Models also known as Trim Levels, are used to identify a vehicle's level of equipment or special features.
This vehicle is fuel efficient, has low end tork, minimal body roll, and turbo feel. Also it is a diesel coupe! I also like how reliable it is. It is also cheap to service. Most of all, I like that I have control over it drives. It can be smooth or quick.
Pro- very fast. It feels safe to drive. The sound system is amazing and comes with a stock subwoofer. Awesome sunroof. Lots of space in the hatchback. It is super cute. The speakers light up at night and also change colors. Bluetooth. The heated seats are great.
It is not a convertible, I'd prefer to have one. The Volkswagen dieselgate scandal has lowered its values. Diesel fuel is expensive, and although I get good efficiency, it costs a lot to fill up. It also does not have enough interior space.
Some of the cons are- backseat is pretty cramped but it is expected with a two door vehicle. With this newer body style they didn't bring the door frame all the way around the window. So in the winter if there's sleet or ice your windows freeze shut and you cannot get into the car when this happens because there is a feature where the windows must crack before the door can be opened. It is a big problem.
The 2013 Volkswagen Beetle has an average owner rating of 4.63 out of 5 which ranks it #4 of 39 other Small Cars.
