2011 Volkswagen Touareg Overview, Reviews, Ratings & Specs

The touareg is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage. All the fluids are sealed so you do not have to check them, a dash light will warn you. The four wheel drive handles great on snow and ice. The sound system is awesome, and the navigation is good. The screen, however, is all monochromatic text. The controls for climate and menu options seem counter-intuitive, if not downright distracting.

It's one of the most attractive SUV still in the market & you don't see many on the road. VW discontinued this model in the United States and now offers the Atlas which is a full size SUV with a 3rd row wish they would have added a 3rd row to this model. Vehicle suspension nice and tight only thing that can be annoying is going over speed bumps because even though you go over them slow it rocks everyone in the vehicle side to side because suspension is so tight.

I love my car, it was part of the VW emissions scandal a few years back and I did notice the mpg reduce a bit. I love the performance and still has great pick up. I would recommend and buy again if they still made my car. There are a few features that I would love to change but overall satisfied.

Great vehicle

It drives really smoothly, the brakes are very responsive and somewhat sensitive. The seats are heated and very comfortable. Haven't had any problems and is very reliable. It can be hard to get parts because it is a foreign car, but it is also very safe.

I love my touareg! It is safe and reliable. Even though it requires premium gas, it is worth it. My car looks luxurious and it was affordable. I bought it pre-owned. Some of the features that I love are the heated seats and dual climate control. It is awesome! The automatic windshield wipers are so helpful because it is one less thing to think about. I am short and it took a little while to get used to the height, but I love being up high when I am driving. I would recommend Volkswagen to anyone!

I love my car and I get good gas mileage. My car has been very reliable and also very comfortable. I love the color because there is not very many in my area with the brown color and light colored seats. I am very happy with my dealership taking good care of me when it come to oil changes and any other problems I may have. I think the best part of my car is the auto windshield wipers.

I absolutely love the interior of the vehicle. It is very clean and classy. The drive is smooth and I appreciate the uphill feature of the vehicle. If you are up an incline, the car automatically applies the brakes so you do not roll back before you press on the accelerator.
