My vehicle only has the 2 captains chairs and that the third row can fold down.
My battery had problems staying connected and when it kept disconnecting, it caused my seat to stay in the up position, closest to the steering wheel. My mechanic has had to put sims on the battery cable so that the connection stays tight; it eventually losses up about every 6-8 months. The design is very poor.

Good for traveling/family vehicle.
No problems. It is a well made vehicle and we have had little problems with it since we bought it years ago. It is a very practical car for a family with 3 children. It has been a good car that we have taken on several long trips. There is a lot of room for luggage and room for people too.

Perfect family car with great value!
I feel that the Kia Sedona has the feel of an SUV when you are sitting behind the wheel but the space of a van. The interior is sleek and very functional. I love the features such as the automatic sliding doors, buttons on the key to open doors from a far distance, heated seats and easy drop down of the rear seats to allow putting large items in the back. I do not like that there is no way to pop the trunk from inside or outside of the vehicle. You have to manually open it which it annoying when your hands are full. Overall I would recommend this van. It has great value for the money.

Reliable Van
I have a 2015 Kia Sedona I purchased from Hertz as a previous rental. I purchased with 46,000 miles and now have 105,000. I have an LX with heated seats. Since the purchase the only major repair has been replacing the rear brake calipers because I replaced the pads with cheap parts and they rusted everything. The calipers were hard to find and it spent over a week in the shop waiting for parts to arrive by horse and carriage. I noticed someone else mention a condensation issue with rear tail light. I had this happen too at around 80,000 miles except I had standing water in my lens. I ended up replacing the whole lense unit and have not had any issues sense. My drivers side power door has been broken since 70,000 miles, but I just turned off the power door switch and don't think about it. It is an expensive fix for a feature I don't need. I did have the fluids replaced at 98000 miles. Overall, this has been a very reliable minivan, and very capable too. I have towed a boat with it from Maine to upstate New York with no issues whatsoever. I looked on this forum to look for any common issues that I need to watch out for because I am planning a 2000 mile road trip and want to know what to look out for. I know that transmissions in the whole class of minivans can tend to be a problem and I have noticed a little bit of jerky shifting when the van is cold now. However, it does not miss gears or have any other issues with power. I will be replacing the spark plugs and cleaning the mass air flow sensor this weekend. The only negative thing I have for this van is parts tend to be difficult to find, and there are very few repair videos on Youtube to help me fix the van (this may be a good thing since there may not be many repairs needed for this model). I am kind of in the market for a new vehicle, but my wife loves the utility of this van so much, I doubt I will replace it until the wheels fall off. Overall, this has been a very good reliable workhorse for our family.

Pretty reliable car, I'll buy again.
Center console is very poorly made, plastic that keeps the to open snapped off very easily. I have had this car for almost 10 years and I really haven't had a lot things go wrong. It still runs good. It is pretty comfortable seatings and fabric of the seating is easy to take care of.

Perfect size comfortable slight engine problems but otherwise I love my vehicle. Makes for easy ride to anywhere. Lots of room and electronics capabilities are completely awesome and worth the price. Kias are great vehicles to have for anyone parents or not. Fun and exciting driving every time.

It is great for a big family but does have a few issues that are not budget friendly if your warranty has run out.
My 2015 Kia Sedona is a wonderful family vehicle. It is a 7 passenger stock model. Even tho it is stock to basic features are wonderful. It has a great backup cam and sound system. The middle passenger windows go down. The feature I love the most is there is heating/cooling vents throughout the entire minivan. It also has a way you can synced your van to an app and do diagnostic testing from your car. The flaw about this minivan is that the middle doors on both sides have broken a couple times each with locking closed. I am currently having that issue again. Also the back seats that are stow and go do not work anymore because the handles are cheaply made and have both broke!

Love that it seats eight for my large family.
Very comfortable fit for eight. Roomy, leg and head room. Reliable and dependable vehicle. Has Bluetooth, CD player, ac and heat. Rear view camera is clear and easy to see. Easy to get in. It was a great value. The Sedona is rated similar to the Odyssey but it has a much smaller price tag. I expect the Sedona to become one of the front runners for minivans in the near future.
I love the styling of the Kia Sedona! It makes driving a van fun. The upgrades were just what we needed in our family with the heated and cooled seats, leather interior, upgraded sound system, navigation system, and touch screen interface. We really love our Sedona.

Super comfortable van with great heating and a/c. The seats are great, the backup cam is convenient and easy to use. The automatic side doors tend to jam, but when they're working they're convenient to use. Plenty of space for a big family. Never had engine issues.

The Kia Sedona has a comfortable ride and lots of bells and whistles, some of which take getting used to. All in all an enjoyable ride!
The Kia Sedona 2015 model has navigation system but it is hard to operate. I like the parking and driving assist. The back seats move to many different positions but they are difficult to move. I love the hand controls on the steering wheel.

Great car, won't be replacing for a long while.
Didn't come with automatic back door opening equipment pre installed. If the car is not on locked, and you stay inside, after a while to car alarm will go off if you try to leave from the inside. Not much other than that, it's a great car and we've never really had any issues with it other than that, we got it used for a reasonable price.

It has so many luxury features for a fraction of the cost. We love the dual air/heat seats. It is also perfect for anyone with kiddos. A cool fact is that the car lasts long but does not hold its value very well.
The car is very nice. Has heated seat warmers, great mileage and awesome for when we go on vacations, very easy to drive with young ones. Also equipped with ac in all seating rows which makes it easier for the car to get warmer/cooler in no time. Although, it is a minivan so it is a gas guzzler so I spend a lot of money on gas than a regular car.

Surprising power and comfort.
My Kia Sedona lx surprised me with its fuel mileage and power. I wish it had 3 full rows of seating but outside of that we've been pretty happy with our Sedona. I would love if the seats hugged your body a little more and also with the other seatbelts in the van besides the drivers were longer for heavier people. The driver side seatbelt seems longer and does not. Lock up like the other seatbelts do. Repairs costs have been pretty. Minimal as well. Kia has also fixed any recalls needed in a timely manner.

I enjoy the spaciousness of the van. I had not had any major technical issues with it since I have had it. We purchased the van new in 2015. One thing that had to be addressed was the motors in the sliding doors. Kia took care of the issue, no questions asked. The backup camera has been a life saver for me.
Had issues with the wiring system burn up twice, almost causing incredible damage. Other than that I like how spacious it is. We go out of town a lot with road trips and have 2 dogs and 3 kids, about to add a 4th, and we still have plenty of room. Love the leather seats, easy to clean.

2015 Kia Sedona vehicle review.
I love the amount of space that I have in my car. I love the front and back feature controls on the air conditioner/heat system. I love the spacious trunk and the sliding side doors they are very convenient for mobility of children. The Bluetooth connect is amazing for my music and phone calls. This works really well. I love the sensors on the vehicle that lets me know when I am near an object or person. My only dislike about the vehicle is the interior color and material it stains very easily. A family car like this one in particular should have easy cleaning seats that show less spots. Other than that, the car is quite enjoyable.

All the safety features and the two sunroofs you can actually hold a conversation with them open. The reclining seats are awesome and very comfortable when watching a movie on the DVD player. The radio does not interfere with your listening enjoyment of the movie.

Good gas mileage for a van.
I like the size and that it has 8 seats. It is comfortable and easy to drive. Have only had some issues with the sliding doors which were replaced at no cost to us. Seats are low, which is great for my elderly grandmother who has bad knees, she can get in and out very easily.

Great mini van, few issues.
Overall a decent vehicle, some problems we have had are mainly the electrical features, doors not opening when triggering the handle, buttons not working, camera features messing up other problems have been latches for the pilot seats breaking. Performance is good, handles well, drives well. Comfort is 10 out of 10, lots of room heated and cooling seats with programmable auto adjustment per driver. We really enjoy the vehicle as a family, but the electrical issues have been undesirable.

My Kia Sedona has been very reliable since I purchased it. I have had a problem with the gas tank lid not wanting to open all the time when I press the button. It's very comfortable and has a great entertainment package on it. The color and miles per gallon are great. I get 28 miles per gallon on the highway.

The Sedona is in a class by itself. Our van is the smoothest ride we've had in a minivan. Sedona drives perfectly also, making easy transitions from city to highway. The controls on the steering wheel make sure your eyes are always on the road. Gas mileage is better than the Chrysler products we've had in the past.

Pros and cons of Kia Sedona.
We absolutely love our van. There's enough room for all 5 of us and plenty of elbow room. The backup camera is a godsend. The passenger rear door doesn't latch right. So now our open door light stays on so now the van doesn't lock automatically when I put the van into drive.

Reliable no-nonsense vehicle.
The van is very reliable, but it is not necessarily a luxury vehicle. The seats are not comfortable on long trips. The driver's side leg room is not adequate. There is like a step on the left hand side by your foot so you cannot stretch out your left leg when driving. The radio also does not have good sound.

2015 Kia Sedona power sliding door issue.
The only problem or complaint I have about my 2015 Kia Sedona is the power sliding rear doors. Both doors do not fully close. You press close button & they slide automatically and appear to be shutting but at the last minute there is a grinding sound from the motor & the doors fail to shut completely. To remedy this you have to push on the back of the door just as it is ready to close to get it to completely seal.

I love that my van can comfortably accommodate each of my 3 kids and their car/booster seats, with plenty of room left for me, my husband, and an additional passenger. There is plenty of cargo space and we've never run out of room. My only complaint is a strange leak that runs under the backseats and into the trunk floor. It's inconsistent and we cannot locate the source.
It gets better gas mileage than I expected and it's as easy to drive as a sedan.

Love this minivan! Very smooth on the road, the seats are a easy wipe down clean and the carpet is easy to vacuum. Love all 12 cup holders and multiple ceiling vents throughout the car! The apple car play has been one of my favorite features up front. Allows me to play my Pandora as well as use my maps from my phone! The navigation is a good back up and works well for when I lose signal! The heating and cooling seats are a must I feel like now. All the storage up front is great as well.

Can't go wrong with the Kia Sedona Limited!

We have had no issues mechanically. The gas mileage is not a good as I had hoped, but it is a great vehicle. Very comfortable for travel as it has room for seven people comfortably. 2015 Kia Sedona: great family vehicles.

I purchased the white 2015 Kia Sedona sx the interior provides much comfort for my family. The features are very luxurious such as the heated and cooling seats and sunroof. Bluetooth is another feature that I really enjoy. I really enjoy this car and its features. I feel very safe when driving it. Haven't ran into technical problems as the car was purchased used.

Great family vehicle complete with entertainment packages and navigation.
Very dependable family vehicle. Complete with entertainment package and navigation package. Great on gas mileage. Plenty a room to take family vacations. Nice smooth comfortable ride. Very expensive to fix if something goes wrong. Cargo area could be a little bit bigger. Would prefer the bench seat in the middle instead of two captains chairs we should have that option.

Luxury car performance for an average car's price.
I really love thus cars performance & overall reliability. It has a backup camera which helps to prevent minor accidents or bad parking, it LOOKS like a car that would cost way more (Has a luxury Look & performance), & it rides SO smoothly it just feels like your driving on flat grass no matter the type of road. It also snows where I live (BLACK ICE!!) & but this car drives so good with such fast-acting brakes that you don't even worry when the weather's bad & you need to go somewhere. EXTREMELY Spacious, it looks SO much more roomy on the inside than you would attribute it being from just looking at it from the outside & the ceiling is pretty high (so NO cruched backs from ducking awkwardly while moving around once inside. Sound system it comes with is really good quality & It also has PERFECT steering response time/ performance as well. No cringing, no worrying, no stress, & NO discomfort just super smooth & cozy sailing with this car.

How dependable the car is. We have had three Kia's and they have all been great vehicles.
I love my kia sedona! It is reliable, safe and comfortable to drive. I love the automatic doors, removable seats and long warranty.

Great family car for four.
This vehicle runs smoothly. I have had no problems with it. I bought this vehicle used. Love Kia vehicles as I had a Sedona before I traded in for the smaller SUV. There is plenty of room for my family of four. My oldest is learning how to drive and is very comfortable in this.

Perfect family friendly car.
I love the ability it has to fit all of my kiddos inside, as well as the trunk space it offers even with the third row. I love that it is a reliable car that has lasted us a while now and is super family friendly, which is perfect for us. The center console is updated which allows it to feel technologically up to date for a 2015 vehicle.

Extremely reliable vehicle, and relatively affordable.
Very reliable vehicle, only do required oil changes, and had to replace one tire. Automobile runs really well. Getting up to 26 MPG on highway, 18-20 MPG in city.

I love my Sedona. It has lots of room for 3 carseats and everything that comes along with 3 children. It doesn't have the best gas mileage but is typical with vans. Over all excellent car

It is highly reliable and comfortable while be spacious for my family's needs.

Family friendly and good value
The Sedona has been very reliable. Only major repairs have been normal things like tires. So much room for my children and all the luggage when we travel. I love my van and will be driving it for along time.

My car is very roomy even when you have 8 passengers.
I love how roomy it is! Seats 8 with removable center seat. Has heated seats in both rows with automatic sliding doors.

Though it is very spacious and roomy if you don't have children or a job that needs room in your vehicle to fit things you may want to go smaller
The van is very spacious and all my tools fit and all the seats fold for very easy loading. This is a very low maintenance vehicle and is great on gas. On of the best vehicles I've driven in a while.
