It works really good in the snow and can be very roomy! I enjoy the Bluetooth and OnStar options. Wish it had a sunroof and seat warmers. The trunk is very spacious. I've helped multiple people move and they are impressed with the space. Low noise. Not a fan of the eco setting where it stops/shuts off at stop lights and stuff.

A great car for the price for the product that you are receiving.
Everything about the car is great, it drives smooth, the ac is great. The mileage is great also. It is keyless so all you have to do is push down on the break and hit the push to start button and you are ready to go. It has a mirror to help you when you are reversing that is absolutely amazing I use it but I also make sure to still check my surroundings.

Good, solid sedan choice!
Performs well and drives reliably but sometimes has sensor issues. A driver might think there are larger issues like an inability to shift the car into park or needing to add air to tires when the sensors are just off. Otherwise, good solid car when it comes to performance and size.

What was interesting was the media console has a storage bin behind the screen.
Since owning the vehicle the media console has frozen over 1000 times. The seats are not comfortable. This vehicle has given me more problems than any other vehicle I have ever owned. Although the car looks aesthetically pleasing, the body sits too low and the front is too low and will hit speed bumps.

Very modern, leather seats, touch screen panel and electric seat adjustments.
My vehicle rides smooth, is reliable and is comfortable. It has hands free Bluetooth. My car has a spacious trunk even tho it is a smaller vehicle. This is my favorite car that I have ever owned. I have only had one problem with the vehicle's auxiliary cable but Chevy support was there to fix it right away. The oil changes and maintenance are fairly priced.

Vehicle drives nice smooth and great on gas. Very nice trim, has a push button start. The only con is that oil changes are a little pricey as it only take synthetic oil. I purchased my vehicle pre owned after four months of owning it I notice a water leak while in drive thru. I originally told by manufacturer I was responsible to repair in which would’ve been 1700 however as I was about to scheduled service I received letter in mail from gm informing that there was a recall and they would repair free. Turns out a couple Malibu 2lt had this issue basically a nut that secure back brake light was missing.

I never want another car unless it is this one.
I have never had any problems with my car. I have driven it since it is been brand new, and it rides really smooth. It has heated and cooled seats, and a heated steering wheel. It is the most reliable car I have ever owned, and I will be very sad when I have to buy a vehicle in the future. It literally has everything I actually need. I especially love the heated seats and steering wheel in the winter. The remote start is the most amazing thing ever in super cold weather.

The car is nice and trustworthy.
I haven't noted any problems with my vehicle. I like the heated seats and the fact that you can control the radio from the steering wheel. I like the back up camera but it is hard to get use too and I do not really use it but it is nice. I don't really care for the fact that you leave the remote in the car and it beeps. That to me is annoying but that is just my preference.

A great car for a first time buyer!
My Malibu has had 2 technical issues (brake pedal, gear shift) both covered by warranty. I love everything about my car. The radio touch screen, apple CarPlay, a large trunk, automatic stop/start, and on top of that - it is very spacious for a sedan. It is also great on gas!

Chevy Malibu 2016: a great investment.
My car's performance is very good. It has never broken down on me and never given me any problems. Before I had this car handed down to me, it was my mothers and there was a recall on it but once it got fixed it has been fine ever since. Every weekend I drive home from school and it is about an hour each way and even after four years it drives very smoothly and it is only about $15 to fill it up which I love.

My impression about the 2016 Malibu.
Great sound system. Auto restart when the car is stopped at first it was weird. Good on mileage, comfortable seating. Has a spacious trunk plenty of room. Heater and ac work very well. Very quiet engine not a lot road noise when sitting in the car. Comes with OnStar. I think what is missing is the right turn camera.

Reliable car, spacious but not a car for someone with very young children.
This vehicle is a great reliable car for any person or one with older children. The backseat is very spacious but does not have anchors built into the seat for car seats. Alongside this, as soon as you put car seats in then you might as well consider the backseat gone. This car is fantastic on gas and speeds up very fast! It has a large trunk and I feel like I can see well out of it with very few blind spots. Overall a great car!

Chevy Malibu car review 2016.
Over I like my car only had one issue with it at times it does not want to turn off it says that it is in shift mode when it is in park. I try to press the button to turn it off and I get the same message over and over makes it difficult to turn the car off. The car is very spacious from the inside great on gas mileage and reliable.

It is a good vehicle and I like that it comes with the backup camera.
The battery is always getting messed up. This car has that feature where if you stop at a red light your car suu hi to off to save gas. However, because of the battery issue when this happens sometimes I have a difficult time restarting the car. Sometimes the car gets stuck.

My 2016 Chevrolet Malibu performance compared to other vehicles is amazing. It has safety features built in which insures anyone driving it is in good hands. For example it had a rear view camera which shows you all incoming traffic just in case you miss a blind spot. Also it has a hands free GPS all you have to do is say where you want to go and it shows up on maps which is very helpful when it comes to multitasking. It also includes a amazing interior which makes your car look classy and sleek.

I love the front seat warmer, wish they were in back so everyone could enjoy it. I also wish back had more cup holders that way if there are three there is still a place to hold cups. I do love backup camera, it makes it much easier to drive in reverse. We have XM radio which spoiled me for my regular wake up radio, but is otherwise great.

Great car, spacious, with good gas mileage.
I love how it drives, the features on the display and rear view camera. The trunk is large and spacious. Seats are comfortable. Has great gas mileage! The backseat is comfortable as well and spacious. A problem I have off and on is when I shift to park, my display will say “shift to park” and I am unable to exit the vehicle without it honking at me. If I sit and wait for a minute, the message will disappear and then I can exit my vehicle.

Luxury feeling car with expensive parts.
I love the sunroof, it is an amazing feature to have. However, I recently had to get it replaced due to a rock on the highway. It was super expensive and a very hard part to find. Other than that, I love my car. The brown leather seats makes and big screen makes it feel so luxurious. It is in great shape and have had zero problems with it.

Love it but also don't love it.
It drives well but I've had some mechanical problems with it. Within three years I've had to replace the battery, all four tires, and had a defect in the trunk and a recall on the engine CPU. I also had to get the fuel injectors cleaned. Other than the cost of the repairs, I love it.

Chevy Malibu premier 1996.
The only problem I have had is replacing the battery after 4 years. I have driven it to Texas, Montana and Alabama. No problems. It is loaded and very easy to drive. Other than regular maintenance the car has not been any problem. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Nit picking things, but I'd buy it again.
The front vents for heater/ac are right behind the steering wheel so little air is felt. There is no place for a tissue box. And no way to open the trunk from inside the car except on the key fob, which is at the bottom of my purse or the pocket of his pants so we do not lock it in the car. The back seat belts are tight. We have had no performance problems.

Best eco friendly and safe vehicle.
I love my 2016 Chevy Malibu. It rides smoothly and on every stop the vehicle automatically turns engine off to help with the gas mileage. It has been super reliable and just have to keep up with normal maintenance. The only downfall I have noticed is that some of the sensors; gear sensors, break sensors and lights. We're all in need to change fairly soon. Which I thought was worry some. The vehicle itself has been lovely and wouldn't change it.

Hidden compartments and the controls are easy to work.
My car has good pick up, a smooth ride and I always feel safe. So far best car I have had. I do not have many complaints if anything I would like remoteless start and a backup camera even though I am used to looking where I back up. I took my car on a trip to California and it was a very comfortable ride.

It is a great performing vehicle with a fantastic sunroof feature.
I love how it has a sunroof feature. Performance is great it runs smooth and mileage is good. Rarely do I ever have issue with the car it is extremely reliable. The only issue is the lack or seat heaters but that is a minimal fashion decal. The interactive touch screen is perfect.

Economical vehicle gets good gas mileage.

Chevy Malibu review- 2016 red Malibu with cloth seats and a turbo.
I really like my car. It's very comfortable to drive and is very smooth. I feel safe and secure while driving and although the vehicle itself is small it does not feel like it. I think that the one thing that I would change about the car is its storage space. The console and glove box are pretty small compared to the other vehicles that I've driven in the past.

I love the hands free dialing. The secret compartments the leg room leather/cloth seats it lets me know when my tires are low and when its due for oil change. I love to touch screen and the smooth ride. It came with OnStar too which is great as well. I love my car.

The vehicle is nice with cool features.
At one point I had a problem with the car gear shift. The car wouldn't cut off because of the gear shift. I would have to try a few times before I can get the car to cut off. I had to keep changing and shaking the gear shift. Sometimes it can take 2-4 times before the gear shift would work properly. I believe it was a recall and I took it to the car dealership.

The leather is beautiful and the Bluetooth is nice for hands free calls. I also love the seat warmers. It is also great on gas for traveling. It fits two car seats comfortably. It also has a feature where you can start the car from the key fob. So during the winter I do not have to walk in the freezing cold or snow to turn it on. If I leave the heat on. When the car starts it is warm enough for the kids and I to get in and leave immediately.

It is a very reliable and comfortable car. I Haven't had any major problems at all since I bought it about four years ago. The engine does shut off while at a stoplight so that does take getting used to if you are not used to it. Overall, I highly recommend this car.

My car is a 4 door silver limited sedan that is a 4 cylinder.
My Malibu is a very resourceful car. If I ever get stuck or crash without cell service I can use my OnStar in my car and they connect you immediately and they help you with whatever you need. It has a cellular Wi-Fi option available so you can always have service inside your own car which is pretty cool to me. The Bluetooth connects your phone as soon as you get in and start your vehicle. I personally love the touch screen in my car.

My Chevy Malibu is very reliable, I love the leather seats, it has Bluetooth and maps. I've only had one problem with the tire sensors and it was a very simple fix. The back seats fold down for extra room in the trunk. My son's car seat fits perfectly with plenty of extra space in the back seat, and part of the seats can still fold down. There are buttons on the back of the steering wheel for easy access to song choices and volume.

Has start/ stop 2016 Chevy Malibu you should check it out!
It works well, great on gas and reliable car. I travel with it to and from work, errands, etc. Seats are comfortable, has start/stop, engine runs smoothly. Have it start it up early in the cold so that the car runs better but after then that you have no problem with it. I keep mine nice and clean almost all of the time.

Chevy Malibu 2016 LT - Just a basic model car overall great performance
It is a pretty basic car. There is no backup camera or automatic starter so that is why I gave it the rating that I did. Other than that it is reliable and a gas saver. Chevrolet in general is a pretty good brand of cars so I recommend them to anyone. You just have to spend a little more money to get the luxury qualities of the Chevrolet. Also these cars are really affordable.

I love my Chevy Malibu. It is extremely comfortable, I have traveled and driven across the country in it. I also have 3 young children and it fits all of them easily! There is plenty of room for my husband as well who is a large man at 6ft tall. Along with space on the inside, there is also a very spacious trunk that can fit my double stroller as well as any groceries I get. I have had my Chevrolet Malibu since 2016. I love the vehicle. Clean up on the vehicle is easy with the black leather interior. It is easy to keep the car looking like new. It is awesome power and gets me where I need to go quickly and safely. The gas mileage is remarkable! On the highway I get 40 miles per gallon. In the city it might drop down to 30 miles per gallon.

Malibu-a good, inexpensive car.
My Malibu has a camera system for reverse. It has many ports for phones and even a 3 prong plug. It has rear ac and heating. The only problem we had was the heating core was loose and making noise when we would brake, but it was fixed. Seats are pretty comfortable, but if you are short it is hard to see anything low to the ground.

I bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu. And it was very affordable. I have had it for 3 years and in that time I have had zero problems except for routine maintenance. Oil changes and tires. It is great on gas and has very comfortable seating and room in the back seat for passengers to be comfortable. When driving it has a smooth ride and comes with backup camera. The warranty that comes with the vehicle is great and I have yet to spend any out of pocket money.

Chronic transmission problems. Three times tried to fix, eventually replaced. Starting repeat itself. Automatically shuts off at intersections and radio stops too. Does not quite get the mileage that one would expect out of a 2 liter engine. When looking behind you when backing up, it is difficult to see with the configuration of the rear window.

2016 Chevy Malibu has been a really reliable car for me! After having several non reliable cars I am extremely happy to own this car. Great for long distance driving, great gas mileage, it is cute and sporty and handles really well! Plenty of get up and go helps navigate traffic easily. Have not had any mechanical issues at all.

I love this car! From the keyless ignition to the free Wi-Fi, there's not much wrong with it. At stops, the engine goes off to save gas, which I really appreciate. I have access to satellite radio if I want it. It is a very smooth ride and the temperature sensor is a great feature.

Avoid at all costs. Lots of replaced tires.
Tires are pricey and if you hit a pothole it will flatten your tires. Car has randomly stopped working when driving on the interstate. Uconnect is a poor man's c. The car is my least favorite vehicle I have owned. I will consider getting a SUV rather than a low profile.

Not a bad car but nothing fancy about it.
It is not a bad car but I do not like the pickup and it does not drive smooth. The transition from stop (when the engine shuts off) to go is rough. Other than that the only other issue I had was the rear windshield leaked when I bought it brand new so it was a manufacturer issue.

Chevy Malibu review. Just okay.
Have had many issues with this vehicle. Too many blind spots. No side indicators. Too light in the snow. Need to add weight to the trunk in order to have better traction and not slide as much in the winter. Love that it has remote car start. But it only runs for 10 min before shutting off and can only start 2x. In the sub zero temps 10 min and energy saving the heat is not cranked on high to even slightly warm up the car. Decent gas mileage.

This car has anything you need as far as safety, durability, and family.
Car runs like a dream. Never had anything so reliable and durable in my life. Too easy to use automatic transmission. The car is maroon with tinted black windows so that your always riding in style. Comes with nice cloth gray interior and works great on the snow. Battery needed changed but I believe it was because of a faulty battery sold to me by the dealer. Overall this vehicle gets a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this to anyone wishing to make a new purchase on a vehicle.

Okay but some major problems.
Car is comfortable but not enough head room, roof is low. It does seem like quite a bit of problems but it is fast and pretty safe. I have had problems with sunroof leaking, suspension, and alternator. It does have a mice look to it. It is pretty good on gas mileage.

My 2016 Chevy Malibu! The best car I have ever owned.
Very reliable. Have never had any problems. Great on gas. Has several feature. Such as the big screen which has a backup camera. Also has Bluetooth and OnStar. Its very spacious. Plenty of room for my family. I couldn't ask for a better car for my family. Plan on having this car for a very long time.

The Chevrolet Malibu has one of the lowest prices for its base model.
None major issues yet and I have had the car 3 years. This midsize sedan also gets high marks for its good seat comfort. Chevrolet Malibu stands out from many other cars by having a back seat that does not feel like a penalty box. It is tall, wide and has a large footwell that keeps it from feeling cramped, even for taller adults.

Reliable vehicle for everyday
I like the fuel efficiency, style and how much capacity it can hold. It takes me where I need to go well and it is good on long road trips. It is a reliable vehicle that only needs regular maintenance to work well and for a long time. Overall it is a trustworthy vehicle for day to day travel

Amazing Function and Stylish Design
The vehicle drives very well and I am satisfied with its performance. The only problem I have is that the plastic around the seats can crack easily and sometimes inhibits my ability to use seat control buttons on the driver seat. Despite that, I really love the Malibu and would recommend it to anyone because of it's stylish and functional qualities.

Chevy Malibu: the luxury economy car.
This car rides very smooth, accelerates and decelerates extremely well. The handling is top notch. It has a remote start and power seats. The stereo system is also amazing, you can really jam out in this thing. I can drive this car hours upon hours every single day.

Great first car for buyers.
I am a huge fan of my current car. It is my first newer vehicle and it has served me well. It rides super smoothly, the MyLink radio is awesome and has a touch screen with Bluetooth capabilities. The design is very sleek and there are pretty ambient lights inside the vehicle. The car feels super comfortable to drive and is highly responsive.

Four years of ownership, lots of use.
The problems I have with my car are because it is been driven so much in the past few years, honestly. It makes weird noises. Really weird noises. Rattling, mostly. And the air conditioning is acting up. But again, that is because it is been driven so much. Lots of moves over the past couple of years -- lots of long-distance moves.

Will not be sad when I trade it in.
I like my car for the most part.. I like the way the outside of the car look and the inside is okay. My car has a turbo so it is pretty quick. I have had some issues with the car like the park to shift, it is irritating but it has not caused any real issues yet. The thing that is really concerning is that randomly I will be driving and I will get an error that says 'decreasing speed' and my car will slow down on its own and I cannot do anything but stop, turn it off and wait.

The summary is about my 2016 Chevy Malibu lt I got it this year.
Should be able to turn off the auto start feature when pressing the break. I love the mileage on the car great on gas. Everything else is perfect! I took it to California with no problems the cruise control feature is easy to access. I haven't had it in the winter yet but I hope it's good for the snow to.

It turns off at stops to save gas and turns back on when you stop braking.
My Chevy Malibu has been very reliable and has had no issues. It has been a pleasure to drive. It gets good gas mileage and handles well.

It has the capacity to hold quite a bit of stuff in the trunk and there is plenty of legroom in the backseat.
I really like the amount of space the car has along with trunk space. It is pretty comfortable and is good for my family. I don't really like the body design and it's kind of slow.

I love that you can connect your phone through bluetooth! And the screen lifts up for a secret compartment!
This car is very new to us, but we are absolutely loving it! I love the backup camera and the sunroof (never had that before)! It does seem a little smaller than the older model we used to drive but not by much. It runs smoothly and we haven't had any issues so far. The only things that bother me is the Auto Stop when the engine shuts off like for example, you are stopped at a red light. I know it is to be more environmentally friendly, but it just disrupts me every time it shuts off. I also am not a big fan of the automated buttons to adjust the driver's seat. It takes too long for me and I would prefer just pulling a lever to make it go quicker. These are all minor things. I am really enjoying my experience so far!

The most important thing to know about this car is that it is very up to date and tech savvy.
My white 2016 Chevy Malibu is a great vehicle. The problems I have with it have been minimal. It gets excellent gas mileage and is spacious, however have been experiencing some recent transmission issues in the last few months at 50,000 miles.

It gets done what needs to be done.
I generally like my car. It feels a little small for me due to my size and the fact in the past I drove larger vehicles. The mileage is good and I generally have no complaints. I am a little unhappy with the CD player as I cannot rewind within tracks on the CD and have to listen to the whole track over again.

Great little car- nice tech features.
Generally like this Malibu. Seats are comfortable for long trips, it is fun to drive with the turbo burst, love the technology, and it looks good. Downfall? The space. I replaced from an Impala and it had much more legroom and trunk space. But the mpg is the trade off!

The Chevy Malibu! It is a great family car.
The fuel tank is too small The radio/CarPlay integration sometimes doesn't work. The auto stop is sensitive. The car has a wonderful ride. I love the way it looks. It is very comfortable long distances. I would buy another malibu. The price is great. The dealership service has been great

Malibu’s are the best cars.
No problems, I am obsessed with Chevrolet. Their cars are very reliable and nice. The price tag is very reasonable as well. Regular maintenance and your car will run forever. The paint is very high quality and has cute little sparkles in it. The seats are very comfortable.

Not so much of a good car
I purchased the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu lt in April 2017. The car seemed fine at first. Stabilitrak kept popping on after 5 months in. I took it to the shop and was told it fine. It usually for the auto stop. No problem. A few months later power reduce with stabilitrak lights pops on September 2017. Took it to the shop and was told nothing was wrong due to lights going off. November 2017, the car wouldn’t start up without having to jump it off. I replaced the battery. Things seemed okay. All of 2018, I dealt with lights on and off power reducing, engine lights on, car hesitating to start, car going completely dead at a red light, stabilitrak on and off. Once again took it to the dealership and was told nothing is wrong and changed the oil. Now, 2019 67340 miles car completely went dead while driving home. Im now told the piston, crankshaft, camshaft, cylinders are all damage and I need a new engine. Well, Gm refused to fix the issues by replacing the engine. I have to come out of my pocket of $8000 to replace the engine because two of my oil changes wasn’t done at the GM dealership. The engines in these Malibu’s are crappy and GM knows this. I wouldn’t recommend this car to my worst enemy. I will never buy a GM vehicle ever again. I’m stuck paying a car note on a shell. Seriously, they need to recall these cars.

Great gas mileage and hybrid engine and not small like other hybrid and electric cars
My vehicle is very spacious and comfortable. Gets up a goes for a hybrid. Reliable. Gets great gas mileage because of hybrid. I did have a problem with it leaking rain water through 3rd brake light seal
