2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland
I love the road view from my Jeep and the extended moonroof makes me feel almost like I'm in a convertible. The car is upholstered in gray leather and the dashboard is accented by real wood inserts. The dashboard allows for separate cabin temperature control of both heat and air conditioning. There are dual driver settings which allow for selection of side mirrors, seat positions, steering wheel position and lumbar support. Most appreciated was the large GPS screen with touch control operation. The car offers adaptive cruise control and automatic braking. Lighting in the car is excellent with map lights in front and back seats and even ground lighting where one steps from the car. The utility factor of this vehicle is excellent. The back seats fold down to provide a durable, extended bed which is great for trips to the home improvement stores. There is a spare tire and jack which fit neatly in the wheel well under the bed. The car is fairly comfortable for me but most comfortable for my husband who is 6'2'. The head doesn't hit the headliner in the Jeep! I do also enjoy the dual driver and passenger vanity mirrors, folding side mirrors, the large glove compartment, the molded side spaces for maps and even a place for a water bottle on the door as well as on the center console. The center console also contains 2 USB ports, one inside the console and one under the GPS. There is another USB port in the back seat where there are also separate controls for the air conditioning. My only negative remark is regarding the gas mileage which for me comes in at 18 mpg.
