Got to love this Lexus. Just keeps on running,
Comfy, virtually no problems. No servicing other than routine oil changes, etc. Rather older in terms of years but does not appear as older vehicle. Model does not look outdated or as trendy as the newer models.

It's very comfortable and affordable. It's really good on gas and has a decent amount of power in its engine.
My 2001 Lexus ES300 is the best car I've ever owned. Its very reliable and luxurious. Never had any issues with my car and would highly recommend that you get one to.

2001 Lexus ES300 - Great vehicle
This is a very good vehicle. It was my first vehicle (I got it when I was 16) and it has not given me any problems so far (it has been 3 year). My family kept it for over 10 years and the condition has not changed. No major problems, just normal oil change, new tires, etc. When due.

My car has a lot of perks for the day, but it's almost 20 years old so it isn't on the cutting edge anymore but it still looks good and drives well.
I have had my Lexus since it was new and although it has almost 200,000 miles it still drives great and handles really well. This is the fifth Lexus we have owned and we're very happy.

Why I will be buying another Lexus when this one wears out.
I was in a wreck in 1996. Hit a black car @ night doing 75 mph. I only had a bruise on my hip from the seat belt. I have since then 3 more Lexus's. When I go to replace this car I have now I will be buying another one. I now have 211,000 miles & other than a small leak in the transmission she's still taking me anywhere I want to go. I am a widow & I am not afraid to go anywhere in it. They are a luxury car but I like it because of its dependability. This is my 4th Lexus & I have had this 2001 since 2006.

It is a very reliable car.
I like my vehicle because it is roomy, comfortable to drive. It also gets very good gas mileage. This vehicle has been very reliable. There is not really anything I dislike about my vehicle.

A very high performance car.
A very high performance car, very smooth driving. It is big enough for me and I can adjust the seat length and height. The only problem is when climbing a hill it slows down. And when merging onto the highway, it takes a few minutes to peak up the speed. It is good in the energy consumption too. Very reliable.

It still runs good if you maintain it.
My car is just an older vehicle. It has about 230,000 miles on it and it is just getting to be at the end of it is life.

Old Lexus needs lots of repairs
I bought this car used in 2013. It is fairly feature-rich for a car from 2001: power everything, good AC/heat, etc. I get about 18 mpg in city fuel efficiency. Perhaps due to being old, or maybe it wasn't maintained well, it has had several issues since I got it. The first major problem was with the steering column (something to do with steering fluid leaking). This required expensive repairs and seemed to mess up something with alignment, which the car has had recurring issues with since. Another issue, which was extremely difficult to diagnose, was where the car would intermittent shudder while running. It eventually got fixed after many iterations of mechanics replacing different parts. There have been many other minor issues as well. I wouldn't recommend buying such an old car without thorough inspection by a mechanic. I do not think that the problems with this car are indicative of poor quality of Lexus cars overall. I would be willing to buy a newer Lexus.

Excellent car, reliable, comfortable , great sound, very happy car. This car is awesome. It's look fool you into thinking it's ultra sedate and staid, but when you pushed this car will surprise you in it's strength and agility. Lexus for comfort and reliability!
Lexus has been serviced every 3, 000 miles since owned have not had any problems with it mechanically or otherwise. Ride is smooth as velvet and she is quick on the rode if need be. High performing car, very reliable and extremely comfortable. Stereo is great sounding and have moonroof that adds to the enjoyment of the ride. Just love it!

It's solid, safe, reliable. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
Love it. It's old so running a little louder than before with lower gas mileage, so i wish that were back to normal. Wish it were less dinged up.
