Honda civic: reliable and long lasting.
I love my Honda. It is reliable, fuel efficient, and fun to drive. It meets all the requisites I had prior to purchasing a car: it is a coupe, has a sunroof, and a manual transmission. My car looks great and is easy to drive. I get great gas mileage. And the trunk is huge. I got a coupe to avoid having passengers, but if I do, they can still fit in the backseat comfortably. The seats have great lumbar support. The console is roomy and there are two cup holders. My car has a stereo, CD player, auxiliary connection, and is satellite radio ready. There is a built in security system and remote entry. The display is digital and the brightness is adjustable. It also has cruise control. My car runs well with regular maintenance and I have never had any major issues. I like that I am able to control the stereo with controls on the steering wheel. My car is 12 years old so the buttons on the steering wheel have faded a bit. The interior has held up incredibly well. There is a small compartment to the left of the steering wheel which is the perfect place to keep my mailbox or spare house key. The leather around the gear shift has cracked a bit over time. There is also a space behind the gear shift where I keep my mp3 player, phone charger, cords, etc. There is also a coin tray. . One of the issues with my car is that the sun visors have cracked and stay in the downward position. I have used large binder clips to hold them in the correct position and am still able to use them. If I use the rear defrost every station on the radio becomes static.
