We're a full Mercedes Benz family!

No problems. Comfortable ride and just the right amount of technology without overwhelming the driving experience. Expensive routine maintenance but can be prepaid at purchase if you prefer. Back seat a little small but consistent with this vehicle class.

Mercedes gla 250 sporty and fun.

Handles wonderfully. Very sporty and good looking vehicle. Good pick up with turbo. Good turning radius. Comfortable. I wish it had heated steering wheel option. The dashboard could be nicer. It is a tad bland for a Mercedes and some of the options are not convenient. If I have my apple carplay on for nav and I want to change radio station I have to leave nav or I have to have radio setting on dashboard. If radio setting on dashboard is in the digital speed limit is gone. So that is something I would change. Also no heads up display. I do like the apple car play.

Very comfortable, and great features that makes it easy to personalize your driving experience. I will buy again from the same. Company. Good quality, great service. The looks is very luxury. My vehicle is very spacious with plenty of storage and safety locks.

Surprise, I am getting 33.1 miles per gallon of gas after 1500 miles.

So far I love everything. I wanted the panoramic sunroof and keyless. Finding I like the comfort, drive and feel of it. The myriad extras are wonderful.

2018 gla mercedes-benz crossover great performance vehicle.

The fresh filter puts a foul odor in the car when you first turn on the ac the smell only last for a few min. The performance is great for a 4 cylinder. The gas mileage is wonderful. The gla250 is a very reliable SUV crossover. It has several safety features that makes you feel very safe comforting.

Smoothest ride ever, if I could buy another one I would.

The car drives really smooth, you hardly feel any bumps on the road. I love that you can adjust the head seat and lumbar button. The seat warmer is the best invention ever for winter days. I love the GPS feature on the car because it is easy to follows and it reroutes you. Overall I love this car.

Feeling confident and special while driving this car.

I feel very confident while driving my car, it's very secure and stable. I look special and sophisticated. I love my car however the inside is kind of small for the back sitters. It was not comfortable having a baby car seat in the back so for people who have kids maybe think about bigger car.

2017 GLA250 4MATIC

I bought the car used with 24,000 but no warranty because it is a 2017. I started have trouble right away. My biggest concern now is the media screen. I noticed that the backup camera was not working one day and then a few days later the screen did not come on at all. No radio, no Bluetooth, no navigation and no camera. Called MB locally but of course they need me to bring it in. I read many, many reviews with the same problem but no one ever posts a solution to this problem. I do not like this car. Will be gettingrid of it as soon as I fix this problem.

Gla 250 - average vehicle.

Small interior, few features for the price. Good gas mileage. I'drives/handles very well. Small cargo space. Service is expensive and you pay for the service regardless of whether or not all services are actually performed. Premium gas is an added expense.

Mercedes Benz gla 250 - lemon vehicle.

I have had issues with this model from day one. I have had issues with the battery, key fobs, hood, doors opening while driving, seat belts not working, alarm, rattling noises, a/c not working, etc. The gla I had before this one was so much better, no issues.

NO FACTORY INSTALLED SATELLITE

I like the style and handling. After test driving and signing, I was shocked to learn that it does not have factory installed satellite. I have to rely on my cell phone. For me, it’s a giant step backwards. I expected more from Mercedes.

Apple carplay can be a problem if not connected every time.

It is ok but the windshield seems to stay fogged up longer than it should. The apple carplay is not consistent & there is a glitch that requires that I do not change any settings if my phone is not connected (even the station on the radio!) Or I need to resynchronize the phone.

2018 GLA 250 4Matic

I actually bought my GLA with 14k on it. I was attracted to it by it's appearance and size (we're empty nesters now). I found that it goes as fast as I want and the acceleration is great, but is a step down from our 328. The interior is nicely set up, easily reachable to most everything and attractive in appearance. One negative if the blind spot when I look for oncoming cars backing out of driveway, the post and passenger seat combine to block out most anything. I have no complaints on driving capabilities at all, handles well, brakes well, and rides comfortably. The most significant think that's really disappointing, my Mercedes sports a Renault engine....I don't even know what to say to that...

Great gas mileage. Very comfortable. Very easy to drive. Very fun to drive and has a great speaker system. I get a lot of compliments on it. The interior is very sharp and clean. I can fit all my friends comfortably in the car.

It is a little bit small in the back. The smart phone system sometimes does not work. I really do not have very many cons. But sometimes the eco mode button is super annoying and I hate having to turn it off and on.
