The 2007 Toyota Camry came in a total of seven different trim levels and configurations -- from the base CE to the LE to the SE to the XLE, as well as V6 versions of the latter three. Unfortunately, only two of those trim levels were fitted with bluetooth connectivity -- it was only available on the XLE and the XLE V6 models. If Your Camry wasn't upgraded at the time of purchase, no worries because aftermarket solutions still exist. Many major manufacturers like Sony, Boss, JVC, Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, and others make head units that will fit Your 07 Camry, and they can be had as inexpensively as around $100. While this might not be ideal, a small upgrade beats having to miss out on bluetooth streaming.

The 2007 Toyota Camry XLE model pampers its occupants with a 440-watt JBL sound system that incorporates Bluetooth technology.
Bluetooth is a harmful, toxic downgrade that emits EMF radiation , so glad to hear the 07 Camry CE did not come with it.
