Overall review 2020 jeep Cherokee latitude. 9/10 I would purchase again!
My 2020 jeep Cherokee latitude has been a great purchase! Very spacious backseat, accommodates car seats adequately and allows for the whole family to ride comfortably. The cargo/trunk space is decent size and with rear folding seats there's potential for added room when needed. My only concern is there is no spare tire. The vehicle came with an air pump which could come in handy, although I would personally prefer a spare tire for emergency purposes.

The jeep Cherokee is so sleek and stylish!
I just recently purchased my 2020 jeep Cherokee altitude. As soon as I test drove this car I knew I would fall in love. Before I purchased this car I was driving a Honda CR-V which was nothing compared to my jeep Cherokee. The jeep Cherokee offers such a smooth and quiet ride and is great for taking on trips or even just to your local market. I am so glad I purchased this car because it will last such a long time and be a great car to take to college. My car is dark grey with black trim and black rims. I am obsessed with this color and it makes the car look for sleek and stylish. The cars air conditioning works wonderfully no matter the season. I love the leather/car seats so much better than just leather and it is a great feature to the car. I would recommend this car to anyone no matter the age and I cannot wait to have this car for as long as it lasts.

The jeep Cherokee is wonderful.
I do not have any. It is a great vehicle. The comfort is wonderful. It drives smoothly. There is a lot of trunk space. A lot of room in the back seat. It runs nice on gas. It does not cost as much as you would think to fill up the car. Enough room for car seats.

It is very spacious. Perfect for a family of 4 or even dogs.
Performance: 1-10 10. Comfort: 1-10 10. Love the features but do not like the stopping of the car to save “gas” when it is at a complete stop. It can cause wrecks. It makes it very hard to pull out fast when needed and takes forever to restart the car.

My 2020 jeep Cherokee is a highly reliable and ultra comfortable SUV.
My 2020 jeep Cherokee is amazing. It is very reliable and actually does really well on gas. The leather seats are very comfortable. When it is chilly outside I enjoy using the heated seats and heated steering wheel. This vehicle was recently taken on a long trip and it did great. The touch screen radio is easy to navigate through and all of your features are accessible on there as well.

Has many nice digital features. The heated seats are great. The control panel is easy to very accessible. The handling is somewhat stiff. The ride is not comfortable. The outside trim package is very appealing. The leather interior is very comfortable.

I have only had this vehicle for approximately one month but it is great so far. It rides very nice and is a quiet drive. The seats are very comfortable and it has great pickup. I love the black badging and rims. The speaker system is awesome. Great car!

Great car for mommy and baby.
It is a great all-wheel drive car. Has enough room for car seat and passenger in the front can sit comfortably. Cargo is large enough for a big stroller and still has enough room left for groceries and such. Definitely a great car for a mom and the baby. Has heated seats and heated steering wheel which is a great plus in new York's winter. Blind spot monitoring is also great feature when driving on highways. It has a remote start which is great if you have kids as car will get hot/cold prior to your family trip. Large touch screen is great if you are using it for navigation. It's also very user friendly.

Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk elite.
I am used to driving a 2015 Toyota corolla, so switching to the 2020 jeep Trailhawk elite was a pretty drastic change. I find that the acceleration on the jeep is slower than I am used to however it drives smoothly. I like that you can switch the car while driving into sport, snow, mud, rock, etc. The Trailhawk elite comes with seat and steering wheel warmers which is such a perk for cold Minnesota winters. It is extremely comfortable and much more spacious than my previous vehicle. Overall, I love my jeep Cherokee Trailhawk elite.

All wheel drive. SUV with a full length moonroof.
My jeep is beautiful. It drives great and has a lot of extras. I can't really think of anything I want it to have that it doesn't other than cooled seats. I wish it had better gas mileage but it is all wheel drive so I understand. The dash board and tack are super nice.

I have a jeep Cherokee. This is my deck going jeep vehicle and I love them. They run nice and smooth. They provide plenty of room that I need. I love how much easier car seats hook in with the Cherokee versus the patriot and my husband's truck. I cannot see myself not having a jeep!

Jeep Cherokee is a car for college kids. It is a great size.
It has really great gas mileage about 25 miles per gallon on the highway. Has leather seats and also has turbo so it can go fast as well. They have heated seats and steering wheel which really helps in the winter. It drives very nicely and it is really smooth. There is a sub in it as well so music sounds amazing in the car.

2020 jeep Trailhawk - sporty & spunky.
I love this vehicle and mostly because of the winter cold weather package. Heated seats and steering wheel plus automatic start. The jeep is very zippy and I like that about it on a v6. It is roomy and very nice looking. I also love the dashboard with the Sirius radio. I am still learning the bells & whistles, yet even the gas mileage is pretty awesome. The headlights are led which look super sporty also.

Don't even consider buying!!
Purchased a Brand New 2020 Jeep Latitude, I didn't even have it for 24 hrs and the screen froze up! It was winter so the heated seats came , the heated steering wheel came on, and the radio was on. Could not make any adjustments to the radio, nor could I turn the heated steering wheel and seat off . Took it back to the dealer and they had to order a new radio and swap it out. A bout a month later the Auto stop/start quit working and it threw an error code. I took it to the dealer and they stated they could not find a code. I drove it for about 2 weeks and the exact same thing happened, could not find an error code. Drove it for a couple more weeks and the Jeep totally shut down at a stop light, auto start/stop error code came on , open hood warning came on and it automatically applied the emergency brake. Then a warning came up stating that I needed to put the vehicle in park, turn off and restart. I did that and continued to the very next stop light, which was red. Same thing happened again. Took it to the dealer, same story, no code found. Dealer checked the start stop battery and said everything was good. Drove for a few weeks and start stop error code again!!!!!! Dealer replaced hood latch and Auto start/stop sensor. c**p!!!

Beautiful, smart and comfortable.
Beautiful design- the altitude has this black on black look that looks like a secret service car. Love the cold weather features, like my heated seats will automatically turn on when it is a certain temperature. I like the combination leather and cloth seats because they are never too hot and rarely cold but very spill proof. I will never own another vehicle that doesn't have the automatic lift on the trunk, that is amazing. The ride is quiet and the shocks on the car must be great because you never feel the road. The car is smart enough to tell you when you need services done so you never have to worry about that.

New jeep-better on gas but lacking in other ways.
Does not have as much power as would like. The screen flashes off and on since bought it new. I am a jeep girl so do like the reliability of jeeps but this one seems cheaper made. The back hatch handle is cheap plastic and comes apart constantly and not much cargo space.

Awesome features in the 2020 jeep Cherokee.
Very comfortable. Wish it was more high tech such as the sensor that opens the hatch. Wish the passenger seat could electronically move. Awesome heated seats, touch screen radio, select terrain. Rides super smooth. 24 mpg. It also has a back up cam which is stellar.

Great mid-size vehicle for everyday driving.
This vehicle is very reliable. It drives very well and I haven't had any issues. It is a great size and has a lot of legroom in every seat. The trunk is also very big. I love the seat warmers and steering wheel warmer. They come in very handy in the winter time.

Only issue I have had is my lane departure has a mind of its own sometimes but otherwise love the car! It drives nice, fully loaded with rear backup cam, plenty of storage, comfortable, roomy and great features! I will not own anything but a jeep ever again!

2020 jeep Cherokee Trailhawk review.
Super comfortable and smooth drive! I love having the sport mode option as well as all of the other drive modes. Love the leather interior and stitching, overall it is a beautiful vehicle. Only thing I would say is I wished the car had better mileage per gallon of gas.

No as we have had nothing but issues with the radio and heat defrost been lied to by Don johnson motors in cumberland poor service also have had the 2020 jeep in 5 or 6 times for this issue and its a Panasonic issue one time and a update the next I have owned dodge for 21 years and this is by far the worst purchase I have had and they keep saying they understand our frustration but I don't believe them one bit dodge has gone down hill

The good and bad of my new jeep Cherokee.
The jeep Cherokee latitude plus edition is a great deal. We have heated front seats and steering wheel. I would rate the vehicle higher if it had better gas mileage and the a/c didn't break in the middle of the summer. Overall, I am happy with the jeep.

Carplay are the best and the panoramic sunroof.
Vehicle is pretty reliable as of now. Really like the all the features and very good with the family of four. Everything fit the trunk as we need it to be. Gas is pretty good, short and long distances. Recommend this for family looking for spacious vehicle because it fits all things and great for kids target.

They jeep that is not roomy.
My jeep is not what I expected. The backseat is very small. The one problem it has is not enough room. It also does not have controls for the music on the wheel. It is reliable as far as gas mileage. I do like that the back seat can recliners. As far as features I have not noticed.

Great performance, great luxury, drives really well. Love the train and gendering as well as the all wheel drive. Do not like the cabin space it is a bit tight. Gas mileage could improve as well. Seems like you would probably get more for your money with another brand/make.

Oil eater/small interior!
The good is that it is a jeep and looks amazing as well as having all the features you want in a SUV. Vehicle with the 2.4l eats oil like I've never seen before, any water or windshield washer fluid that gets on windshield while driving funnels directly into window so you can never use wipers with window down. Other than that awesome vehicle.

Safety
There are a lot of really nice things about my 2020 Trailhawk Elite. Some things I don't like are 1. The transmission shifts very hard and sometimes has acceleration issues. 2. The steering "sticks" when trying to keep in the lane which often leads to oversteering and a constant weaving from side to side when trying to keep the vehicle straight.

I love my jeep Cherokee limited. From the remote start, to the heated seats, accessibility is top notch. The larger display allows for easy navigation through apple carplay, and makes for a real luxurious experience. I think my favorite feature of my jeep is the power liftgate! Reliability
Bought a Jeep Cherokee North. It's a great vehicle except that it does work when it gets cold. It's been in the shop longer than I've owned it. "They're working on a software upgrade" is what I'm told but nothing about when it'll be fixed. I've had it back for about a week when it warmed up to above -20. Now that it's back in the -30s, it's back to being a useless vehicle. Very frustrating to say the least!!

My vehicle is very fast and spontaneous, it holds a lot of gas and it gives a lot of miles. It is very nice to be in. The seats are heated, so it is very good for a cold winter day. You can scroll through the details of what condition your car is in while driving and even see what your tire pressure is and when you will need an oil change. It has leather seats and is extremely comfortable with a lot of room in the front and back seats. So far, I have not had any problems.

The car has very comfortable seating.
Very comfortable and fun to drive. It feels very sturdy and I am not afraid of driving this coming winter. With the 4 wheel drive I am not concerned about navigating Wisconsin's bumpy roads. The front seats are very comfortable. My only complaint is that a lot of water gets trapped in the hatch frame when I go through a car wash. No water gets inside the vehicle but I always make sure you wipe down the hatch frame after every wash.

Comfort, luxury and safety.
I love every single thing about my jeep. For starters, the way it drives is very smooth. It feels so safe and it is a very practical car for everyone of all ages and types of people. Trading in my 2016 trail hawk for a 2021
My 2016 trail hawk was awesome never let us down even in the back country over 100,000 Km no real issues never had any major problems only had to do regular maintenance and just replaced the tires from factory oil changes on the cpu time frame only had to do front and rear brakes one time got me out of everything I needed it to highly recommend the trail hawk modelaccept for the sun roof had leak issues that couldn’t be resolved on my 2016 getting a letter with the new one that if I have issues that the dealership will solve it

Small SUV with a large feeling!

So far since I have purchased this vehicle, there have been no problems. The seats are amazingly comfortable, it is very roomy inside, and the interior is beautiful. The backseats do not have heated seats though unfortunately. It is a very smooth ride, and I definitely recommend it.

Vehicle alerts you on details like tire pressure, gas mileage, and oil changes.
I really like the comfort level the jeep provides. It is roomy as I am 6'1' tall. It is easy to use the controls and navigation system. I enjoy the heated seats especially when you start it up and the icons come on to give you the choice to turn it on immediately. That is comfy!

I really wish Jeep offered ONSTAR as an alternative system as we have had several vehicles with Onstar and very reliable system 24/7...We are actually looking into trading Jeep in for GMC with Onstar....

My easy driving gray jeep.
Not very many problems. Just basic stuff. I love how comfortable my car is. Usually I can't do long car rides but I am my jeep I am okay. I love the way the car feels when I am driving it. It is very easy to drive. I taught my teenager who’s learning how to drive with it and she learned easily and safely. It is a very safe car and I feel protected when driving with kids.

Spacious vehicle, love the size.
I love my 2020 jeep Cherokee! I leased a 2017 jeep compass which I also like, but I upgraded for just a little bit more room. The truck space is much bigger and really makes a difference for the person in the front passenger seat because I have my sons car seat on that side. In my compass, my knees would his the dashboard. Love it, will definitely get another when the time comes.

Well built handles well vehicle could have lower curb weight love the audio system android portion is responsive and accurate when using navigation google is responsive and detailed in describing destinations. 2020 jeep Cherokee latitude. Love the CarPlay feature.
I love the jeep, it drives so smoothly and the CarPlay feature is fantastic. Half the time the map knows where I am going and shows me how to get there - even though I do not need the help. Also, I love the ability to have CarPlay read and answer my text messages for me so I never have to be a distracted driver. It has been a very nice perk of the car. Also the size is ideal, it is not too big and not too small. The seat and steering wheel warmers are fantastic features for the winter, especially because it gets very cold where I live.

Jeep grand Cherokee altitude 2020.
I love my jeep grand Cherokee. It is very reliable and comfortable. I drive all day long for work and I basically use my jeep as my office. I keep all my work supplies in my car and I have plenty of room still for groceries etc. Surprisingly I only have to fill up my gas once a week and again I drive all day long, 7 days a week.

Reliable?
I bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee limited never again. When ever you step on the gas it goes clunk, like something is going to fall out under neath. Took it in it’s okay we test drove the other new cherokees and they do it to. Took it back again. Now it’s get in-line we have many of thes complaints. Really and then they wanted to give us bottom dollar to trade it back for a different vehicle it only had like 4000 miles on it and we already lost 12,000 for trade. Yet they had the best year in sales. Not happy.

Must have 4x4 jeep! Perfect for all types of transportation!
No problems at all. I highly recommend this vehicle and plan to keep it as long as I can. I do my regular maintenance and upkeep to keep the jeep running great! I haven't had any recalls or issues that need to be checked and nothing has needed to be repaired or fixed since I got the vehicle.

Elegant on a budget everyday SUV.
For the car being 2020 it definitely has its perks, although some of the interior seems made of cheap plastic parts in some areas (small details). The leather seats are nice, very spacious car easily and comfortably seats 5 people. The trunk is as well very spacious and the back seats easily come down for extra backspace as well. The care comes with sensors and back camera that is a life changer.

The vehicle is amazing. I got it a few months ago and I use it everyday to drive to school which is kind of far. It is very good on gas and the color is so unique and nice. The color name is sting gray. The car is the perfect size and it is my favorite car. This car also has a beautiful interior design which is a nice black color and has really nice leather seats with it.

2020 jeep Cherokee latitude plus.
Do not have any problems with the vehicle besides the lack of power from the 4 cylinder engine. It is slow to accelerate especially uphill. Rides great very reliable so far. The automatic start is very annoying and potentially dangerous it delays acceleration by a second or two which is not good if you are trying to hurry up and enter the road. Besides that love the vehicle.

Good gas mileage and the seats are so comfortable.
Affordable in gas since it is a small crossover SUV, . Love the blind spot warning and emergency brake. Love the sleek style and leather seats are comfortable and supportive, and the uconnect system is user-friendly. Apple CarPlay, android auto connectivity hate the transmission hesitation.

It has boost and It's amazing.
My car is clean, comfortable. Great on gas, never needs transmission fluid cause its sealed. Automatic windows, push start. Warms up quickly and cools down quickly. Black leather interior, dark purple exterior, big tires. Has boost, cruise control, bright headlights, easy to clean.

Love my jeep! Best vehicle I have ever owned!
The vehicle is very reliable so far. It runs great honestly. I personally love the look of the vehicle. It has Bluetooth, back up cam, blind spot monitoring to name a few. The seats are leather and super comfy. It is actually really good on gas even though it's a jeep. Overall it is my favorite vehicle I have ever owned.

New jeep owner: love it!!
This is my first jeep and I love it. I love the easy to use screen for doing almost every I need to do while driving. The seat chillers are awesome in the hot Texas weather as long as the heaters for the cold months. Cargo room in the back is plenty for storage and the back hatch button allows for opening and closing of hands free.

Safe and cost efficient family vehicle.
Since purchasing I have had no problems. Very dependable and overall great performance. Perfect family car for new parents due to extra room in the backseat and safety features are great. I feel safe knowing my family is in this vehicle. I would recommend this vehicle to all my friends and family.

Nice vehicle, attractive appearance.
Uconnect can be complicated. At times, it seems the owner's manual has no relation to the app. Or which app I should have on my phone. Interior is sharp and has an expensive look to it. Comfortable ride, though we have yet to do a long trip. The remote experience was also comforting.

Mom car' has never been more cool.
The 2020 jeep Cherokee latitude plus was the first 'high tech' vehicle I have owned. I found it super easy to navigate through setting up my high tech car! This vehicle runs so smoothly and safely. Very reliable car for customers with children. This car features beautiful and comfortable leather seats and interior. It features several storage places in the front, XM radio, touch screen, heated seats and so much more. The Bluetooth connection allows you to use your phone without being distracted from driving safely, with this feature you can answer calls and texts with just a click of a button connected to the back of your steering wheel! I highly recommend this vehicle, it is very well worth it!

New 2020 jeep latitude has not disappointed.
Just bought this car this week so I am still learning all the features. So far it handles and turns so smoothly. One drawback is sitting up higher I can feel every pothole and dip in the road. I owned a car before this and I love the extra room and trunk space.

The seats are very comfortable and a great very reliable car for long trips. Amazing sound system and fun to drive. Not very high tech like more cars made today but jeep in stepping up their game in the tech world. I love the new touch screen and little details on the 2020 Cherokee model.

Great size and value for a family car.
We have had our jeep for 10 months and have had no problems. Leasing it and getting the maintenance plan makes it easy to take care of the vehicle and schedule the regular oil changes. We also find that the Cherokee has just enough storage for all of our needs.

Such a pretty car to look at.
I really love it! Sometimes sports mode comes on and off but other than that no complaints! I've had the same type of car but new models for years and will continue because this model is so worth it! I wish they had a more seater car option because I can never fit enough friends.

This vehicle is perfect for those living in a cold climate!
We live in a cold climate and this vehicle handles very well on snow and ice as it is a 4x4. We enjoy the little extras like heated seats, heated steering wheel, and dual climate control. The one con is that it is a bigger vehicle than my previous jeep compass so it does not always turn on a dime or handle corners as well as the compass. This vehicle certainly has more power than the compass though, and plenty of bells and whistles.

From a Chevy girl to now a jeep person I would never go back to a Chevy vehicle.
I love that this vehicle has 4 wheel drive. It does not have many options but it does have a lot of different qualities that make it reliable. It has automatic one year subscription to XM radio. It has carplay and has a great spot to display the directions so it does not interview with your driving. Another thing I really like is it does not have a lot of blind spots like a lot of SUV have. This vehicle has cut down there blind spot areas. Comfort the front and back seat is very comfortable and the trunk has lot of room for storage. A lot more room than most normal 5 seater SUVs.

Jeep owner and couldn’t be happier.
I absolutely love the jeep Cherokee limited. This is the sixth jeep I have owned and the 2020 finally does not feel “like I am driving a jeep.” the ride is so smooth compared to the older models. It is comfortable for up to 5 passengers. We recently took it on vacation 750 miles each way and it was the perfect vehicle for the job. The handling is amazing and the pickup is great. The entertainment package is top notch as well with the sound system being very strong. It seems like every feature comes with the limited and the price jump wasn't bad at all. I have many friends marvel at it and they drive envoys, tahos, explorers and Denali.

Jeep Cherokee is my favorite car! Heated steering wheel stole my heart.
I love my jeep! It is great in all weathers, the size is perfect for me after having a sedan, very roomy backseat and trunk. The interior is beautiful and the technology is up to date with backup camera, CarPlay and Bluetooth. I have the winter option with heated seats and steering wheel and I will never again buy a car without it.

Missing accessories for vehicle.
It is missing some accessories or upgraded things that would have been nice. If I could buy it again I might have spent a little more to get the more premium things that I am currently missing. None of the things I am missing effect me severely though.

Love my jeep - affordable and sporty.
I love my jeep! It rides smooth and is pretty good on gas. I love all the features, like heated seats and steering wheel, as well as the leather interior. It looks sharp and is spacious enough for a family of 4. I love the spacious trunk and backup camera also.

2020 jeep Cherokee latitude plus review.
My vehicle came equipped with the shut off feature when the vehicle is stopped. It also has a button which allows you to turn that option off. I just am not a fan on the feature in general and sometimes forget to shut it off. Other than that so far the vehicle has no issues.

Plenty of cargo space with seats up.
The Cherokee is great to drive, low wind noise and plenty of cargo space with seats up or down. Sound system performance is better than expected. Do not like how the back seat belts are routed but not the end of the world. Some sunroof noise in heavy rain.

Why I love my jeep Cherokee.
My 2020 jeep Cherokee limited is super comfortable. It feels very luxurious and rides really smooth. I used to have a Mercedes and the transition has been so easy. The luxury of this vehicle makes it have a Mercedes feel without the high price tag. I love this SUV!

Prep and inspect vehicles before delivery
Wow picked up new from dealer immediately noticed drivers side vent had very little ar coming out with fan on hi i saw vent damper was stuck at service apt i was told this is a big job and had to leave it with no loaners available and i also mositure on inside of both h/lamp assemblies why wasn.t this car prepped by the dealer? Had 105 miles on it now i have to go back when a loaner will be available dealer cant take care of their customers leave them stranded-not good at all

Very reliable and good vehicle.
Great for very long road trips with a family, very reliable and good on gas/mile ratio. It is very comfortable to sit in for those very long miles and hours on the road, performs really well, however going uphill is not the easiest thing and it forces the engine too much.

My favorite part of my Cherokee is the way the seats hug me when I drive.
My Cherokee is the not only my favorite car I have ever owned, it is also the most comfortable car I have ever owned. I loved my old 2018 jeep wrangler, but it cannot compare the my Cherokee. The comfort comparison is insane. I do not see myself in another car anytime soon.

Overall it is a great car for all your needs.
First off the vehicle is an amazing car for basically any of your needs. If you want to go snowboarding or even have to make a drive for business it sits very comfortable. The new models have a great interior and exterior details. So far I have had zero problems with my car and plan to keep it for years to come.

YES! This is my first Jeep and I am very impressed. It is a beautiful vehicle and I get lots of compliments but I'm most impressed with how well it handles and the ride is very comfortable. Smooth drive and luxury feel without the high cost.
Very comfortable, easy moving, user friendly and gets great mileage. Headlights are very bright and allow me to see in fog and dark rural streets. Easy Bluetooth connection. Sound is great and music sounds amazing. Calls come in crystal clear. Messages allow for driving safely.

I love the feel of the jeep Cherokee. It is comfortable for road trips, as well as around town trips. Jeep offers what feels like high end features. Apple carplay is one of my favorite features; it makes it easy to play music, 'text,' and access navigation. The back is the perfect size for our two person and one dog household.
