Very good, drives well, pretty comfortable for two people, small and easy to park. It is a cheap but very interesting car, It is perfect if you are learning how to drive and does not have to take a lot of people with you. It is a very pretty car and if you have a fun personality it will fit you perfectly.
It is a very nice car, with a great transmission for being an old used car. Also is compact which I am comfortable driving small vehicles, has a lot of space, it saves me a lot of money worth of gas, takes me whenever I need to go.
Great gas mileage, parking small car is easier. It is fun to decorate with decals and make it look cute. The plates and insurance are cheaper than a new vehicle. Older models are made to last and this will be around a very long time.
Some of the pros for having a 2007 VW beetle would be fuel economy, and size. It's a small vehicle so it is easy to maneuver and drive, and parking is a breeze. It is a very compact, economic vehicle to own and is perfect for a student such as myself.
It is an all-around great car. I definitely wouldn't recommend this as a family car, seeing as it is small, but it is fairly reliable. I drive it 8 hours round trip on the weekends, so it has really good mileage.
The size can be of course a con of this car, there is not a lot of trunk space, it is mainly designed for a couple, or a single person who does carry a lot of things. Also would not be a good option for a road trip.
If there is damage to a part, it will not allow me to find a replacement since it is an old vehicle, same thing if the transmission gets broken. Other than that, I cannot seem to find anything that might made me think there's a major concern with this car.
Older cars have higher part replacement costs and are harder to find new. Need to spend long hours at junkyards for parts. It does not hold a lot when traveling, being so small and compact. Cute little cars with decorations seem to be broken into more than older plain cars.
One of the problems that I have encountered with my vehicle would be the accessibility to have it worked on by mechanics. The parts have to be shipped in and working on Volkswagens' in general is hard to do in the states.
The interior is falling apart like crazy and there is not anything I can do to prevent it from happening. I have tried using epoxy to glue panel back together, but it does not work. My airbag light also will not turn off. There is not any actual problem with the airbag, the light just will not turn off.
The 2007 Volkswagen Beetle has an average owner rating of 4.39 out of 5 which ranks it #4 of 25 other Small Cars.
