Details about my vehicle and problems.
The performance of my vehicle is good, it gets me to where I need to go. The comfort is really comforting to drive. The thing I do not like is it does not have Bluetooth to listen to music from my phone. The problem I been having with my vehicle is the doors will not lock and unlock when I use my key remote and I have replaced it.

Smooth, steady and reliable.
I will say I got this model car because of a TV show, but it did not steer me wrong. This has been a great car for my family and I. Travels are smooth. No major issues, only needed a few minor repairs here and there. If I had anything to complain about, it'd be that the car is a little loud at times.

Great vehicle and not to pricey.
I have had my car now for 4 years. I get the oil changed every 3 months. It is a very reliable car. The only problem I have had out of it is that the check engine light will come in If the gas cap is not on right. The car drives very smoothly me and my family take it on all of are family vacation. The seats are comfortable and everyone has enough leg room. Overall I think it is a great car.

Not so old but reliable for sure.
I feel this year, make and model is a very reliable car that is rather cheap and easy to service with parts readily available at the junkyard if needed due to there being a lot of these cars purchased over the years. That is very important in my eyes... Being able to quickly service a vehicle for a decent rate.

Bad a/c problems. Good engine.
Engine had been good for as long as I have had it. A/c makes really loud ticking noise because of a piece called an actuator cracking. This has happened multiple times to me and has always been expensive to have fixed. I would not buy another impala because I did not find it to be more reliable than other competitors.

Replaced both transmission and engine prior to 100k miles.
Had to have both the engine and transmission replaced prior to 100,000 miles. It does get decent mileage and rides well. Another issue is the stabilitrak system in constantly having an error and seems to have no fix. I was not the first owner of this vehicle but after the engine and transmission was replaced I have not had any issues. Just basic maintenance such as brakes.

Great vehicle except for stability track.
This vehicle runs great. If you get an oil change every 3 to 4000 miles show easily last year 350,000 miles. Very comfortable and easy to use. My only complaint is the stability tracking. This function malfunctions and causes the vehicle to lose engine power and ultimately shut off. There’s no way to disable it as I have been able to find as of yet. I love that it is bikes fuel.

Driver window quit going up but it's not the motor.
Driver window quits; passenger seat sensor short; actuator malfunction; good family vehicle; safe and reliable; windshield washer spouts malfunction; excellent gas mileage; comfortable seats; we absolutely love our little car! It's definitely perfect for our little family!

The Chevy impala is overall a pretty reliable and easy to drive vehicle.
I think my car has a pretty good aesthetic, and is very comfortable inside. It also drives very smoothly and handles well. It also gets pretty good gas mileage and is surprisingly capable of towing a decent sized load, which came in handy when I had to move across country with a uhaul trailer. However I have had some issues with the heater making a loud obnoxious noise, as well as the stereo no longer working.

The Chevrolet Impala is a dependable vehicle, great for a growing family!
Overall, I love my vehicle. The Impala has been trustworthy and reliable on long car rides. It can fit three car seats in the back seat which is nice as a mother with a growing family. The leather seats in the back scratch easily with car seats being taken in and out, but it is easy to find seat covers that fit nicely in this particular vehicle. The Impala also drives well in the snow. Living in the north, bad weather conditions in the winter time can cause great concern for traveling. The Impala has been trustworthy and got me and my family safely over 200 miles in a snowstorm to my parents house. The one thing that has been unfortunate is that one of the parts under the dash decided to start clicking. My husband is good with cars and was able to get it fixed, but when we googled the issue we learned that most owners of Impalas have had the same issue. The good new is that it is an inexpensive part and relatively easy to fix.

Easy to handle with great storage space.
I wish there was more leg room in the back seat. I love the size of the trunk, seat warmers and sunroof. I like that it is easy to park. The Chevy does have some issues with the ac which are costly to fix. It is easy to drive and handle with nice acceleration. The one thing I have noticed is the 'a' frame does cause a blind spot and the side mirrors are not great.

Very comfortable fit for someone tall.
I bought it used and it has been a great car for me. It is a very smooth running car and very comfortable interior. It does not feel like you are getting crammed into it and very roomy for a tall person like me. Also the leather seats with seat warmers are a great bonus for cold winters like we have.

Very reliable. Even when rusted up a lil bit.
Very reliable even after a year of not driving. My impala still runs smooth. It was not new when I got it but after a couple tune ups. She runs like new. I would recommend this car to anyone new driver. It is a great first car an could last for years.

Very good starter vehicle or vehicle for child.
Able to get to heating core through glove box which is very helpful. Car has a lot of features that are convenient during driving. The car has features like Bluetooth talking, message board, heated seats, and buttons on steering wheel for controlling the radio.

The car is sufficient enough and long lasting.
My Chevy impala is an old vehicle where it has issues with the brakes and suspension. It has trouble starting during the winter and needs to be replaced. This car needs an upgrade. The air conditioning does not work as well. I prefer taking the Mazda.

My car is perfect for my needs my car has low mileage, power windows and brakes, and soft comfortable interior. It has heated rear window with a large trunk for storage also, my car is full sized for plenty of room and seats five adults very comfortably. It gets great gas mileage and drives like a dream.

Impala sound system rocks!
My impala is an incredibly reliable vehicle. While I have minor maintenance issues occasionally, for the most part it runs like a champion. Gas mileage is excellent- usually runs around 20 miles to the gallon. The Bose stereo system sounds great and is a wonderful perk. All in all, this is a wonderful vehicle.

Great looking well oiled machine.
The style of the car is real sporty and Chevy's run for along time. Smooth ride, easy to work on and just a joy of a car. This is my fourth impala I love to put rims on them because they look really good on the car. I would highly refer this car to anyone. It makes a great travel car for road trips.

I love the car it is great on gas and I think it is a great first car. It is very reliable I got it in may and only problem I had was the tires but now that I got all new tires then I haven't had any problems since. It has an aux and CD player and very spacious.

IT IS A SOLID MOTOR VEHICLE
I have an issue with a leaky engine. Also the actuator in the door makes a noise. Otherwise it is a great car. I do wish it had Bluetooth though. It's reliable, it's decent in gas, and it's comfortable. I do not have any major complaints with the vehicle.

This vehicle does not inspire but it will not hold you back.
The Chevrolet impala is a wonderful vehicle. The interior looks great and feels fine. The seating leaves much to be desired. During short commutes you will enjoy the ride. If you extend your travels beyond an hour or so the lack of support in the seating will attribute to a less than desirable pain in your lower back. The vehicle feels solid and handles relatively well. The turning radius is not the best that I have used but knowing is half the battle. The vehicle has gone from point a to b 95% of the time without issue. If your looking for a vehicle that delivers for the cost than you've found your pick.

Haven't had too many problems. Most recently the power steering pump was acting up and had to get new pump. The check engine light has been on but it is an emissions problem and not a concern.

Big trunk but still a good looking car.
Overall, I love my car. The size is right for a family, economically and safe. It has been very low maintenance and good on gas. The trunk size is big and works great for vacations. The car is getting up in age and I would most likely buy this same car again.

Great little car has really held up
The Impala has been pretty good since the first day I had it. I got the more powerful engine and I love it. Plenty of power when accelerating especially when entering the freeway. I haven't had any major problems with the engine and it had low miles when I bought it used. I use it for a very long commute. The only problem I've had with it so far is a problem with the air conditioning system. There was a malfunction with one of the covers or something like that that made it horrible flapping sound. The dealership fixed it and I haven't had a problem since. I love the way the car drives and the extra space in the backseat the front seat and the trunk is amazing. You can fit a lot in this little car.
accountCircle Doris C on March 26, 2021
That is hard to see out of the back windows while driving because of the height of the seat and headrest.
I like the size. The interior. The Engine. Dislike, the technology you have to know to use the mileage, etc. The lip on the door when getting in the car, the heaviness of the front Doors, MOST if all not having a clear view of the road when checking over my shoulder to see if a car is in my blind spot and the forward thrust that the headrest gives.

2010 Chevy impala review that I have.
Have had some issues lately. Mostly electrical issues. Certain codes have been going off, but then the shop tells me nothing is wrong and that went on for almost a year before they finally figured out that it was the thermostat. But I hit 100,000 miles lately, so we shall see how it goes.

This is the most reliable car to have in my opinion. Impala’s can last a very long time with little problems. The engine can last over 500,000 miles if it is taken care of. I have a 2010 impala and it is currently at almost 230,000 miles and runs perfectly still, there are some minor things elsewhere that needed replaced but it wasn't anything too terrible, overall it is a very reliable vehicle.

Chevy impala- transmission issue.

The problem with my vehicle is that it had a lot of electrical problems. The sensor to the tire pressure had been replaced more than two times and it still keeps messing up. The car has a nice comfortable ride, even in the back seat.
I like that the trunk is huge so that when I was moving, I was able to fill it up, and fill the back seat up, and it was that much less that I had to pay to have moved. I hate that the back seats of the car do not pull down, so I could have extra long stuff in the trunk & the car. I hate that when the car has had problems, it cost a LOT to replace an $80 part because of the parts location.

2010 Impala is overall a great ride with enough trunk space for your holiday shopping all at once.
I bought it used and do not know how many miles on it maybe 100,000. I love the comfort of the seats and how it's made for the driver. Not fond of the cooling system. It doesn't get cold enough and blow hard enough to reach the back seat but plenty of room for 4 to 5 people. And nothing can beat it for trunk space it's awesome. Review of Chevrolet 2010 impala.
I like the comfort of the driving, the vehicle is dependable-always starts in the winter in Iowa. That is worth everything. It has power. Lots of zip. It is a heavy car so drives good on ice. This car has been amazing. As long as you keep all the everyday maintenance kept, they will run forever. I love how spacious this vehicle. The ride is so smooth. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to friends or to family. The only reason for my family not getting rid of this car yet is how in love with it I have been.

Comfortable full size sedan working through some issues.
Comfortable and spacious with plenty of front and side hip room and leg room. Large back seat for passengers (and multiple car seats in my case). Plenty of trunk space, which makes up for not being able to fold the back seats down. I have experienced multiple vehicle issues including a failed head gasket only a couple of months after purchasing (used), which I have since learned is a common issue with this model. Additional issues have included a failed fuel pedal, power relay and chronic power issues. Not sure if this is just MY vehicle or a common occurrence.

Chevy impala, a wonderful family car with some added bonuses!
Overall a very comfortable ride. Heated leather seats are great in the cold months. Very smooth ride. Plenty of room in the back seat for all 3 of my young children in car seats. Satisfied with the gas mileage it gives. Not tons of power but sufficient enough to drive up large inclines. Not satisfied with the dual heating/cooling system; the system is not really needed since the car is small enough to make everyone happy. Half the time the heater does not open on the passenger side of the car. The trunk is huge! My husband changes our oil and he says that everything is easy to get to. Overall pretty satisfied with the car.

Chevrolet impala - great car that is easy to drive and reliable.
The air conditioning stinks when you start it. Other than that it is a great vehicle. I like that it is roomy and has a big trunk. It is easy to drive. I wish the radio had Bluetooth. That is the only thing that I would change. Otherwise it is perfect.

A sleek coal black vehicle is just right for your family car.
This really is the perfect car if you are looking for a quality, fast, family car. It has quite a bit of room in the trunk while not taking away from the room in the backseat for the kiddos. It also gets great gas mileage and you can use just about any gas you prefer.

Reliability has been the best aspect for me considering I am currently not employed
No major complaints. Purchased used & has been relatively reliable. Not thrilled with smoothness of ride but otherwise content.

Lots of space for traveling around with the family.
No issues with anything with the car. It has been very reliable and gets decent gas mileage. The trunk is huge and which is great for traveling and if you need extra space for kids and all of their items. The only complaint that I can come up with is that it is somewhat claustrophobic on the inside.

I love my Chevrolet impala (2010).
My car was great when I first got it, but over the years its gotten pretty annoying. The air works only half the time, the door locks do not work unless you do it manually, and there's only 2 cup holders. It is a really good car though, it drives great and it's really comfortable.

This is a great car that just keeps going.
I absolutely love this car! It is extremely reliable. We also own an 06 and 09 in the us for our college students. All are safe, reliable and easy to drive. Average gas mileage is 24mph. Be careful not to change from floor heat to vents and/or heat to cool too quickly, as the damper has gotten stuck and makes a very loud ticking noise. This repair is relatively low cost, but best to avoid it by adjusting heating/cooling gradually.

Chevy impala no major problems, minor quickly fixed good mileage, roomy.
I have had no major problems with my Chevrolet impala. I get good mileage and have had no major problems. The car is roomy (holds 5 adults), gets good mileage and has had only minor problems which the dealer quickly repaired. The trunk is roomy and there is inside storage. I definitely would buy another one!

It has a lot of pep and great handling.
I like all the features such as adjustable seats, remote start, heated seats. The only difficulty is seeing out back when changing lanes.

The Chevrolet impala is incredibly reliable car to have in your household.
The impala was my first car when I got my driver's license and it has been great. The trunk is very spacious and is great for storing all of our luggage and souvenirs when my family travels for vacation. The interior has cloth seats and a wood finishing on the dashboard. There is also a sixth seat available, if needed, in between the passenger and driver's seat where the middle console is. I have over one hundred thousand miles on the car and it still runs like the first day I drove it. The only problem I have with the car is the look and style of it. Being that I am younger, I would like my car to feel a little younger as well. The car looks perfect fine but is not my kind of style. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone who is interested. I have had the car for five years now and it still runs very well. The car feels safe as well. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident while driving my impala and I was uninjured because of the size of the car. Although it is more of a standard sized car, the front of the car is long, therefore creating a safer driving experience. The features in the car are pretty standard but I genuinely do love this car. It has never given me any problems over the course of five years and I would highly recommend purchasing this vehicle for your household.

Nice car just has common problem.
It is a smaller vehicle and hard if you have children. I like it but the car jerks like you've been hit in the rear, which is due to the transmission. A common problem with impalas and am told it is not worth putting the money into fixing it. I've had to put money into the steering a bit lately also.

Chevy Impala sam's family.
It is a wonderful car. Drives very smoothly when all the work is caught up on it. Seats are very comfy. Love how they adjust. One recall on the passenger side airbag but they are going to fix it. Fits my family of three and our dogs very well. Overall I would highly recommend this version.

It can drive a very good distance on one tank of gas.
Problems I have had with the vehicle are things breaking one after another. I had the back driver side window break and wouldn’t roll back up. I had my windshield shatter because of a hail storm. It is a very reliable car. I can make it from where I live to my parents house which is 360 miles away on one tank of gas. The oil leaks some but not anything that is something to worry about.

Gets you where you need to go at a decent price.
I like how it is easy to maintain. It gets great gas mileage. It is best to repair or service. I wish I had more features inside.
