Very spacious, drives well, easy to park, very capable over long distances.
Sometimes things break down, air conditioning especially. Other than that, there have been no problems. I really have nothing else to say now I am just trying to get to two hundred and fifty characters. Just need fifty more. Almost there. Only 12 more now.

The safety rating of this vehicle is appealing, because with all the airbags around the vehicle, it will do the best job protecting you.
The Honda CR-V is a great vehicle for an individual or for a small family. It is small enough to enjoy alone, but a good size to carry around no more than 2 children in the back. It's also a great space for a small pet. It gets average gas mileage, but is better than the bigger SUV. We've taken it on small trips and it has a great space for luggage. Safety ratings appealed to us as well. We love our CR-V.

This vehicle has been the most reliable I have ever had. Easy to fix if there is an issue (parts are common) and storage is wonderful. The seats fold down making it easy to move big items like furniture or boxes.

Reliable, consistent, long lasting.
Reliable and consistent as long as you follow the maintenance schedule. In 10 yrs I have only had 1 major repair to the power steering. Drives smooth. Good gas mileage. Great cargo space. Parts are all intact. The factory battery lasted almost 6 years.

The car runs pretty well. Over the year the company has notified that the car has airbag problems so that's rough to deal with. However, it runs very smoothly. The car has a few scratches over the years. Gas is used pretty well. I put gas in it about 1 time a week.

It has older technology, so there is no Bluetooth within the car.
I have not had any problems with my vehicle. Other than routine maintenance (new tires, oil changes, etc. ), I have not had to spend extra money on my vehicle. It rides smoothly and I have been able to take it on many adventures. It is a very reliable car.

Does not automatically lock all doors when it is placed in park.
Comfortable, reliable and has gps are among the likes of my Honda. Among the dislikes is how hard a serviceman has to retrieve car keys when locked inside. I love that I haven't had any major maintenance issues. I will purchase another when ready.

Durable Honda SUV 9 years old with no major problems Able to hold many people and a dog comfortably Amazing holding area in trunk.
I love this care. It is almost 10 years old and has never had any major problems with it. I have lower average miles on it since it is not driveren far. I am able to store plenty of items in it such as 5 people and a large dog. My favorite part of it is the rear storage area. It has a drop down second level in the back trunk so I am able to hold twice as many items as in any other SUV without needing to stash them all on top of each other!

It has the right amount of space for sitting and storage for a family. It's been perfect for weekend trips and scouting activities.
I love the way the CR-V handles on the road and how easy some of the maintenance is to perform. I dislike how many recalls there have been (airlocks, door locks) because I feel like they aren't making quality vehicles because the issues are taking so long to find.

Honda CR-V (2009) Why I would not get this car again.
Not a terrible car it's just not for me. I prefer smaller cars. This car is big, high off the ground, and drives less smoothly than a car such as an accord. It did well with no problems for a good amount of time, but recently I've had a lot of problems with it. It's comfortable. Little to no features in the car... Basic and outdated.

The Honda CR-V is a reliable vehicle and I would recommend it.
When I first purchased my vehicle, it made a rattling noise in the roof. It took me 3 times taking the car back to the dealership, but they finally fixed that noise. Aside from that problem, it has been a really good car. It drives really well in the snow, which is one of the reasons that I wanted an SUV - I get nervous when there is a lot of snow on the ground, but this car drives well as long as there are good tires on it. I would recommend this vehicle.

I like how the back seats recline back so you are not just straight up.
It is very spacious, it has a big trunk type area, the back seats recline back which is great for pre-teens/teens or even adults, there are high and low seat warmers in front, there is an auxiliary input so you can hook your phone up to it, driver seat pumps forward and backward depending on how you like the position of your extremities.

I do woodworking haul wood and supply items in my SUV boards up to 10 feet long.
At 85 I need a car that I can get into and out of easy because of back problems. The Honda CR-V lets me back up to the seat and set down at a good level and getting out without having to jump up or pull myself up. And the leg room is good for my height.

Perfect for adventuring, near and far!
I love that it is great for adventuring like camping, road trips, any good little escape out of town. It sits 5 adults comfortably, with plenty of back storage for luggage and such. The audio system is nice, and I like how it is bigger than a sedan but smaller than a massive car.

Amazing four wheel drive so I feel safe while driving in the snow or while it is freezing rain and becomes ice. Safety is a major concern for my wife and I and the Honda delivers. It is a well designed SUV, with decent gas mileage. The controls are easy to comprehend and use. We are strong Honda supporters. I have to take it to the shop for checkups more than other cars.
It often makes a rattling noise. I also have to get the brakes checked regularly. I do appreciate how much space it has. I like that it's a mix in size between a car and SUV. Not too big, and not too small.

The Honda CR-V is a reliable low maintenance vehicle that I would recommend to anyone. It also has a higher than normal resale value as well. I have not had any major problems with the vehicle since I purchased it. This car should last for a long time if probably taken care of.

The vehicle is a good size for me.
I bought my car used. I really enjoy that it is All Wheel Drive. There was a problem with the wheel bearings. They were worn down and needed to be changed because the car already had 100,000 miles on it. I enjoy the trunk space in the back. I also enjoy the center because there isn't anything separating the passenger and driver's seat.

The car is generally reliable, has decent gas mileage for its category and has given me relatively few problems. I think it is affordable and a good value. I would recommend for a family up to four people. Any more than that, the car may not be suitable.

I am a proud first time Honda CR-V owner, who loves her car.
I bought the vehicle used with low mileage, it is very good on gas, a comfortable ride on long trips for up to five passengers, spacious enough to give plenty of arm and leg room to anyone in the vehicle. There are a few things in older models that I really liked but miss in this years model. I like the third cup holder that is available in a 2005 model, this is the only thing I am able to say I miss on my present Honda CR-V.

The vehicles engine and tires seem loud.
I truly enjoy my car a lot, the only issue is the engine is very loud. However it is very safe and I like the size of the vehicle. Overall I am very happy with it and I am not sure if the tires are loud. That being said overall it is comfortable and handles well.

It's a V4 and is really good on gas.
I love everything about the vehicle except that it's black, every time right after i get it washed it gets d***y so easily. As well since i live in Az the seats get really hot because their leather which i don't like either. And the AC just recently went out which is horrible in Az summer. Other then that i haven't had any issues and is perfect for my family of 4.

The air conditioner does not cool as well as I would like. Very easy to drive. The stereo is great. Perfect size for me and passengers. Very easy to find places for car repairs. I really do not have many repairs except from wear and tear.

I love my Honda because it is an all wheel drive. I live where the weather can change at any moment in the winter. It is also a nice looking car. Two of my friends went out and bought them after I got mine because they loved the looks and riding in it.

2009 Honda CR-V: my best purchase... Ever?
I have owned my CR-V for ten years and have never once regretted buying it. It is an extremely versatile and reliable vehicle that I enjoy using to commute, to haul things around town on errands, and to load up for weekend road trips. The all wheel drive has saved me on various encounters with snow and loose terrain. It is not a high performance vehicle in terms of strong acceleration, but it is exceedingly reliable and trustworthy in many different contexts. I have used it to pull a small uhaul trailer during a cross-country move with no problem. Even after 10 years I still get the same solid fuel economy performance. The interior is comfortable and easy to maintain. . The dashboard and audio equipment are thoughtfully designed. The cargo area is easily to reconfigure to fit large items. The only thing that would make it better is either completely flat folding or more easily removable back seats. If you are looking for a vehicle that can handle all of your everyday needs and occasional adventures, honestly, the CR-V is it.

10 year old, spacious, comfortable, realizable Honda CR-V
I have had my car for 10 years and have had no major problems. I've maintained maintenance during this time and including staying on top of the oil change. It is a reliable car and has made the trip from PHL to RI over 80 times during this time. It's spacious for those sitting front and back and I have never found that I didn't have space for large items.

Smart, convenient, and reliable SUV
The vehicle handles wells, although driving around the curve it can feel as though it will roll over compared to other SUV of similar size. The gas mileage is good, and it comfortable for 4 adults. The middle console is awesome because it's not stationary - it can fold down which is convenient for a purse or two.

My vehicle is great. I drive a lot and I love the smooth ride and how it holds the road. It's very reliable. I've had minor issues due to normal wear but other than that she keeps me going. She's very comfortable with plenty of space in the driver's seat. She has leather seats, power windows, power locks, power seats and a sunroof. Her a/c is ice cold. I have good visibly day and night. She's very roomy inside, seating for 5. Her back hatch opens to a roomy height. She has a divider in the back that holds up to 20 lbs of anything you would like to put back there. The divider also flips up for storage underneath.

The electrical system and the capacity of the battery are extremely poorly designed.
I like the storage capacity of my Honda CRV and I also like that it provides a very smooth ride and gets good gas mileage. However, I don't like that there is some sort of continuous power drain on the battery. This power drain causes the vehicle to not start if it sits for a few days without running.

One of the best cars I have purchased.
It is a great car, has all wheel drive and gets around great in the winter. My Honda CR-V gets great gas mileage in town and on the highway especially. The interior has a lot of cup holders and power outlets in the center console and rear hatch. The back seats are able to lean back and it has plenty of legroom. I love my CR-V!

When you travel a lot, you learn to love the flaws of your vehicle.
Shortly after I bought my car it needed the front wheel bearing replaced, then in the summer (since I bought it in the winter) I realized that the ac didn't work. After $2,000 and almost a complete replacement of the system, it worked again. I had it in and out of the shop for ac for 2 years before they actually figured out the problem. I have also spent thousands of dollars on tires because the camber is not movable and the tires cupped every year. I spent over $1,000 to get a movable camber on my car so the tires stop cupping. Other than those issues, it is a decent car. I would not buy it again if I had the choice.

2009 Honda CR-V runs great, rarely has any problems.
The only "problems" with my CR-V have been the tires. Because of the type of vehicle, they need to be changed more often than a "normal" vehicle. I have also had the battery die but that is pretty normal. I did have two recalls on the airbags but Honda replaced them at no charge.

It's the perfect medium in mpg, room, height, and affordability.
I like that it sits higher off the ground without having tight steering like a truck. I like the roominess in all areas of my CRV. The seats fold into the floorboard easily making work projects simpler to undertake! The only thing I dislike is the mpg!

I have always wanted a Honda CR-V the 2009 was in my price range. I bought it used. I am very happy with it! I bought it with 98,000 miles on it and I haven't really had any problems since I got it 2 years ago. I have a sun rough which I love. It handles really well. The seating is roomy and comfortable. My husband is 6'3' and he fits comfortably in the passenger seat. I know I am going to get a very long life out of this car! My last Honda I had for 5 years with well over 200,000 miles on it and it still ran great! I would definitely recommend a CR-V to everyone and I would definitely get another one for myself once I need a new vehicle.

I love my Honda CR-V! Its large enough for me to load bigger items and transport them with ease. Even though its a larger vehicle, it gets great gas mileage. It's also a super comfortable and smooth drive. I feel very safe in this car because of the size and the reliability. I think this car would be great for parents or people without kids. It has a rear view camera which has proven to be extremely helpful. With the help of that I have avoided having a possible collision. I know that i'll have this car for a very long time and when it's time for a new one, I can easily see myself purchasing another car of this make and model.

Roomy and reliable SUV made by Honda
I love my Honda CR-V! It's 10 years old but never has given me problems. It gets around 24 miles a gallon which could be better but for a SUV it's not to bad. One bad thing about the Honda CR-V is the starter location. My starter recently went out and it's on the bottom of the motor which caused it to be very expensive to replace. All in all it's a great car and I would definitely recommend.

One of my better purchases
I have been very happy with the Honda CR-V I purchased in 2009. I have driven it across the US and Canada several times and it rarely lets me down. The gas mileage is not quite as good as it used to be when first new but it still gets around 20 mpg, so I'm satisfied. I do have 2 issues with Honda in general though; first, the navigation technology is far inferior to other vehicle manufacturers and second, the stock remote start unit drains the battery when the vehicle is not used everyday. Overall I am very happy with my CR-V.

My vehicle works wonders with only minor tire issues and I love the sunroof!
My car has never had any real problems. It runs perfectly, the brakes last me a good while along with the oil, and it fits my entire family inside. The only problem I ever have are the tires. The pressure in them drops like crazy with just the slightest weather changes.

I love the size of the vehicle. Great for all drivers, new and old.
In regards to the comfort, I love how the vehicle handles. It is smooth to drive and ride in. It is easy to get in and out of, you are not up to high or down too low. Regarding performance, it handles great in the snow. I used to have a Honda odyssey and the CR-V is hands down easier to handle in the snow. Gas mileage is good. In regards to features, they are easy to understand and use. I love the space. I can fit my bike and my kayak in this vehicle. I like that it calculates and displays the average gas mileage and also how many miles you have left to go before empty. Regarding, reliability, this vehicle is like other Honda's very reliable. Just routine maintenance. I wish this vehicle was made with a trailer hitch as a standard option. That is my only recommendation.

Honda CR-V is very comfortable.
Air conditioning has stopped working. We can't figure out why. Love all other aspects of my Honda. Seats are comfortable. Back seats fold back. Plenty of storage area in back. Pockets in back of front seats are great. Cup holders in doors are convenient.

Love my 2009 Honda CR-V! Comfortable, dependable, roomy, fun to drive.
My car is comfortable and roomy and fun to drive. As of this time, I have not had any problems with it as far as the engine. The 'check fuel cap' indicator keeps coming on intermittently, but I've had it checked and everything is fine. It has power windows and locks. There is plenty of room for passengers and also lots of cargo space in the rear as well. It also has indicators that inform me of how well my car is performing regarding fuel mileage. I love my Honda CR-V, and would definitely recommend this car to others.

Great family car. We are able to get buy with this car alone.
We love our car. We bought it because of the engines high dependability ratings. We were sick of buying old cars off of craigslist and having them fall apart within just a few years. We haven't ever had any problems with our CR-V.

It is dependable and reliable. It is fuel efficient and comfortable, while being sporty.
I like the exterior styling and sunroof. I love the color (blue). The seats are comfortable and I have the seat heating option. I love being higher off the ground than a car. I love how it handles and driving it is a pleasure. What I love most is that it is paid for and I don't have a car payment.

Great car for comfort and travel
Great car. Great gas mileage and very comfortable. Our left front bearing is the only thing that we have had to fix and just got to 100,000 miles. This is our go to vehicle for any road trips. We will be getting an updated version as our next vehicle.
