One of my favorite features is the large storage space between the front seats.
I love my car because it gets great mileage, runs well, rides smoothly and has tons of space for all my families activities (surfing, volleyball, softball, basketball, golf etc). I think one of my favorite if not most favorite features is the compartment between the two front seats because my purse fits nicely there and I can access everything I need in seconds. I also really like the radio, Bluetooth and navigation touch screen features. Unfortunately, just recently I've experienced hybrid battery issues that apparently all electric and hybrid cars have and it's expensive the fix. Otherwise, this vehicle is awesome!

My 3rd Toyota highlander hybrid and I would buy another!
Great auto/no problem-very reliable and economical. Smooth and comfortable to drive. A very safe driving car to drive. Visibility is done very well. Serviceability is very easy. This is my 3rd vehicle of this kind and I would be certain to purchase another.

Sleek, a pleasure to drive and great for a single individual or family.
Very nice and economical vehicle to drive. Seats 7 individuals, great car to travel long distances, does great in the mountains and as well as the snow. This is my third such vehicle and will be ready to obtain another very soon! My vehicle is loaded and can also pull a trailer without any issues at all.

Great car, bad collision detection.
It's a really smooth drive overall, the gas mileage is pretty good but will fluctuate based on the type of driving you do. (city vs. Highway, etc.) Great spacious interior that seats 7 relatively comfortably. One major annoyance though is the collision alert system, it is so incredibly sensitive so you will constantly be getting beeped at even if you are just pulling out of a parking spot which can be incredibly annoying at times.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled David B.

If you do a lot of city driving you will get good gas mileage with the electric motor. It has a third seat with easy access. It handles nicely in all weather conditions. It rides very nice. Very comfortable for those long road adventures. Easy to use driver controls.

Cons from Owners

I do not have anything. We love our Highlander! It is the nicest vehicle we've ever owned. Everyone that rides in the Highlander with us are impressed with how nice the vehicle is. When it wears out we will certainly look at getting another Highlander!
