Luxury 3 row SUV, EV hybrid drive
Lincoln Aviator in Ocean Bue and Roast leather interior is dazzling. However, I received a lemon. Within 24 hours, the EV drive failed to work properly and all kinds of engine errors occurred. Quality control missed a "bubble" defect in the windshield in driver's line of sight as well as passenger side window defect in the line of sight of the passenger side outside mirror. Lincoln dealer staff and Lincoln concierge service was exemplary and they worked to quickly have my SUV certified as a "lemon" under California lemon law. Now awaiting finding and securing a replacement vehicle. Very disappointed in the product -- hoping this is just a fluke and result of a rushed process as noted in the 2020 builds. I've been a Mercedes and BMW owner for more than 20 years -- had a good experience with a 2018 MKX. Was hoping for more, willing to give Lincoln Aviator GT a second chance as the product certainly looks great -- needs to have the quality control problems solved fast.

Luxury ride, 3 row SUV, EV drive
Great looking with all the bells and whistles. Horrible quality control -EV Drive never worked, returned to dealer the next day. Windshield defect in driver line of sight not caught. Defect in passenger side window in line of sight of mirror. CA lemon law team quickly reviewed case and authorized replacement or repurchase. Lincoln concierge and dealer teams were fantastic. Super responsive and attentive. Lincoln please up your game on quality control- unacceptable for a 80k plus luxury vehicle. As a Mercedes and BMW owner, I’m willing to overlook this once as a growing pain but Lincoln needs to fix the horrible quality control issues fast.

Luxury ride, 3 row seating, EV Drive
I was really excited to get my 2021 Aviator GT -- waited more than 9 weeks for my ocean blue/roast interior. Sadly, the EV Drive completely failed the next day. Further, quality control missed a glaring defect in the windshield in the line of sight of the driver --as well as another defect in the passenger side window in the line of sight of the mirror. EV Drive resulted in 3+weeks in the shop and a Nautilus loaner. So VERY disappointed in the product as exterior/interior seemed awesome. Lincoln concierge and dealer teams were outstanding despite embarrassing situation with the product. Lincoln's "Lemon" California lawyers deemed it a lawyer within a week or so of my complaint -- now waiting for the letter authorizing a replacement. Hopefully I can get one soon. Lincoln, as a Mercedes and BMW owner, please get the quality control right. For a 80k plus car, a defective EV drive and safety glass issues is simply unacceptable. I'm willing to give Lincoln the benefit of the doubt and hopefully the replacement will be reliable and free of these terrible defects.
