The vehicle is very efficient on gas. Somewhat stylish exterior and interior. Very comfortable for long drives. But has recalls on the engine and other things. I have had to have it repaired more often than I'd like to. If there’s wasn’t the recall issues I would be extremely satisfied with the car.

This vehicle had a lot of recalls. And I seem to have to keep getting work done on it frequently. I think they need to recall the whole car instead of different parts here and there. This car should not be sold anymore and they should give every owner or lessor another make and model.

Why I love my Hyundai sonata.
I love my 2014 Hyundai sonata gls. It is a very reliable car for me. I have had it for about 3 years and I have had no issues except ones that I caused. It is good on gas and on the highway. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I would encourage anyone to get any type of Hyundai vehicle.

Extremely high tech for a 2014 vehicle. It is very reliable. Have had it for 4 years and have only had to repair a small part inside of the steering wheel that was covered by manufacturers warranty. Car detailing is very nice. Super comfortable seats.

Do not buy a Hyundai: this corporation does not take responsibility.
The car handles have broken several times. This is known to Hyundai. They have apparently chosen not to take responsibility for this. It has been costly to replace these handles. I would not buy a Hyundai because they do not stand behind their manufacturing.

Dependable, affordable nice vehicles.
Haven't had any problems, I love Hyundai’s they are very dependable and built well. I crashed my last Hyundai (Santa Fe) and it saved my life. Also had a Hyundai Elantra when it first came out and when I traded it in the mileage was almost 300k and never had an issue. I drive a lot for work and can always depend on a Hyundai.

Defect detected and restored.
I am pleased about the comfort and features of my vehicle. For the first two years the performance and reliability were great; but come to find out there was a defect in the engine. There were several recalls relating to the defective engine. I had a total overhaul of the engine! Now it is performing great.

Hyundai sonata is very spacious and is a great car for the money you pay.
There are a couple problems I have with this car. The passenger seat will not adjust up and down. It only goes back and forth. So every single passenger I have feels like they are so low and the dashboard is pretty high. I thought this was kind of weird because the driver seat can go up and down.

Beware of major system failures
When I first purchased my Hyundai Sonata, I really liked it, now not so much. A year and a half ago with less than 34,000 miles, the both constant velocity axels had to be replaced. This is definitely substandard. I have had front wheel drive vehicles since 1976 and never had to have these axels replaced. Within the last month, a piece fell off of the brake intensifier hose. Unfortunately it is no longer covered under warranty, not even the extended warranty I purchased. This repair cost over $600.00. Since I keep my car parked in the garage, these things should not have happened. Fortunately, I the brakes failed as I was backing out of my garage and not when I was out on the highway somewhere. The service rep at the dealership said this brake problem almost never happens. Given that two major problems have happened with this car, I will likely never purchase another Hyundai. I have tried dealing with the Hyundai corporate representatives, one of whom led me to believe that Hyundai would pay for the brake repair and then they didn't pay for it.

I really enjoy the size of the sonata. It is not so small that I feel unsafe but, it is not a massive boat either. I love how smooth it drives. I love the sound system in the car as well and the Bluetooth features. Sometimes the auxiliary hook up fails but, if I turn the car on and off it will work again. The gas mileage is a benefit too. I can go on 3-4 hour road trips without having to stop once for gas.

Reliable but not comfortable.
Car is very reliable and good on gas mileage. It is not that comfortable especially on long trips. One of my main issues is the blind spots when backing out of parking spaces or passing on interstate. It is low to the ground and people who are short in stature have problems setting over the steering wheel.

Reliability with a dash of styling.
I really like the reliability of my Hyundai sonata. I have only had one issue with the engine in 6 years. Also, the acceleration is great. In addition, I like that the engine has both an 'eco' and 'sport' mode. Also, I get great fuel economy, last, it has ample trunk space.

Very spacious interior with beautiful trim work. Plenty of space for everything needed on a day to day basis. The speakers are amazing even though they are stock. Detailed 2014 Hyundai sonata review.
The Hyundai sonata has several issues with wiring and lighting. The brake lights and signal lights go out often. The screen will sometimes have a Chinese box appear and the screen will shut off. Other than that, it is a pretty reliable vehicle. I would actually recommend it for anyone purchasing a vehicle.

Pinzon Hyundai sonata limited 2.0l review.
I just found out there is a extended warranty for the engine. There Is Debris when they built the engine. So the engine can break down. But the performance of the car is good. I have no issues or complaints with the new engine. The model I have is better looking than the new models.

Hyundai Sonata 2014 - lots of good features.
It drives really well. We haven't had any problems with the engine, the only problems we have had are from tires. I love the seat warmers, and the gas mileage. It provides high visibility when backing up and when driving. It has lots of modes to control how the steering wheel turns, which is really amazing. My husband can change it when he drives. It also has an eco button, which gives you better mileage when you are on the freeway. Overall we feel like it is a very safe car for our family.

I would buy a Hyundai again.
I have had very few problems with my sonata since I bought it. It is been very reliable. I did have a small issue with the automatic lights turning off when they should have stayed on. I now just use the regular on off feature till I can get it into the shop. To me, it still feels like a new car.

I love everything about this model of the Hyundai. The car is very great on gas I put $40 in that lasted me two days on a full tank before it even went below one night the car most of all rise great and it has great detailing inside as long as the screen is on it is basically like you are driving with assistance. The car also have waze on the car where you can press a button to actually help with new coming driving when it comes down to actually like turning on the road or having like slippery will have a little back up having a back up camera on the back of the vehicle is a big sport as well. If it is your first car then this is your best bet.

Quality of the sound system was great!
Car has not been driven much but the car has been very reliable. Comfort and the pickup are both ok but I thought my Altima sport turbo was slightly more comfortable and definitely had much more pickup. I did like the sound system in the sonata and had speakers in the front, back and on the sides.

Gas mileage is outstanding. Car is big enough to accommodate kids as well as grocery runs. Available features for the car are outstanding along with heated seats and Bluetooth receiver. If you are thinking about buying a Hyundai, reconsider.
Engine seized and it needed to be replaced. Lots of silly issues with the car with plastic pieces breaking, door lock breaking, etc. Really unhappy with service of Hyundai as well as some of these items not fixed under warranty or required multiple trips to be repaired when under warranty.

2014 Hyundai Sonata silver.
My gas mileage has never been good on this vehicle. I had a 2011 Sonata which had much better gas mileage. Other than that, the vehicle is pretty great. I love all of the features and spacious room inside. The steering handles pretty well, you can change from normal to sport steering on your steering wheel. Bluetooth and Audio controls are on the steering wheel. I also do not like the knobs for the temperatures, I liked the little person that had buttons to push.

I love most things about the 2014 Hyundai sonata - great has efficiency, nice finishing a for the price. Clean lines on the exterior. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the body is lightweight and it does not handle well in snow and ice. I am curious about the hybrid model for my next vehicle purchase, as I am likely to purchase a sonata again.

The back seat folds down in two sections so you can put down one single seat.
I have not had any issues with my car (outside of normal, expected repairs for any vehicle). I love the way it handles and has 3 separate modes, sport, comfort, and normal. I like the size of the large trunk.
My car is very reliable and the inside is really nice. I like the cloth seats! The only thing I really don't like about my car is the lack of air vents in the backseat and the radio. The lack of air vents is really a problem for people in the backseat riding with me because they are either sweating in the summer or freezing during the winter. It seems like the radio wasn't hooked up right to the car because the buttons on the steering wheel that control the radio/Bluetooth have a mind of their own. They almost never do what they are supposed to do.

Only after 6 years, a whole new engine was needed.
There have been some issues such as the blinker not working and just recently I had to get a whole new engine put in. It does drive smooth and the speed acceleration is great. I have already had to replace brakes. The heated and cooled seats are a great feature.

Had the best value for all the bells and whistles. No major problems 4.5 years later! A few recalls but that is probably because Hyundai had a longer warranty. I love everything about my car.
It is a comfortable drive, smooth, I like how my Bluetooth connect and everything is at the top of my fingers. It is fast, user friendly, spacious enough to be comfortable but not too big, and trunk space really big as well. It is really good on gas, and plenty of storage space, including cup holders in the front as well as two cup holders in the back so if you have guest and have more than several drinks at a time. No worries there is enough cup holder space for it all which means no mess.

2014 Hyundai sonata for the win!
This is by far the best vehicle I've ever owned. It is extremely comfortable, great on gas, so much room for passengers, a huge trunk, and its looks sharp. I have had no issues with this vehicle at all. It has been in the shop for maybe 2 recalls, which were covered and at no cost to myself, however, my car was fine and had no issues pertaining to the recalls. I have the 2.0 engine that is turbocharged. So while the car is terrific on gas, it also has that needed 'pep' when you want it. I highly recommend this vehicle to everyone who asks. Although, when it comes time for a new vehicle I am not sure what I'll do because the newer models of the sonatas are disappointing to say the least. I think Hyundai seriously messed up when changing the body style and interior of the sonata.

Black comfortable and easy to use with a few small glitches.
My gas tank door broke off and it costs 200 dollars to fix it. Also my mileage to empty meter goes blank after 30 miles and it has caused me to run out of gas before because I didn't know how long I had. I do love how open and easily visible my blind spot is though and I love that it tells me which exact tire needs air.

Amazing car, love the durability and stability.
The performance and mileage of this car is phenomenal. I love that I can go to so many places with this car and it is still running good as new. The inside of the car is very nice and comfortable, with padded seats and seat warmers. I love the option where you can hook up the Bluetooth plug in to listen to your music from your phone without using an aux cord. The only problem is the ac and how it keeps breaking down.

Hyundai sonata 2014- pros and cons.
My car drives great! Very smooth ride and it has a turbocharged engine so it accelerates very quickly. I love the newer technology inside like the touchpad for controlling everything and the heated and cooled seats. The only downside I have seen to my car is the sunroof has had a problem getting clogged with dirt and debris from being parked outside and I had to have the ducts cleaned out. It also sits very low in general which is not something I very much enjoy.

The features it come worth is worth every penny.
The first three months the motor blew it was under warranty so it was replace for free. The radio speaker stop working after two year of usage. The gas mileage is great. The love the dual sunroof. The rear seats are heated. The driver leather seats are started to tear. The car tend to burn oil ever since I bought it.

Great car for a good price
I have issues with it in the rain. It slides around a lot, or peels out when the pavement is wet. I had issues with the AC working intermittently and had it serviced three times before it finally worked correctly. Comfortable seating though, and I like the center console area. Sometimes if you skip a song using the button on the steering wheel it'll skip 5 songs and glitch. Super roomy for a sedan and has decent gas mileage.

Safe and sound in my sonata.
This car has an overall great performance. All parts are extremely user-friendly; this includes the dashboard, panel controls, radio, handless communication, and Bluetooth. I feel very safe inside while behind the wheel as well as in the passenger seat. The vehicle gets very good gas mileage, especially on the highway. Both the front and back seats are very comfortable and the heated seats option makes for a very cozy ride.

Hyundai sonata car reviews and recalls.
The Hyundai is very reliable. It is a very comfortable car. That has a smooth ride. I must say I have had the car for 4 years I had no problems. I did have several recalls. It performs very well and get good gas mileage. The seats in my car are not very comfortable.

Realiabible and has a 60000 mile warranty on major parts and 100000 on engine.

Driving my Hyundai sonata.
I like how smooth the car drives and the fact that it does not jerk around at every turn of the wheel is nice when driving on difficult terrain. Overall, a Hyundai sonata is a great car to have because it is reliable and not a complicated car to understand. Would drive again.

They Hyundai Sonata is a really great car, I have travelled miles all over and my car is very dependable. It is good on gas and the parts for the car is very cheap. Haven't had that many problems. I have 2 kids and they have good spacing in the backseat.

The 4 door Hyundai sonata has proven to me to be a reliable car.
I bought my 2014 Hyundai sonata almost 2 years ago and I love it! It is great on gas and I haven't had any problems. . I'm at 120,000 miles, but I would not think twice about taking it on a long distance road trip. It is extremely reliable. I'd definitely recommend anyone to purchase this make and model.

My car has been extremely reliable since I received it in 2014. It has not had any major issues at all. The car is extremely comfortable. I have had my car for 6 years now and although I am looking into a new vehicle the car is still in great condition.

Father daughter car sharing.
I really like this car. I share it with my dad, who is a lot taller than me, but it is really easy to adjust the seats. It is not, however, very easy to adjust the windows. I feel safe in this car and I would recommend it to anyone. A rear camera would be a nice touch though.

Comfort and sustainability.
The vehicle has multiple recalls due to issues with brakes, seatbelt related issues, and engine problems. The car runs nice overall, but brake problems have occurred since the beginning of purchasing. The drive is comfortable and is nice on long trips. The sound system is great and the overall ride is nice.

Vehicle gets me where I need to go on.
Too many miles, over 100,00, been in the shop too many times, want a newer car less miles push to start, good on gas, more room in vehicle 3 rooms, a truck to be exact, bigger family need more space, two big car seats, 3 big boys plus fianc', need new tires, engine was replaced, gas mileage numbers are not right,

Hyundai sonata is reliable, and comfortable.
This car is fairly reliable and a smooth drive. The seats are comfortable with enough space in the front for larger people. Taller people may find the back seats a bit restricting however. There is ample trunk space, and room for all your basic car supplies. All around a decent car to have.

Hyundai Sonata: great car!
I absolutely love my car!! It has a twin turbo so it goes fast, but it has an eco setting that I love as well for long trips!! It gets pretty decent gas mileage and it is very roomy! The heated seats are amazing when it is cold, and it drives very smoothly. I didn't know how to feel when I first bought it but I am so glad I did, I love it!

Some problems, but dependable.
The 2014 Hyundai sonata se is a great vehicle for the price. Although there have been a number of things that have needed to be done to it. I have already had to replace the struts and rotors. There is a part in the steering wheel that is known for breaking and causing your steering wheel to shake and make noise. The recall on the part unfortunately has a mileage cutoff. The a/c has also started to go out. Although there are clearly problems that have come up, this vehicle has never left me stranded on the middle of the road. It is a very dependable vehicle.

Great Hyundai that is good on gas and self sufficient.
It is a wonderful car. Drives really smooth. I drive this car everyday for work. Never gives me any issues. Good on gas and the eco comes in handy. I just love this car and I think everyone should get a car like this. Very reliable car. Again good on cas sunroof and all the fixings.

Nice reliable vehicle with kick to boot.
Nice vehicle. Easy to drive and has some kick to it. Has been reliable so far with almost 100,000 miles on the vehicle. Only issue is that the car seems to go through a lot of headlamps and tail lights. Gas mileage is very good. Features. Work well including bluetooth functions. Relatively comfortable ride.

The car is great as a daily driver
There really aren't any problems with the car other than recalls that were quickly replaced/ fixed by the factory. Other than that it's a fantastic daily car that does its purpose well. Sound system in the car is better than expected and was a nice surprise. I've had the car for just over a year now and I've just had to replace the tires with 53000 miles on the car, so depending on how much you drive the tires will definitely last awhile

A purchase that was a success in many ways.
My car has been very reliable. However, it has had multiple recalls. I feel that Hyundai is proactive when it comes to any problems that might arise, therefore all of the recalls. I enjoy the many features of my vehicle including the heated seats, a variety of interior lights, the backup camera, and the feature to enhance the fuel economy. I bought this car also for the great exterior styling. The radio and the disc player are great along with the Bluetooth function. I cannot say enough good about the car. I have not had any problems, thus the reliability is great. I would buy another Hyundai as a result of this purchase. In fact, my son bought a Hyundai as a result of my success with this car. I also love the trunk space, the leg room, and the console.

Good engine does run good.
To many sensors it makes my car run bad. I have an oil leak and I have had to get trash blew out of the transmission twice. But I haven't completely broke down battery went bad to. Does have s good engine and I like the radio needs s camera loose connections.

Love the size, looks small but it's big on the inside.
The most important thing people should know-the trunk button is not where you think it is. You might open the hood if you're not paying attention.
