Heated seats spoil me! Will not go without them now.
I love the gas mileage- on average I get 45 miles to a gallon. I haven't had issues with my Prius since I bought it in 2015. The model I have has plenty space for me although on large trips to the grocery the back seat and hatchback accommodate my needs.

Toyotas are the best on the market why they hold their value so well !!

Fantastic hybrid gas mileage
My Prius C is a great car especially for my short trips into town of 20-40 miles round-trip. It's big enough for me and a passenger and the items I need to have with me. I love watching the average speed and the average miles per gallon as I drive. My goal every trip is to get over 50 MPG. I will sometimes set the displays up to be able to show most efficient driving when I am especially energy efficient. Driving over 70 mph is not as great but it is still about 40 mpg.

The Prius c gets great gas mileage.
I love the gas mileage of my Prius! I also like that the Prius can hold 4 people very comfortable and 5 people if needed. I dislike the lack of trunk space. I do wish the gas tank was a little bigger.

Get such great get such great mileage that my Jeep and 4Runner never leave the driveway anymore
I get I get 50 to 70 miles per gallon. Also with level four you get to Super stereo however no backup camera. And heated seats only have one level on or off. And Toyota doesn't make any mud guards for this car.

It is easy on the gasoline. $15 - $17 is the most that I have ever spent on fuel
I love the fuel economy. I don't care much for how silent it is because pedestrians don't look and you can easily run into someone
accountCircle Sarah T
It's quiet so kids or distracted people don't pay attention.
I love the size, it's comfortable for a petite person. I love the color.

The Toyota Prius, efficient and cool.
This Toyota Prius is an amazing car. As almost all people know the gas mileage is phenomenal, sometimes I only have to get one tank of gas per month. Many people do not like the build of this car but I think it is very efficient and looks clean. Overall I would give it a 5-star review and would recommend to anyone.

The basic but reliable Toyota Prius c.
The car is reliable until the hybrid battery needs to be replaced. Certain buttons no longer work on the infotainment system, which can be annoying. I like that it gives me trip information and a detailed energy view of the battery. It is an overall comfortable ride; it is just not very fun to drive. There's a lot of wind noise and you feel pretty much every bump in the road.

Great fuel mileage, cheap parts
Door lock actuatoreeplaced @ 37,000 miles. Outer door belt trim falling off@ 80,000 miles. Roof trim falling off at 40,000 miles. Toyota can afford to put better parts on their vehicles as high as they are or at least have a warranty over 36,000 miles.

Very efficient in saving gas
I like that it saves gas very efficient. I do not like that it is so weak not power enough.

It's a reliable vehicle with decent mileage, but it's a little annoying to deal with at times.
I like the fact that it's a hybrid and fuel-efficient. I don't like its headlights (they don't light up the road very well) and I don't like how bossy it can be sometimes (I can't lock my keys in the car, but sometimes I want to--I'd rather have a warning than making it completely impossible to do).

Prius c - likes and dislikes.
Cheap to fill up. Lots of miles, still works great. Easy to park anywhere. Great to take when traveling. Wish it had automatic lights. Back seat is very small, hard to fit taller people. Car locks mess up all the time. Does not take off when getting on freeway.
accountCircle Benjamin W
Very reliable car but very weak.
It is a great car it is just not the one I really want. It is very slow and I would prefer a sports car. However, I just had to change the battery for the first time since buying the car brand new. Going to Toyota has never been fun but the last time I went was a better experience.

Prius has great gas mileage.
I have had no problems with my vehicle besides the paint chips easily. The gas mileage is great on the hwy and in traffic.

Great gas mileage, no thrills car.
They have quit making Prius c model. I have had some problems with the back lights. The seal for brake lights separate and water and dirt get in. Found a lot of car owners had this problem but car is out of warranty and Toyota will not fix. Car does get great gas mileage and does what is advertised.

Great commuter vehicle - Toyota Prius c.
There is no beating the gas mileage for a commuter, it is a great car. Compact enough to fit in any space in the city, and large enough on the interior to fit everything you need. It drives like a typical hybrid and you can get up to 60 mpg highway in my experience.

Great gas mileage for travel out of town. Great on the highway, too.
I love the gas mileage, the color, and the size. Even though there is little leg room in the back seat. Wish the hatchback door was automatic close. Three of the door locks have been replaced because the door would not open or close with the automatic control. Replaced all tires. No other problems.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Luna N.

The vehicle averages 45-50 mpg. It is blue and has a moonroof. The seats are relatively comfortable. Comparatively comfortable front seats. Multiple storage areas. The cup holders are well placed. The USB plug in for mp3/phone is well placed. The stereo is decent for the price of the car.

likeFilled Janice M.

Good on gas and can fit in a tight parking spot it's quiet and enough room for 4 people I like the color and it's a hybrid and its fuel economy the engine is very quiet it fits almost anywhere also its very fast drives like a normal car.

likeFilled Heather C.

Pros: Fuel efficient, easily turns into tight parking spots, comfortable, and built in stereo/phone/map system with Bluetooth capabilities. As long as you have good tires, it is really good in the snow/ rain.

likeFilled Van N.

Pros include great gas mileage, small enough so parking is super easy and overall great value. Cons are with most hybrids, the car can be a bit sluggish and the Prius C definitely struggles a bit on the highway. Especially after driving past two hours.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Luna N.

Compared to my last car, a classic Prius: the body is more rickety, there is no alarm, the fabric of the seats is comfy in summer, but the colors are light and stain easily, the floor mats do not fit well, and the interior is more cheaply made. The cargo area is much too small, the back seat has very little leg room. There is no storage in the cargo area.

dislikeFilled Janice M.

The cons are that the car is very tight the seat are extremely uncomfortable they have this weird curve in them that after 45 mins starts to drive you nuts because you feel stuck and trapped and for someone with borderline panic and anxiety episodes this can really set it off also it get very stuffy inside and the cabin space it very tight.

dislikeFilled Heather C.

The Cons are: If you are tall, the slim/ small make of this vehicle may be difficult to be comfortable in. If you take this car on the highway, it drives fine, but, the miles per gallon are not the greatest compared to other cars. If you get snow, rain, or mud on the car, it is easily visible if your car is black or white. Which also means, you'll be headed to the car wash more often. Unless you do not care about such things.

dislikeFilled Van N.

Mistakenly included the cons in my last comment, but here goes again. The Prius C cannot handle long road trips. After two hours on the road and the battery drains so, it relies on the go kart-like gas engine.

It cost around $18,000. I think it is a very good value considering the reliability of the car and ability to last a long time without worrying about expensive repairs.

Out the door the Prius c 2 was a little under $23k. I didn't need Entune, a sunroof nor fancy wheels. For the gas mileage alone, I feel the car paid for itself.
