If You're looking to progRam the key fob on Your 2011 Dodge Ram 1500, look no further. Before we start, I want to give out a disclaimer that to have Your key fob properly progRammed, it is recommended to take the fob to Your dealership. If You're looking to save a buck or two, You can try the steps I'm about to give You. First, turn Your ignition to RUN. Once the chimes have quieted down, hold the Unlock button on Your old remote for about 10 seconds. As soon as You release the unlock button press the Panic button. When You hear a chime, press a button on the new remote. You can now turn Your ignition on and hopefully, You'll have a newly progRammed key fob.

To program a key fob for the 2011 dodge ram 1500, put your ignition in the on position, hold the unlock button for 10 seconds then push and release the panic button.

Impossible as maybe you never seen a dodge key and shouldn’t be putting false info out there. You simply can not press the panic button with the key inserted as the panic button is physically inside the vehicle as it’s on the tip of the fob
