I like the way it handles and the engine is big enough with the 6 cyl. To get on the Hwy. Quickly I love the back up camera and the controls on the steering wheel for the radio as well as the speed control. The music on a USB drive plays through the sound system is nice too. The only thing I have tried so far that I did NOT like was the 'my key' feature. Once I set this up I found that it could not be adjusted or turned off without taking it to the dealer. It has so many features that I just love and the my key is the only one I will never use again. I'd have it removed if I could.
The 2017 ford Taurus limited is a great large car for families, has a powerful motor, towing capabilities, great sound system, and is a very reliable vehicle. I also enjoy the sporty appearance and touch screen for navigation, music, and more.
The my key feature that I talked about before, is the only feature I do not like. That and the cabin storage space could be a little larger in places. Such as there is only one place to store sun shades in the overhead space. The trunk space is sufficient for most things but if you wanted to take a 4' X 8' sheet of plywood the center piece between the backs of the rear seat would be in the way. If that could be removed it would be more accommodating.
The 2017 ford Taurus is a very large car so it can be tough to get used to if you are used to a compact car. I am not a huge fan of the gas mileage though. Also the auto rain sensing wipers seem to go off too often for my taste.
The 2017 Ford Taurus has an average owner rating of 4.53 out of 5 which ranks it #6 of 8 other Large Cars.
