The 2009 Mercedes Benz gl350 has been a good vehicle for our family. It has great power, clearance, and comfort. We take it on long road trips and it has never failed us. The sound system is clear and entertaining. When I buy my next vehicle it will be a Benz.

I wanted a safe vehicle for when I had grandchildren. I now have two and feel very safe taking them places. It's a Mercedes Benz but I've had it for several years and I plan to keep it for as long as I can. So while my friends have newer cars, I wouldn't trade my car for any of theirs
I bought my vehicle because I wanted to be safe. I feel very safe. The dealership was the best and I don't mind when I need to take it in for service. I don't have any complaints.

Very steady balance on long travel
Like the rear seat entertainment, cooling seat feature, and balance on long distance travel. Dislike maintenance cost.

Overall it is a good vehicle and has the space we need to accommodate our needs.
It is a good car but because it is older it is a little outdated with features like apple carplay. I also am unable to answer phone calls through the car from my phone. I would like to be able to listen to music from my phone. Also, with it being older it obviously has a lot of mileage.

It is a great family car with flexible cargo or passenger space.
Very reliable! Was in an accident when someone ran a stop sign speeding and hit me with my two kids in the car. Very safe, no one was injured. Drives nice and durable, currently have over 125, 000 miles. Great family car for a family of four with two dogs. The only couple problems are with the tailgate and shocks.
