The method of failure for a car's touch screen says a lot about the reason for the failure -- the 2019 Nissan Altima is no exception. Is the head unit receiving power at all Is the screen itself receiving power at all If it is, do any of the inputs work to produce Audio Is there a display, and it's simply refusing to accept Your touches or commands If You don't have power, You're likely looking at a failure of the head unit itself, or else You may have defective wiring (including a short circuit). If the display is "working", but simply refusing to accept Your touch inputs, then there's likely damage to the underlying digitizer -- with a high cost of repair, You're likely better off with total replacement.
