I bought my 2012 Honda CR-V brand new. Some of its features are rear backup camera that alarms if you get to close with 3 different camera angles which is very helpful. The trunk is very roomy and you have the option of folding down the back seats as well if you need more room. The size of the trunk is great as my son plays sports to haul his equipment. There is also plenty of legroom both in the front seats and the back. There is also a sunroof for those nice days. My vehicle also has a navigation system and hands free capabilities for the navigation and your phone. It also has a radio and CD player. I have had this vehicle for 8 years and have had very few problems besides general maintenance. I am very glad I chose Honda and will definitely go to them when I am ready for a new vehicle.

Cr-vs never let me down!!
My CR-V is incredibly reliable, so much so that my family has become a 'CR-V' family. This is the 3rd CR-V I have owned, and all of them have lasted well over 200,000 miles, as long as regular maintenance is performed. I have never been disappointed and love all of the new features the 2012 gives me, especially the back-up camera, which really helps with parking in the city!

Perfect car for someone who loves a comfortable ride.

CR-V is reliable and a great buy.
Ride is comfortable with decent gas mileage. The inside is spacious enough for 3 adults to sit comfortably in the back seat. Cargo room in the trunk is generous, I can easily fit a baby stroller plus the groceries for the week. Haven't had any problems with reliability, I feel comfortable that my CR-V is not going to let me down or stranded in the middle of nowhere.

It is very compatible with the environment and weather.
It is very good mileage wise, exterior is okay I just wish they had a broader selection of color options for the vehicle. But overall it is a really good car and it does well in the winter especially in heavy snow. But the other problem I have is when the oil runs low or needs to be changed it is way too often and runs out fast.

Why we love our Honda CR-V!

Family road trip adventures.
The vehicle is comfortable with plenty of space for the passengers in the back seat. The miles per gallon is excellent for commuting to work. The trunk space is large for a family with lots of stuff to haul. It is a reliable car and perfect for a smaller family. Downside is that it only fits 5.

Great car for starting a family.
Fits our family very well. Enough space but not a huge SUV. Very comfortable. Gas mileage is decent. There is a hill leaving my neighborhood. At low speeds going up that hill everyday there is a little shimmy in the transmission; that is the only problem I have had with this car. Like the looks economy, space, drive. All of it. Bad visibility makes car dangerous.
The visibility out of the rear window is terrible and the backup camera is smaller than an iPhone. Overall I would say the visibility makes this car a dangerous car. A few years after I got the car it started to make a straining noise after an oil change any time I accelerated. The gas mileage was great at first but decreased rapidly.

This vehicle is large and somewhat difficult to handle, but is otherwise awesome. The camera for seeing behind you is really helpful. The safety features are quite nice and it is very easy to use the radio panel in the middle. It is smooth to drive on the road.

Very reliable and good car for teens.
It is my very first car and I really like it. I have had it for two years so far and have not had a single problem with it. I think it is a really good car for people getting their first car because it is very safe, reliable, and also very good on gas mileage. Reliable car, great on gas, very comfortable, if I could I can live in it. What I didn't like is sometimes my car shakes while driving even when I have gotten my tires fixed and I did not need an alignment. Very hard to get specs of dirt, grass, and sand out of the car, but overall a good car.

Why you should buy the Honda CR-V.
I love my Honda. The seats are extremely comfortable. The drive is very calm. There is so much room in the back seat and in the trunk. The radio works great. There is heated seats. The gas tank is on the driver's side which is amazing. The paint is silver. There is a sun roof. It is four door. The seats are leather. There is a center console. There are two cup holders in the middle. There is a lot of storage space in the car. It is super easy to clean. The is no blind spots when driving.

My CR-V is great. It is reliable, and I haven't had any real maintenance issues with it yet. It is a joy to drive, and it handles well in snow and any other type of weather. This is the second Honda CR-V that I have purchased and I will purchase again. The vehicle is comfortable, roomy in the back. Just a really reliable car. No problems, easy to drive and repair. All SUVs look the same anyways do it does not matter what car you drive anymore. I don't really know what else to say. If it is a black SUV and it runs well, it is good. The inside also looks similar to any luxury car these days. Standard features are now all luxury.

The fact that it came with a hitch was something I found pretty cool.
It makes a rattling noise when it starts up sometimes, I have had it looked at but it still does it. Less often than before, but still. It is a good car, lots of space, and mine came with a hitch already on so that is nice too. Makes it good for traveling, camping, road trips.

It is just old, has a lot of mileage on it and does not accelerate that fast. The gas runs out fast. However, it is fairly comfortable, the Bluetooth has a 3 second delay but it is nice. The UI is easy to navigate and there is a lot of room in the car, and the center divider is a nice touch.

It is an all wheel drive car and gets me to point A to point B.
My family's Honda CR-V has a engine light one problem and whenever we start the car it shakes a little. This is not that big of an issue, but it also takes a while to warm up the car to start running. The car is all wheel drive and gets me from point A to point B. I do not have enough money to afford a new car, but eventually me and my family would want a new car hopefully by next year in 2019.

Seem to not be many repairs. Have had to purchase tires, kept getting nails in them and tires would flatten, I understand some tires do not..All in all it's a great car for the money.

My Honda CR-V is NOT a gas guzzler!
I love the look of this vehicle. It's slim, trim and ready to go. Unfortunately, it has an idle problem. The engine idles at varying levels. The tachometer waves up at down as if it is wagging a finger at me. With all of that, it is fuel efficient and takes me around town for a l-o-n-g time on one tank of gas. The heating and air conditioning system is efficient and provides a comfortable cabin temperature. My ultimate wish is that I could lock all my doors automatically while the hatch back is open. How convenient it would be to put my purse elsewhere in the car and lock the doors while I put groceries in the back hatch. Please consider that.

For a small motor " 4 cylinder " is has some get up and go.
From day 1 there has been a problem with the charging system. The battery does not hold charge as it should. Every 3 to 6 months it becomes a issue. Either I have to charge the battery or buy a new one. My understanding is this is common with this car.

Very reliable and comfy ride. Have not had to do much work outside of the routine work and oil changes. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Take it on all of our road trips with no issues. Safe, functional, and stylish.
I do really love this car. It's perfect for people who want a little more space than just a regular sedan. People will appreciate the fact that the car has so much space and is able to accommodate the average person's everyday needs. This car does lack a little bit of pick up which some people would find slightly inconvenient, however, I do not mind this kind of thing. The other things is that my older model also tends to drink more gas than I think it is meant to but that could just be my own car and its age. The one most important thing people should know, is it is safe.
I dislike my vehicle because it does not have vents for the backseat riders. I like it because it is not big and bulky. I also dislike it because it does not have satellite radio and the Bluetooth is not compatible to my phone, in order for me to drive hands free, since it is the law.

How I love and keep my CR-V best performing.

Replacing the same vehicle.
I have only had this CR-V for a little over a year. It replaced an earlier model that my daughter totalled and I specifically looked for another one to replace it. My CR-V gets great mileage. I love the flexibility of the back seats which fold down to give greater cargo space. I love the privacy screen in the back which can hide things stored in the back.

I wish the 2012 Honda CR-V had a trunk button on the key so I could open the trunk from the key when my hands are full. All Hondas I think are very reliable and hold up well. The CR-V is very comfortable and spacious enough for a car seat, however, do not expect to fit three adults in the back seats comfortably.

Good miles per gallon. Ample space for tall persons and still have large cargo space. No mechanical issues other than usual periodic maintenance about every 7500 miles per service manual guide. Road noise is noticeable but can have normal conversations.

Get the warranty, you will not regret it.
Mostly reliable and good size. Buy the warranty, as I have used mine to have the entire engine rebuilt at 80,000 miles when it started burning oil mysteriously and the issue could not be resolved without a costly repair. Now that the engine is basically new I intend to drive it until the wheels fall off.

Great mileage, spacious, and an easy ride. However if you plan on doing maintenance yourself, you'll need a hydraulic lift. Changing simple things like headlights can be a hassle if you have larger hands. Other than that I have no complaints. Very nice vehicle.

I love this car! It drives amazing and has never failed me on the road. The leather is premium quality and has held together great! My only complaint is it does not have many technologically advanced features, such as a keyless start or touch screen.

Love my Honda CR-V, it had been extremely reliable so far.
No issues, have driven cross country. Very good in snowy conditions and slippery roads. Has econ setting to save on gas mileage, however does not accelerate as well while econ setting is on. Have only had a few issues with this car that needed to be fixed including windshield damage, and a small issue with the transmission that was resolved quickly, otherwise did not have any issues,

It is excellent on gas easy to take care of beautiful to look at Great to dry handles like butter!
My Honda is the best car ever I have never had a problem with I get maintenance at the dealership and I've never had a problem they're all very nice they know my car with care and even wash it after I get done getting my maintenance.

Overall my car is easy to drive, comfortable, and safe.
I have experienced no problems in the first year of owning a Honda CR-V. Its performance is wonderful, it drives well in rain, sleet, or snow. It is very comfortable. It is not too big but also big enough that I do not feel like it is too small on the road. The back up camera is a huge assistance to parking. I love that the heat/ac is adjustable to both the driver and passenger. It rides smooth and very easy to drive.

Comfy and Roomy for family
I love my Honda CR-V. It's all-wheel drive, so it makes going to the mountains in the winter safe for my family. It's also great for any terrain, roads, weather, etc... It comfortably seats 5 adults or 4 adults and one car seat. The trunk area is quite large, which makes driving this vehicle on a road trip helpful. It drives and rides smoothly. The console is deep and helps keep items out of sight. The only negative thing about the 2012 Honda CR-V is that there are not any air vents in the back seat of the vehicle.

Comfortable and affordable!
The car is very comfortable and large and sits up nice. There is a bunch of space but the mileage is not the best. The a/c is also very nice and requires little to no time to work. The car also runs and drives smooth and so far I have not have had any problems with it.

Will Drive this car forever
The CR-V gets great mileage, plenty of room, and the style still current years later. It drives very nice and is easy to maintain. I will keep this car until it just doesn't go anymore. I've got over 100,000 miles and have had minimal problems with it.

It's the perfect size because it gets good gas mileage just for driving to work but has plenty of space for trips and stuff.
I really enjoy how much space it has. It makes trips with friends and moving stuff a lot easier. Being a little higher up, but not super high is nice, because it's easy to see traffic and cars but you're not looking down on top of all the cars around you. It's also nice having 4 wheel drive occasionally. I wish it didn't look so much like a van/station wagon. Honda needs a sportier-looking crossover. I loved how the older cr-v looked kind of like a Jeep Liberty.

This car is reliable and safe.
I like that it has good space in the back seat and in the trunk, but that it still drives like a car. I feel safe transporting my daughter in this vehicle because it sits higher than a car. I also like that it is decent on gas.

Most reliable, affordable and spacious crossover out there.
My vehicle is super reliable. It drives smoothly and will last me past 200k miles. It has ecoboost which helps save on gas and it gets 23 mpg average. The leather seats provide a sense of luxury and comfort. The backup camera is convenient and the sunroof makes things fun. My model had tons of room in the back seats and trunk and the seats fold down.

Family friendly and reliable CR-V.
I love the size of the 2011 CR-V. Perfect mix of an SUV and sedan. Front seat is very spacious and the back row is comfortable. Very good on gas, full tank can last up to a week and a couple of days depending on mileage per week. I do wish the vehicle came with more safety features but it is an older model. I love the dashboard features that display oil level, mileage, tire pressure and when any door/hood is open.

Good for a small family, but a few changes that could be made.
Our Honda CR-V has been a great car even with a growing family, however, it is starting to get smaller by the minute. The car runs very well and we have not had many problems with it. A few things we would change: air vents that are in the rear passenger seats- it takes awhile to the back of the car to get air, when it is really hot or cold out it takes awhile for the car to heat up/cool down, and it would be nice for the height of the car to be a little taller. Overall, a good car for a small family and good for traveling.

Honda CR-V honest review!
My vehicle works really well the only issues I have had is the tire pressure always gets really low and the tire pressure sensor comes on even when the tires are filled. The car is also really big so it's hard to park in smaller parking spaces. I love the blue color of my car but wish that the seats were more comfortable.

I Love My Little Spaceship
I purchased my 2012 CR-V brand new off the lot in Dec 2012 and have been driving it daily since. I make the trek from Las Vegas to Los Angeles bi monthly as well. This vehicle has caused me no issues. It is no luxury car but it is comfortable, smartphone compatible, good gas mileage and has treated me well. It 2015 I was hit by a drunk driver. Luckily only my bumper was damaged, the dent in it actually piped back into place all on its on! I adore my little spaceship.

Reliable and safe vehicle.
I do not know a lot about cars, but my CR-V is reliable and has never given me any trouble. It is in great shape and I always feel safe driving it. I love how it drives from higher up than a typical car, it makes me feel more in control on the road. I also love how spacious the trunk is, I can always fit everything that I need.
