regularly and in the cold winter months the heated steering wheel is exactly what my cold hands need. This is by far my favorite vehicle I have ever owned.

It is sturdy and well built. It has plenty of towing power and safely tows our 5th wheel. The interior is comfortable with nice storage and comfortable seats. It has adjustable foot pedals to accommodate shorter people. The truck drives very smoothly and steering is smooth. The ride is more comfortable than many other 3/4 ton trucks I have ridden in likely due to being an slt model. I highly recommend this make and model.

I have no vehicle problems I love the car GMC is classy but not to expensive, it drives smoothly and it accommodates all my needs. I will forever love this vehicle. The seats are comfy, there's enough room in the back, no one is squished. My favorite is the cargo lights.

Vehicle is luxurious, powerful, quiet. Little to no road noise can be heard. Has no problem towing at high speeds.

The gas mileage is very good and the car has held up very well. We have only had minor problems like a check engine light but other than that. The tires have not been the best at holding air. The best thing about it is that it can carry a camper very well.
