Personal Review and prospective of Toyota Prius
It's an excellent economical vehicle. It's comfortable and quiet. I haven't had any major issues with it.
accountCircle Natasha A
My car is gas efficient and compact.
Gas efficient, compact and I can park anywhere in the city. Its saved me so much gas in my daily commute. Its reliable, safe and has everything I need. I can fill up for a week with only 20 dollars. I wish that it did have a seat boost because I am short and would feel more comfortable higher up.
accountCircle Her S
It is fuel efficient and works well. There is almost no maintenance required.
Works perfectly. There are no problems with the Prius C except that is does require gasoline. A pure electric would be superior.
accountCircle Lynda D
It steers and stops very well.
Fuel mileage is great love the size for parking and love the visual updated access to see what my engine is working on, gas or battery.

Fun Size Car with Great Space!
I love how many miles I get per gallon! I commute a lot for work and my Prius C helps a lot with mileage! I also love that even though it is a hatchback it is still quite spacious!

Prius c- old reliable for commuting.
The 2014 Prius c three is very comfortable and for the size of the car, it has a lot of space. I have had my car for about 4 years and have not had any major problems with it. I had the check engine light come on once, however it turned out to the fact that the gas cap was not fully secured/closed. Other than that, this car has been extremely reliable and is the main car that both my fiance and I drive. It gets amazing gas mileage cans is wonderful for commuting to work and to see family and friends. It is has built in navigation and with touch screen panel. This panel also contains the radio and the ability to listen from your phone either via Bluetooth or iPod. It also has a USB connection on the passengers side making it very convenient to plug in your phone to either charge it or play music. Overall it is wonderful car that is very reliable.

When stopped at a stoplight the car stops using gas so it is perfectly quiet. It didn't stall
I love everything about my vehicle except its ability to travel through snow. It gets great gas mileage. It is quiet when it runs.

Great gas mileage and economical!.
Love the gas mileage and its size. Dislike the way it rides on long drives as it can be rough and uncomfortable.

Not much room but money saving.
Its to small for my family of 4 which consists of a 7 month old in a rear facing seat and a 4 year old in a booster. That is all that can fit. Trunk can barely fit a stroller let alone groceries of shopping bags. It's a great gas saver though and features such as eco boost and eve mode help.

Safe, great gas mileage, but I'm not sure if I'd buy it again.
I love that our vehicle is small, zips in and out of traffic, and has excellent gas mileage. There are several problems however, including limited tire choices, it burns through light bulbs crazy fast, and it's had air conditioning problems since we got it.
accountCircle Shannon B
Roomy & I can get a lot of cargo in it.
No comfortable, noisy, it gets great gas mileage. It has a lot of room for how small it looks. I can park anywhere. Not a lot of get up & go.

Blue beauty with charm and flare.
There are issues with panels and sealed areas coming loose. There are issues with panel boards not lasting. I have had issues with power steering and the vehicle shaking. The gas tank is at least 10 liters but could be 15 liters. The seats do not allow for adjustment to avoid the sun blinding you while driving.

It is a big and good for family and looks good
It is a good car but can be low at times, gas does cost more to fill up the full. It is also a good family car.

Wonderful on gas and small and compact for those small spaces
This car has great gas mileage. Also it is very reliable. It's great for the environment. It's a small and compact car which makes it easy to get in and out of small spaces. It does not need much maintenance except the regular requirements. I would recommend it to others

It is a hybrid which means it has two batteries
Car is reliable and very cheap on gas, I have had no problems out of it besides the tires which are very easy to replace. As much as I love it I happen to be quite bored with it and will be selling it sometime soon, if you're looking for something reliable and eco friendly I would definitely recommend it

Very fuel efficient and environmental car.
I love the Prius because it is very fuel efficient, but performance wise it is not that all fun to drive. It is not a very fast and powerful car. I love it because it saves me gas money. It is very reliable you can drive for hours and still save money on your gas tank.

Great gas mileage! Prius gets 50 plus mpg.
The Prius is so great on gas. I drive an hour every day 6 days a week and I only spend 15 bucks or less per week. The power is not really much but it is roomy and the stereo rocks. It also does not have great handling but it looks cool and it zips around quickly and can fit in small spaces.

Our favorite primary vehicle with maximum reliability.
My Toyota Prius c is so reliable! The most reliable car my family has owned, and my husband has gone through many cars. The compact design makes for easy maneuvering and it is the perfect size for my family of 4. The gas mileage is amazing. Definitely the greatest perk of this car. I have never once regretted having this car, it is definitely our primary vehicle that my husband will drive even if his car is fine!

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Song Ja.

Great gas mileage averaging about 55mpg. Easy to drive and park. Subcompact and can maneuver in the city through traffic. Spacious inside and can carry 5 passengers. Very little blind spots, easy to view surroundings.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Song Ja.

Very little cons on this vehicle. Can be confusing to mechanics and anyone else coming into contact with your car due to the battery running with no engine noise. Pedestrians not paying attention due to the car being very quiet.

How Reliable Is The 2014 Toyota Prius c?

I believe it is reliable. I bought it used and have not yet had any issues with it. My one complaint is that the tire pressure gauge is a little overly sensitive.

Is The 2014 Toyota Prius c A Good Value?
