This car handles beautifully in all conditions and is great to drive. It was a fleet vehicle, so it is high mileage and the driver's seat is a little compressed. I get about 20 mpg, but I was expecting/hoping for more. The controls - lights, radio, heater, etc. - are pretty intuitive for the most part, but I wasn't able to reset the clock in the fall.

Fusion blue. It is a very unique shade of blue.
I have had no major issues with my car. It is great on gas, and comfortable to drive and ride in as well. For a four cylinder it has all the power I need, especially in city driving. Probably the most outstanding feature is the unique color. It is a unique shade of blue and people remark about the shade a lot. I have only seen two others with the same paint in the fours years I have had it. With front wheel drive it handles well in the winter snow. I am six feet tall so it took a few head bumps getting into it before I got used to it as it does have a low profile. Overall, it is a great ride!

This vehicle is very reliable, it is just not what I am in to. It has never broke down or had any issues. It has a good sound system and the seats are very comfortable. I have driven this from Virginia to South Carolina many times. Would definitely recommend as a family car.

I absolutely love everything about my fusion.
I haven't had any problems with my 2011 ford fusion sport. It is upper comfy and it has Bluetooth radio so I think it is super nice. It is super reliable and gets me where I want to go no matter what the weather is. It is safe to drive in the snow. It has leather seats that I absolutely love and it seems to stay clean without having to wash it often.

How frustrating it can be when everything breaks in your car.
There is a weird sound coming from the front of the vehicle. Something is moving around because one time when I went to press the break, it was under my break and I was scared my car wasn't going to stop. It has only did that to me once though. The door handles seem to break easily. I unlocked the door while my niece opened it at the same time and it broke the door handle. And it cost a lot of money just to fix the door handle on the inside. When I bought the car, the window wouldn't roll down and I had ford fix it. Within a couple weeks, the window broke again. That is a lot of money to get the window fixed as well.

Decent mid size vehicle with better than passable features.
Okay gas mileage. Pretty reliable. Wish it had tougher tires instead of low profile ones. Ac does not get cold enough. Heat is pretty good. Features like vents and door handles are cheap and falling apart. The chrome trim reflects the sun which is annoying.

My car has 100,000 miles on it and I have never had to do more than brake replacements, tire replacements and oil changes. I did have to replace my air conditioning unit but no engine work had been needed except my upcoming tune up since I just hit 100,000 miles.

Ford is an American made so finding repairs and pair is easy to maintain. I really like how spacious the back is as well as the trunk. I have not had serious issues with my make and model and when repairs are needed, they are within budget. My dealership is also very reliable and has great communication.

The ford fusion seal is a great little car for anyone. With the many options of a sunroof to back up camera to heated seat. The comfort of the seat are pretty in match with a car type like this. The heated seat really save you in the winter time also. The handling and drive ability in the snow is surprisingly great.

Great for a first car fairly reliable.
It is decent size car, the inside is comfy and pretty roomy for a small car. The back seat is spacious compared to other small vehicles I have been in. This is odd but I love the blinker noise. Speakers are great and the leather interior has held up fairly well. The only negative thing is it is turn radius and the length of the vehicle is a little long.

A very cool feature is there is no gas cap, it makes pumping gas very easy.
The exterior is made cheaply but the interior and what's under the hood is very nice quality. Make sure your tires are good and your mileage is not to bad but if the oil has been changed regularly the miles shouldn't matter. The car runs very smoothly and the cruise control is a blessing. The radio works very well and should have no problem connecting to a station.

I do not have a blind spot in my mirrors so I see everything. It is a safe car.

Transmission is a little funny, still a good car.
Transmission jerks a little hard occasionally when shifting gears, will sometimes over rev before shifting. Is ultra comfortable for road trips with plenty of room for 4 passengers. Bluetooth works well and reliable. Cruise control is accurate and very useful.

Sport model is impressive.

Sport version. The way the rear window angles makes it difficult to see what is behind you and makes the blind spot large there is not an outside air flow button available. Low profile tires makes tire maintenance more expensive than I had anticipated. Quick pick up, easy to maneuver. Love the color of interior and exterior.

Affordable and efficient car for everyone.
The only major issue I ever had with the car was replacing the transmission. Aside from that, repairs were the typical (brakes, rotors, etc). Rides smooth, tires are high end Michelin tires, and saves on gas on both city and highway. Spacious trunk area and back seats fold over to make more space for long items in trunk.

Car sucks, do not recommend.
Have had constant issues with the engine light being on, had to replace both o2 sensors as soon as I got the car and the serpentine belt as well. Have had ongoing issues with the gas cap and saying there is a constant leak in the fuel line. Blew a head gasket a month after having it.

Burgundy 2011 ford fusion.
Gets good gas mileage, ran well for about 8 years with hardly any problems. No power steering and the expense to get it fixed is very expensive and is now very difficult to turn with the steering wheel. A/c quit working around the same time. Seats are comfortable, with manual levers to adjust. It has been reliable for most of the time.

A cheap reliable car and good for a starter car.
The car has been really reliable but have had some major fixes. The compressor had to be replaced, the car door handle has broken and have heard it's a very common problem with the fusions. The blowers for the climate control have been issues in the fords that I ve had and the batteries.

Red ford fusion with sunroof and heated seats review!
My car is a 2011 ford fusion with leather seats and the front two seats are heated. I have a backup camera that shows up in the rearview mirror. The car has blind spot lights that light up on the side view mirrors if someone is in your blind spot. The seat adjustments are automatic not manual. I have sync Bluetooth in the car. You can get Siriusxm for the car. Back seats fold down to give more room if putting something large in the trunk. There is plenty of storage, pockets on the back of front seats, middle console with a big compartment and small compartment, glove box, storage on dashboard above the radio display, sunglass holder. There are 4 cupholders up front two in the middle and one on either door in the front and there are two cup holders in the back if you pull the cup holders down from the middle seat. There is a sunroof. The car drives really nice and has done well in the winter for me as well as in rainy weather. Gas mileage is nice get almost 400 miles with a full tank and I get around 21-22 mpg.

I love my 2011 ford fusion!
My 2011 ford fusion sel is a very reliable car. I commute back and forth from St. Louis, Missouri to Springfield, Missouri often, I still haven’t seen any mechanical issues. Gas mileage is great, and is somewhat cheap! The only issue I have with my vehicle is my seat warmers do not work, but that is only a simple issue. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who is looking for a new car! Although if it is used, I would check on its reliability.

No major issues. Its at 125,000 miles and I only change the oil periodically. It has a smooth ride and also has a pretty good size truck to carry things home. The back seats also fold down which is great for larger items. It also gets pretty good gas mileage which helps save some money.

The exterior is very modern looking and pleasantly catches your eye.
It tends to drive really smoothly unless you are due for an oil change but other than that I do not really have any issues. The brakes are also one of the best things about this car they are probably the best pair of breaks I have ever used in any vehicle.

Doesn't get good gas mileage, seem to burn through headlights. The all leather interior is not my favorite, it's very uncomfortable in the summer. The console is not laid out well, buttons and controls are in counterintuitive places. There aren't enough cup holders, or leg room in the back. On the plus side, the trunk is very large.

Spacious trunk and also comfortable seats
I decided to buy an American car thinking that it will be good quality. The first thing that caught my attention was the spacey trunk. You can even put down the rear seats and you can even have more space if you need to transport something big. On the first year I purchased the car I had to bring it to the dealer for a part exchange in the engine that was not working well. Really? It was a brand new car! I think it's the kind of car that looks very nice, but its performance is not as good as the appearance. I am disappointed in Ford. Next car will be a Honda or Toyota

Why I love my fusion so much.
The fusion gets excellent gas mileage and not just long distances, but city driving too. I love the heated seats and mirrors for winter and the ac runs cold in the summer. Auto adjust rearview mirror also. The trunk space is incredible and can hold a lot of cargo.

The car I drive is pretty reliable. It is a good ride for long distances too. We did have to replace the airbag and fuel throttle over the summer but other than that it just has been regular maintenance. I cannot move the seat back so I do have to put pillows under me in order to drive it. But it does pretty well tho.

Great car, comfy, plenty of room, incredible gas mileage. Only problem in 8 years was a sensor for the a/c. Ford wanted over $700 to repair but I found a local man that did it for $500. Sporty and roomy! I would buy again if the need arose. Oil change and new tires is the only other work I have done.

The ford fusion s is a comfortable sleek ride. It handles bumps and potholes very well. I recommend the leather seats with seat warmers. I do believe that is the single most important feature other than remote start. My key features are great if you have children. I bought my car from a used car lot and the mykey feature is still stuck on my vehicle. It limits your speed, volume of music. I was told by ford that I have to pay $80.00 to remove it. I think they should just put the key in and remove it for me. My family has taken 4 roads trips in our vehicle and we have not been disappointed and have a 5th planned trip in august. We look forward to trading this car in for a newer fusion. We may upgrade to fusion se. I will still pick the leather seats and of course a black car.

There are no real issues with my vehicle. While the acceleration is a bit sensitive since the car is made for highway drives, it handles nicely, is extremely responsive, and is very comfortable. Definitely recommend is your in an area with open roads.

Good family car, lots of storage, few minor flaws/annoyances.
It is a good car, rides well, has had few problems over the year. I do not like the leather seats, also it has had some electrical issues. We have had quite a bit of issues with the power seats and heated seat feathers going out and needing to be fixed. There have also been lots of Bluetooth connection issues. The car is apparently not as equipped to work with apple products as it is with android.

The wheel bearing went out at only 60,000 miles and that was very frustrating because I had to replace the bearing, which was pressed in, and the hub so early on in the life of the car. But the heated seats are great in the -40°F winter temps.

There are really no problems with this model with my experience in driving the Fusion. The only issue I can complain about is that when backing up, there is a huge blind spot due to the rear of back seats go up. The truck is large & seats fold down so not sure how that could be corrected but should.

Good value has lasted almost 200,000 miles with few repairs needed.
Overall quality good. Comfortable interior. Good ride. Ford’s recall policy capping mileage at 150,000 miles is not good. I would buy another car just like this one. The tires are very expensive. Other parts seem cheap made like the door handles on the interior.

The car is reliable, I have only had a few problems with it since I bought it three years ago. I have had to get the transmission changed and the air conditioning fixed. My only complaint with the day to day use is it does not ride smoothly. Benefits are good gas mileage and lots of trunk space.

Ford fusion initial thoughts and issues encountered during 4 years of ownership.
This is a well designed sleek looking car. I have driven this car for 4 years. It has very comfortable leather seats. However there is a few things that I would look into is that I have had to replace my fan motor two times in the last year because it ended up pulling to much power and melting the wiring harness. With 100,000 miles, the transmission also looks like it is going out.

Expected routine maintenance, great car.
I have had to replace the driver side door handle on the inside due to a small piece of plastic snapping. The same thing happened on my 2012 Fusion, so it seems to be a Fusion issue. I have also replaced the motor to the driver side window. I am about to replace the cv axle and sway bar linkage on the front driver side and a ball joint on the front passenger side. I really love this car, as it has all of the bells and whistles. The touch screen radio with built-in navigation is my favorite part.

Rarely any issues, as long as taken care of drives well and is extremely reliable. Has auxiliary port for playing music and has fish eye mirrors to help check blind spots. Back seat and trunk have plenty of room for road trips as well. The only downside is my model does not include warmed seats.

I actually really love my car. Its small and compact but without being confining. The radio is great. Bass and sound is pleasing and the sync feature makes it easy to listen or talk safely in your car. The lights in the inside makes great for night time rides. Heated seats and the sunroof are great touches to make the seasons comfortable. It is a hard car to have in the winter. Leather seats get cold but the seat warmers do not come on with the auto start. The lowness to the ground makes it difficult to move in deep snow. But definitely a great summer or easy winter ride.

Ford cars. Are super affordable and come with great technology though if something goes wrong. It will cost you.
I love the. Gas. Mileage and how affordable the car. Was. For everything that was included with it. Overall it hasn't been reliable. A lot of electronic issues such as the heated. Seats. Ac window and other. Gadgets keep breaking. Since It's electrical It's super expensive to fix. Also there is not a lot of legroom.

Opinion on my ford fusion.
I have never had any real issues with driving. I have never had any issues with the car other than recalls. Backseat is kind of small if you have multiple children you can really only fit 2 car seats comfortably. Nice trunk space very spacious. Overall a nice and reliable car.

Good gas mileage. Good legroom.
I don't like how long and low the hood is. It feels like the car is much shorter than it is. I have a hard time with visibility taking a left turn. It is really low to the ground.

Cup holders and arm rests.
The armrest between the two front bucket seats is not long enough to support my arm comfortably when I am driving. The cup holders on the door are not deep enough to accommodate bottles. There are not adequate cup holders for the rear passengers.

2011 ford fusion fully loaded with integrated cup holder lights and floor lights.
My 2011 ford fusion sel is one of the best cars I have ever driven. It is great on gas especially highway mileage. It is fully loaded has a great speaker system, a nice clean looking dashboard. I have never had one issue with this car. It now has 114,000 miles and it still runs amazing. Such a smooth ride and one of the most comfortable cars I have sat in. I am very tall, 6'4 to be exact and I fit perfectly inside this car. I would highly recommend purchasing one.

The ford fusion is a good everyday vehicle with some technical issues.
Problems: multiple issues with the brakes over the years. Performance: generally good, other than the brake issues. Reliability: I am new to cars so I have anxiety driving it but it may be more related to my newness and my lack of familiarity with cars rather than the car itself. Comfort: generally comfortable, but the head rests for the driver's/passenger's seats exist at slightly uncomfortable angles for my neck. Features: good features and enough for my particular needs.

Perfect first driver vehicle
Two issues: low riding vehicle and I hate the tan interior if you have children. Other than that this is a great vehicle as long as upkeep and maintenance is done. My key is a feature that makes this vehicle perfect for a new driver. It will not allow you to go over 80 mph and it won't allow you to turn your music up.

Very reliable car. Comfortable, low maintenance, gets great mileage, and affordable. It has great stereo system, air conditioning works well, really no problems yet. I would recommend to everyone this a great vehicle to purchase for anyone in your family.

Reliable sedan with unique features
This is a reliable car with good gas mileage. I have never had any recurring issues with it. I like that there is no gas cap to deal with. There is good visibility using the side mirrors and good function of heating and cooling. There is a lot of trunk space and plenty of foot room.

Car is perfect despite my inconveniences.
The performance is incredible. I do have a few issues but it's something I can fix easily. I love how the parts are affordable and easy to find. My battery has been working but I'll replace when I get the chance. I did get in a car accident and the bumper came off but I was very satisfied of the price to replace it.

The multimedia functions are great. It's probably my favorite feature.
My vehicle has been very reliable. I have not had any problems. I have made sure to keep up with routine maintenance and it has paid off. I enjoy the electric seat and windows. Also the satellite radio. The ac works wonderfully. The size fits four people very comfortably and the trunk is roomy enough for everyday shopping needs.

It does take either gasoline or an alternate fuel.
This has been a very reliable vehicle. It handles well. It has seats that warm up in the wintertime. And of course air conditioning for the summer. It has all the features that I require in a vehicle. The only problems that I have is with the wheels. The wheels are aluminum and they will lose air in the tires quite often. I have to stop and put air in regularly.

If you can get a back up camera, do it. It's a bit difficult to see out of the back window.
This car has been very reliable. By keeping up with the regular maintenance I have had no issues. Great!

It was fold down back seats and removable cup holder liners.
I haven't had any problems with my 2011 ford fusion se. I drive it everyday and have yet to have any problems other than usually maintenance. I will keep this car for a long time. Even though it is a little bit older, it still works just fine and I do not have any problems with the car.

Awesome car, like a toy to me love it. I still keep it for maybe 2 more years.
I like my vehicle since we bought it 5 years ago. It has all the features. Had a little issues but my husband fixed it.We drove it long distance travel to Florida and New Orleans have no problem at all. Love the jukebox in it and downloaded a lot of music. Thinking of getting a new version of my same car.

Acceleration is great. Security is great. Does not do well at very slow speeds.
My car is the show. It performs great! And the acceleration is fantastic which is one of the main reasons why we got it-so if I am in a situation I need to speed up I could. It feels bulky which to me it is great so I do not feel like I am going to get squished in an accident. The only thing is if you are driving super slow it does “kick” since it is suppose to be a high performance car.

Smooth and rides well. Easy for beginners too.
Over time like most cars it starts to break down. Really liked it a few years ago, but now need to update. Air conditioning unit has been broke for a year or so and costs about $2,000 to fix. At this point in time, there is no point in fixing it and try to get a new car.

Can change the colors of the interior lights
Love that I can change the color of interior lights. It's very comfortable. Love the safety features. Love that it's easy to drive and park. Enough room for my husband and I and our 2 grandchildren. It is getting older and we have had no problems with it.
