He fuel filter on a 2007 Toyota Camry 2.4 liter is integrated into the fuel sending unit which is inside the gas tank. The filter is not serviceable and the only way to change it is to replace the entire fuel pump. To remove the fuel pump the rear seat needs to be removed. Once the seat is removed, disconnect the electrical connector. Insert a flat blade screwdriver or a small pry bar under the access panel and pry up on it, it's got some sort of rubberized adhesive that holds it down. Once the panel is off You have to disconnect the fuel line and electrical connector to the pump and unbolt it from the top of the tank.

The filter is built into the pump assembly dealerships and garages will tell you that it isn't serviceable but it is that is just a way to get more money from you I'm an ASE certified tech auto/ light diesel and have 16+ years experience the pump assembly does come apart and you can replace the pump itself and the filter itself it's just like any other bosch style intank fuel pump as far as the filter it should come with filter and new clamps and whatever else you would need to change it

Thank you for letting me know that the fuel filter can be replaced on fuel pump on 2007 Camry.Tech said bad filter need to replace fuel pump at a high dollar.
