My jeep has had no performance issues. It is a very reliable vehicle I use it for work and also travel. It drives very smooth and is quiet. It makes for a nice and relaxing trip wherever I am going. I bought the Jeep Grand cherokee 2016 in pearson Jeep&Chrysler in richmond,virginia,Iam not impress with the seating spaces,But any july 23 2019 my jeep normally park in my parking space in my business,After 2 hours I try go some where to start the vehicle no remote working not starting,I try to jump the battery no success,change battery in remote no work,call mechanics no work tow to the same dealer ship it is been setting there from last 38 days,when I call to the Manager they said we can not find the problem,be patient, I call the Jeep head office they said be patient,I call to insurance for to claim they said until the Jeep people not diagnose we can not get claim,Last week I went to the Jeep service manager He said you have to wait,I don,t understand How long I am going to wait????

I love this car due to the fact of its ability to go off road and on the highway and maintain good mileage. The heated seats and updated interior also makes the car superior to other “beginner” vehicles for first car owners. The only issue would have to be trunk space a little bit more would make the car perfect in my eyes.

Great but some issues mainly with the back opening.

I absolutely enjoy my vehicle but have had to take it to get serviced at the dealer for some issues. I have mainly problems with the back opening and it is inconvenient considering I need to store stuff often such as groceries and pet supplies. Performance is great though keeps me warm in winter and cool in summer with air conditioning. Great speed and very reliable.

Do not purchase, unless you buy the extended warranty.

Needed new transmission within an hour of owning—purchased brand new off truck. Transmission was on a nationwide back order. Didn’t see my brand new jeep for almost three months! But did not qualify for lemon law. Also had issues with jeep being stuck in park.

Thick trim around front windows makes large blind spots. Material on shift knob is rubbing off. Manual shift paddles are to easy to hit with your hands knocking your car into manual mode easily. Rear view mirror is thick and bulky, hard to move into position

Newest member of the jeep family.

I love my vehicle. It is reliable, easy to drive and has excellent gas mileage. I feel comfortable driving it whether it be near or far. It has seat warmers for driver and passenger. It is also Bluetooth enabled for music or phone calls. It is a four wheel drive and I can change between 7 different settings for it.

The car in general has an appealing appearance. Good breaks and nice interior. Many things are adjustable in this car. Moon/sun roof does not close well. This car is great on gas. I have had no problems with vehicle performance and my jeep is very reliable. It has all the features I need and is very comfortable. My seats recline, and the back seats fold all the way down. It did not come with navigation but I added it and it was the best addition. I can now keep my keep my phone free to use for businesses. Also my jeep is very reliable throughout the different seasons especially snow and sand. I feel very comfortable driving in the snow and rain. I really love driving it on the highway as well as around town. I would recommend this jeep to anyone.

Jeep grand Cherokee review.

I love everything about the jeep grand Cherokee when it comes to performance (off roading). Anytime I thought I was going to get stuck the jeep would slip right into 4×4 mode and I would get by no problem, never once got stuck in deep sand or mud. The only problems come from all mechanical parts inside the car. I have had my lift gate break, along with the cover for the sunroof and the air conditioning. Although all of these things were easy fixes. The good ultimately outweighs the bad. I couldn't have picked a more perfect car.

I love how accommodating and safe my grand Cherokee is.

My car is very comfortable and has all of the accommodations that I need. It includes blind spot detectors, reverse camera, tinted mirrors for driving at night, and parking sense detectors. The highlight of this car is that it is all four-wheel-drive.

My vehicle is very nice very roomy and comfortable. Has a lot of space if you are putting in car seats which I do. Has a lot of window view you can see the road really well through mirrors as well. Overall the look of the car is just beautiful. Jeep — best bang for your buck!

I love the look of the car, sporty but still high end, had a luxury feel without being insanely expensive. It is made in America so that is always ideal. Great for hauling medium to large size things in the rear (seats easily go down to make a fully flat space). Sound system that came standard is also solid. I just wish mine had come with a back-up camera. Driver seat great for tall person, though it would've been nice to have more back adjusters.

Would I recommend a jeep grand Cherokee? Yes!

Extremely reliable. Nice functionality and features for the price. Heated seats and keyless start are a lifesaver when the temperature gets in the teens. Four wheel drive works flawlessly and fuel mileage has been better than expected. Has retained value well. Great warranty and service. Would purchase a new one in the future.

I have cream interior and orange stitch that I love!

I have had zero problems with my jeep, super comfortable and love the interior and all the bells and whistles that it comes with. I love my double sunroof! My jeep is fast and it only takes about 40 dollars to fill up right now where I live. My tank normally lasts me two weeks. I love the sound system as well!

This is the ideal family vehicle.

We were going from a family of 2 to 3 and we needed to find a car that didn’t require our passenger seat to be all the way forward to compensate for a car seat to fit correctly. Jeep Grand Cherokee- Reliable and Comfortable Without Any Surprises

My vehicle is extremely reliable and has met or exceeded all of my expectations. Three years in, I still love my choice of vehicle and trim. It is a comfortable, smooth ride and is easy to maintain. I haven't had any unexpected problems with my vehicle. One annoying thing, is that when I first turn on my vehicle, it sometimes take a few moments for it to register the command I'm giving, for example, using the phone connectivity feature or pressing my seat preset.

Bronze rims and grill inserts.

My grand Cherokee is the 75th anniversary package so it have bronze rims and accents which is the why I bought it. I had many features but a few things I wished it had was air conditioned seats, better headlights, and keyless entry. The ride is comparable to a more luxury vehicle without as steep of price.

Why buy a jeep grand Cherokee.

I love my 2016 jeep grand Cherokee. The cars themselves hold their value well and are reliable. According to my husband they are also easy to repair if you have a car guru in your family rather than taking to a shop. Some of my favorite features are the leather interior and heated seats in both the front and back seats. All passengers have an option for heated seats with the exception of the middle seat in the back. Trunk space for storage is optimal compared to smaller vehicles. Fits my child’s stroller and groceries comfortably. Additionally love the trunk cover to keep items stored out of sight from potential on lookers. This makes it safer for black Friday shopping in my opinion. I also love the digital screen up front, which makes all of my settings readily available and easy to navigate.

I drives well, great shape. The features are okay, I love the night effects of the lights in the car. I have a special name for the car. It will let you know if your car is in need of a oil change or flat tire or the pressure is off in one of the tire. But all is well, does not burn out gas fast.

A little of everything you want.

I like the overall ruggedness and dependable of my truck with a sense of style with all of the add one. I wish the GPS had some ways of keeping the sun glare of the screen. But fortunately everything was taken care of by my vehicles warranty so I didn't have to pay any out of pocket so that was good. One of the best SUV's to date.

No problems, fun and comfortable vehicle. Cleaning was a pain if you live somewhere like I do and have salt during the winter. Never had any problems throughout the whole 125,000 miles that was put on it. Comes in very many editions but I say the trackhawk is the best.

Extreme comfort while still rugged.

Extremely comfortable and drives smoothly. The car regularly does city, highway and bumpy country roads. I have driven the car in all types of weather and various road surfaces and it handles beautifully. We recently took the car on a 1000 mile road trip and did not experience any stiff or sore muscles during any part of that long drive. The basic sound system is mediocre and the upgrade is a must. The automatic trunk door is great, especially for someone who is on the shorter side.

Jeep review; an honest and insightful review about a fantastic car.

Love this car! The seats are button adjustable, it includes a sunroof, air and heating, radio settings Bluetooth settings aux cord settings, multiple USB ports, a wall plug port! The car is wonderful and the speedometer is digital! The gas pump opens with a button. The car has a driver's seat passenger seat and a row with three seats in the back, including the trunk.

Perfect comfortable family vehicle.

The only issue I have with my jeep is the park assist feature engaging when you are towing trailer and you cannot back up. You try to turn off the park assist and it does not work and the dealer does not have answers for the issue. I love the comfort of the seats and how it handles on the road. There is plenty of room for my whole family.

Sleek and durable to look good while doing hard work.

This is the greatest car I have driven of the many I have tried. It is comfortable for long drives, large enough for longer trips, and it looks great. For its size it gets great mileage, roughly 26 mpg when I drive distance, about 17 driving regularly. It handles Midwest weather with ease, and it has a great heating system in it. The heated steering wheel is a gem. The only complaint I have is that the auto stop can be a bit frustrating and may lead to transmission problems in the future if you are not careful.

Jeep has been my favorite car brand. The grand Cherokee works great for all NY seasons and is always reliable in the winter weather. I have experienced minimal car troubles since taking the vehicle home in 2016 and am not looking to replace the vehicle until necessary.

Love it because it is a great SUV.

Love it. Drives wonderfully. Has plenty of room. Gets good gas mileage, love the color, love the price, love the place I bought it, love the interior, it is 4 wheel drive, does great in the mud and sand and rain and snow and ice and sleet, love it.

Jeep grand Cherokee the SUV to drive.

This is the 4th jeep I have had. I love the brand and have never had a problem with service or reliability. I do prefer an SUV over passenger car and jeep delivers. Stylish, dependable, good gas mileage and reliable. I would recommend to other consumers.

Jeep grand Cherokee overland.

Owned the vehicle for about 3 months now and have had no problems other than the automatic on/off engine. Something connected to the battery, such as an adapter (?) Has possibly made it to where it needs servicing. The interior is very nice, no problems. Love how much room and storage I have. Overall, I would purchase this vehicle again.

Jeep grand Cherokee: great size and comfort.

I have had zero problems with my grand Cherokee. I love how much room I have inside and the size of the vehicle overall. I feel very safe while driving. The technology and features are everything I needed. Passengers are always comfortable. I always have enough room for transporting items.

2016 jeep grand Cherokee - good buy.

Excellent vehicle overall. Great handling. Comfortable ride, even on long trips. Ample storage/ cargo area. Issues with uconnect sound/ GPS system a year after purchase; had to be completely replaced. Ac temperature sensor does not work in milder weather, so ac does not always cool immediately.

Adventure in the driveway.

I love my jeep. Even if I am only going to work, stepping into my vehicle feels like I am gearing up for an adventurous ride. And when I am not going to work, I am out in the woods with my family and dog. The jeep holds all the things we need to have a fantastic time.

Jeep Cherokee has great space and mileage!

The Cherokee is a reliable vehicle as long as you keep it serviced often and properly maintained. The fold down seats are helpful when needing extra space from anything from hauling a table to lots of groceries. The gas mileage is great here in the city and the price for such a great vehicle was a good deal.

Great family car. Great for long trips offers comfort and stability.

It has a great driving performance, the breaks are quick and sharp and the car picks up speed quickly and pretty good with gas as well here in northern California I fill up my whole tank at $65. The driver seat is able to adjust to give you a personalized back support and the trim I have has the speed paddles on the steering wheel which allowing you to shift gears it also has the available handsfreelink so you do not have to go onto your phone to answer calls, text, or your music. It offers lots of storage and the back seats even recline as well.

Do not weep and get your grand Cherokee Jeep .

The vehicle is very spacious. The trunk has good space to fit large things. The heated seats makes it more enjoyable and I love how big the radio system is. The radio comes with Sirius XM and comes with camera to see the area behind you which I love. Reclining seats is nice feature, very comfortable to lay back and rest. Tinted windows and big tires.

Roomy and comfortable Jeep

Love my Jeep. The only feature I don't like is the auto engine turn off at stop lights. Just can't get used to it. Otherwise extremely comfortable ride and has great features. Decent gas mileage. Good road trip vehicle and very roomy. Love the headspace

I love my jeep! Leather interior, sunroof, Sirius XM radio, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, 4 wheel drive, automatic start, and roof rack. It has a very smooth ride. No problems so far. It is very reliable, gas mileage is not bad. Having the back seats fold down for extra room.

Great vehicle, a lot of fun to drive.

The vehicle is all around a lot of fun to drive and very comfortable. I did have a problem with the vehicle early on with the electrical, but the dealer was able to fix it (it took two days) and I have not had a problem since. The problem affected one of the turn signals and some lights on the dashboard. Other than that, I have no regrets about the vehicle. I like it a lot.
