Best gas mileage for any car in its overall class.
Great vision and great features. Fun to drive and good gas mileage. Good interior.

That it made for comfort and looks. Holds the road well.
Have no complaint. Started with a Ford. Roomy, stylist, have plenty of toy to help you navigate. Only thing I wish I had was forward beating when I get near cars.

Comfortable cruising sedan.
My car is comfortable and roomy once the driver is seated. As the roofline is made low to make the car more aerodynamic, however, the entering and exiting driver and passengers have to be sure to duck to avoid hitting their heads. This is fine with me if it helps the gas mileage even a little. I think the handling is good for a larger sedan as is the braking.

It is a great vehicle to own.
I really like my ford Taurus because the features and the seats are very manageable and comfortable to sit on. I and my current family are and always be a ford Taurus because of their reputation and customer service. From generation to generation the ford Taurus is the car to own because the craftsman and the safety features cannot be compared to any other vehicle on the road today.

My Ford Taurus is a very reliable vehicle!
I have only had my car for about 8 months, but I really love it. It's really reliable, it's decent on gas for city driving. I feel really safe and secure when I drive around town. It's very roomy inside, perfect for dogs or kids to ride in the back seat. I took it to Durango a few months ago and it did really well on gas and it was comfortable to ride in the whole trip. This is one of Ford's greater vehicles in my opinion.

2018 Taurus- great reliable family car. Spacious for people of size as well.
I have had this car for a little over a year. It is the 3.6l v6 AWD and the gas mileage is about 21 miles/gallon. It drives great. I have never had a reliability issue. It is very spacious inside the passenger cabin as the trunk. Remote start is awesome as well.

Automatic windows
When I bought the car I did not think I would outlast it. A/C needed to be replaced last year. Now all the automatic windows have ceased to work. It is a 2007 and I am 82. Really pisses me off when everything quits working while I am still alive!!!!

Disappointing vehicle money eating vehicle.
All the side doors on the bottom get rust including in the back of the trunk. I have taken it in many of times for different kinds of work. Disappointing when I bought it as a family vehicle and all I do is take it in to get worked on never really is a certain answer what is wrong with it but it just does not work for saying that what was the battery of course. Then all the pistons on it. She seems like a bad luck car I wouldn't ever buy Taurus again.

It is very comfortable and has a lot of room in the back seat and trunk.
None so far. I just do not like the color. It is very comfortable big and roomy. It runs well. It is not loud or noisy on the road. Gas mileage is great. They look sporty in different colors but on gold. I just wish a different color would of been available when I bought my car.

My silver Taurus. Like the navigation.
My engine light comes on all the time for no reason. The wind blows on my head when window is open a little. They are too long. Seats are uncomfortable. They don't have proper switch to move them to be comfortable...otherwise nice car. Good pick up and go. Good on gas mileage. Smooth ride.

What I like and hate about my Taurus.
It drives smooth but check engine light always comes on for no reason. It uses too much gas because its v8 it is very spacious. You can fit 5 people in the back if its not against the law. The seats folds down so you can access the trunk from the back seat. Trunk is spacious too.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Myrtle A.

Spacious, comfortable quiet ride, affordable, Ford Motor Company had a $6000 rebate at the time we purchased, 4 door, social media network available in this model, upkeep is easy, good gas mileage, awesome for long trips, plenty of legroom.

Spacious interior, stylistic trim, great sound system. Reliable for the commute to and from work. My kids enjoy taking the Taurus on road trips and think it is a great look for the family vehicle. The Taurus has great get up and go.

likeFilled Mike W.

Style, sync, backup camera, good gas mileage, 6 cylinder engine, comfort, fun to drive. I hope it's as dependable as the previous ford I owned that I got over 400,000 miles on. I use this for work and drive about 40,000 miles per year.

likeFilled Melissa P.

This car is quiet and dependable and gets great gas mileage. It's a luxury car at affordable price. Inside is roomy. Easy to parallel park. Not a lot of blind spots. I would recommend this car to anyone.

likeFilled Jaxen C.

It's a bigger car has lots of foot room, comfortable seats, rides smooth great on the highway gets awesome gas mileage could use a bigger gas tank,, has a bigger engine great acceleration, just a fun car to drive.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Myrtle A.

Car is wider than the Fusion I drove before so a little harder to park, the Ford Taurus does not have the feature that shows when a car is too close, backup monitor is smaller than I realized when taking the test drive.

dislikeFilled Addison F.

The interior could be more upgraded with heated seats and touch screen. Also, I'd like a turbocharger, which my vehicle does not have. I'd like to take the Taurus to the race track on weekends, and it just is not possible without sports level upgrades. Also, not a car Id brag about driving around the water cooler.

dislikeFilled Mike W.

It's a little uncomfortable getting in and out of the vehicle. The radio FM dial doesn't allow me to go low enough on the channels to listen to a certain station I like. The console compartment could be a little larger for storage.

dislikeFilled Melissa P.

Although it's a more sedan type it could use a little more room in the backseat. The gas cap doesn't have a lock on it so you do have to purchase a separate one. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about my ford Taurus sel.

dislikeFilled Jaxen C.

It's a great car great driving but it could use a bigger gas tank to go longer distances, the no gas cap took some getting used to otherwise we think it's a great car I love it nothing else to say about it it's perfect.
