A dream to drive with the comfort of your favorite chair.
This vehicle is a dream to drive, the steering is very responsive and the overall feel of the drive is tight. The interior is beautiful, the heated/cooled leather seats which have multiple automatic settings provide the perfect support, the heated back seats are a dream for you passengers also, the multiple options of the different features are top notch. I have never once had a problem with performance of this vehicle, I have been completely satisfied. I'd purchase the same one again!

The vehicle runs great. I appreciate all of the features such as the touch screen function, heated seats and Bluetooth. The only issue I am having is the leaking on the floor when it rains which was a flaw with the vehicle that I was unaware of when I purchased it. Outside of that I love the overall vehicle and would recommend any of my family or friends to consider it as their vehicle of choice one that is reliable and dependable for someone that owns a business like myself that does a lot of driving and traveling.

Highly recommended vehicle.
This car is a very good, and reliable car. I have taken it on many road trips and it is very comfortable and durable. I highly recommend it. I have only had it for about a year now, but I have not had any major issues. The design is very modern and luxurious.

Good running car to have!
The Cadillac srx is a great car to have with all the features. As far as indicators to let you know if there is vehicles next to you. The backup cameras of essential. All the hands free system is a great feature to have specially when you are driving in traffic.

Vehicle that has everything you need.
Great looks. Easy handling. Smooth ride. Roomy. Nice color. Great fuel mileage. Interior very nice. Great technology with duper sounding radio speakers. Love the oversized sunroof and no blocked vision problems. Have had no me mechanical issues at all and also has a great back up camera with great backing protection.

It rides like "butta". The ride is smooth. It is very quiet. I waited a long time to be able to purchase a Cadillac and I have not been disappointed.
I love my SRX. The luxury is beyond words. The heated seats in the winter is such a luxury. I feel spoiled. We had issues with the back up camera, but it has since been resolved.

Some of the best features are the ones you never knew you needed.
The SUV is very spacious and comfortable. The lumbar support and adaptive cruise control are great for long car rides. Heated seats and steering wheel are also great for the winter time. Gas mileage isn't great, but isn't terrible either. Overall a very reliable and trustworthy car. Easy to handle in all weather conditions. Plus Cadillac themselves are great to work with.

Very disappointed
Wheel bearings needed to be replaced at 25,000 miles. Heated seats failed, replaced and failed again. Touch screen failed just after 50,000 miles. As of today, check engine light is on, ABS light is on, brake light on. Thought I would give US made cars a chance, but will go back to foreign as soon as I can unload this lemon

Cue screen scam
I love the car ,but without the brain all the wonderful features I paid for I cannot access or enjoy .Cadillac outsourced the cue screen and learned quickly of the defects in this part of the car. I as a consumer come along and with no warning lost most of the features that caused me to purchase the car in the first place. I am out over 18000 dollars and driving a car I cannot enjoy at all because most of the controls dont work .The a./c the heat,the radio,the sirrus ,the on star ,all are controlled with the cue screen once it fails the car fails. I am 74 years old ,and do home dailysis I live on a social security check of 842.00 a month I cannot afford to pay 1300 dollars out of pocket to fix the problem, car only has 80k miles on it .Not my first cadillac by any means but surely will be my last.

Cadillac srx, not all it is cracked up to be.
Comfortable ride. Lots of small problems that cost a lot to fix because it's a Cadillac. The tailgate is broken and Cadillac will not recall it despite being a common problem that they are well aware of as it has been reported by multiple owners. And the front end rattles.

Average Quality for Premium Pricing
We purchased our 2013 AWD model new. It presently has about 47,000 kms. In that time the brakes needed servicing because Cadillac did not lubricate the caliper slides, then the rear axle came into alarm due to low fluid. At 45,000 kms the Cue screen started going dead and I replaced it with one from Amazon. Now at 47,000 kms we have perforation rust on the hood which Cadillac will not cover under their warranty either saying it isn't perforation but surface rust. Bubbling paint is perforation to me. All these issues were paid for by me. The only thing warranty covered were recalls which were mandated and a few oil changes. After 18 vehicles I won't be purchasing another GM product.

Rides great, gas mileage is manageable
Rides nicely, seats could be more comfortable & I don't care for the cue system that operates the radio ,heat etc

The car beautiful on the outside with many shortcomings on the inside.
The car drives very nicely; however, I have had multiple difficulties with the electrical system in the car and the 'cue' system. Additionally, the car is not designed to be driven in the snow and will very much so slide all over the road. I hate the push start system as the key has also had multiple malfunctions and sometimes in order to turn on the car I must place the key in a designated pocket instead of just being able to have the key anywhere in the car.

It's got a blind spot in the front left side due to a wide pillar.
I like the comfort of the ride on the highway, but not so much on streets. Gas mileage at 24 mpg is a good thing. I enjoy the comforts and amenities in the car

Cadillac srx: a good family car.
My car is comfortable, has heated seats and steering wheel for the winter, and the leather is easy to keep clean. The display has broken twice but was replaced; now that it is out of warranty I am hoping that does not happen again. The all wheel drive is helpful in the snow especially with good snow tires. It has had some transmission problems and burns oil.

Great SUV. Can get 26 to 28mpg on the highway. In town about 16mpg. CUE System is good but until you get used to it you have to take your eyes of the road to long and the CUE System has a very very bad fault. The outer layer of the screen will crack and make it useless and it controls everything. This can happen within one month of purchase of a brand new car. We are on our third screen. This is very expensive to have the dealer to replace it and when it happens with the warranty out of date can cost anywhere from $400 to $1500 unless you can find a quality screen from aftermarket parts dealer that is reputable then around $100 for parts and 3 hours to a full day to install for a beginner mechanic. The passenger windshield front post has a huge blind spot so look a couple of time before you enter into cross traffic. Everything else I completely love about the car. The only things I would like it to have is rear wheel drive and some more horsepower and torque.

The most comfortable luxury vehicle available.
My favorite quality about my vehicle is how comfortable it is. I have driven across country with zero problems or complaints. You can tell you are driving a luxury vehicle with all of the features and hidden gems. I definitely will not be looking for something new for awhile.

It is very luxury on the inside and has plenty of power to get up and go. Everything from the radio to the air conditioning as well as all other information is controlled from the steering wheel so that you have easy access.

Comfortable and very roomy. Very fuel efficient. I can go on long drives and never get tired or uncomfortable. Fuel economy is great. I average over 20 miles per gallon. I'd recommend this car to anyone looking for class but still affordable.

There are many aspects of the Cadillac srx that I love. I really like the rumble pack. The driver seat actually vibrates if a pedestrian or car is close. There are also sensors on the mirrors. I like the back up camera, the ample trunk space, the huge moon roof, Bluetooth capabilities, and I now cannot live without OnStar. I love the sleek look as well!!

There isn't too much that I would call a con but maybe the size of the car is just a little too small when you are trying to go on an extended trip with the entire family. Also there is no rear controls for the air conditioning which is an inconvenience for passengers in the rear.

The Cadillac entertainment system. Can be difficult to understand and use. Besides that everything else is perfect. Only con I can think of. Great comfortable ride. Fuel economy works perfect. High quality.

Sometimes I wish there was an extra row of seats so I could fit more people. I love that it is an SUV but when the snow is really bad I wish it was a truck! It moves fast, but compared to our other car not so much.

This vehicle is reliable. It is extensive to replace headlights. The paint has began chipping above the windshield. Replacement tires and oil changes are pricey.

Yes it is reliable. There are always Cadillac dealerships available to help you take care of your car. Hardly any problems. General problems arise like low tire pressure.

The srx is no longer manufactured but the car comparable is the Cadillac xt5. It retails brand new for approximately $42,000.
